Optimalizace technologie výroby plastového uzávěru tuby / Optimization of production technology for plastic cap tubeMajerčíková, Erika January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the optimization of the production technology of the cap tube made by injection molding. Series production is set at 5 000 000 units per year; the minimum time of the production is 5 years. A literary study is developed, focusing on the technology of injection molding in molds including the possibilities of the optimization of the production by changing the structure of the mold. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the optimization of existing mold with cold runner system for the production of the cap tube, using the hot runner system supplied by Synventive. The change of the structure of the mold involves changing the three plate mold to a two plate mold. It is about changing the fixed part of the mold in which the hot runner system is placed; it is composed of standards parts of the company HASCO. Based on the technological parameters the injection machine Krauss Maffei KM 80-380 CX is chosen. There is a technical-economical evaluation of the optimization of the production by using the hot runner system at the end of the thesis.

Previous issue date: 2001 / Resumo: Durante o vazamento dos moldes, o fluxo de metal através dos canais está sujeito a grande turbulência, gerando filmes de óxidos devido a exposição ao ar. Estes óxidos podem permanecer nas peças fundidas como descontinuidades, prejudicando as propriedades, em particular a resistência mecânica e a dutilidade. São apresentados os principais conceitos e as principais recomendações existentes na literatura para o projeto dos sistemas de canais de ligas com elevada tendência à oxidação, como as ligas de alumínio. Estes princípios e recomendações foram utilizados para projetar seis diferentes sistemas de canais para o preenchimento de placas na posição vertical, utilizando liga de alumínio UNS A03560. A avaliação do grau de turbulência alcançado em cada um dos sistemas de canais projetados foi feita através da maior ou menor geração de inclusões de óxidos, medida através de ensaios de flexão de corpos-de-prova retirados diretamente das placas. São apresentados os resultados destes ensaios de flexão e evidências de inclusões de óxidos nas fraturas dos corpos-de-prova ensaiados / Abstract: During mould pouring, metal flow in runner system is submitted to large turbulence and air contact, producing oxide films. This oxide is incorporated to cast products as inclusions and discontinuities, reducing noticeably mechanical strength and ductility. The principal concepts and literature recommendations for the best runner system project applied to alloys with high oxidation tendency, like aluminum alloys, were presented in this work. This information was used to project six different runner systems for plate casting in vertical position, considering aluminum alloy UNS A03560 as the cast metal. The evaluation of turbulence degree reached in each one of the systems was made by oxide inclusion classification, comparing results of three-point bend tests in specimens obtained from the six plate cast procedures. This master thesis deals with design of injection moulding technology for plastic holder of carbon brushes made of polycarbonate labelled Lexan 945A. The injection is performed into injection mould with hot runner system. Initially there is general study related to plastics and injection moulding technology. Further the study continues with injection moulds with hot runners and ends with computer analysis of injection moulding process. The designed injection mould for production of plastic holders is three-plate, double cavity mould with four hot nozzles and one parting plane, where one of the plates serves for mounting of the hot runner system inside the mould. This work contains part of the drawing documentation and item list of the injection mould. The selected injection moulding machine is Arburg Allrounder 370 U labelled 700-290 according to EUROMAP.

This thesis describes a design of an injection mould for plastic part "Sleeve", that is intended for guiding of sliding door hardware. The part is manufactured from PE-HD, production quantity is 3 000 000 pcs annually. Based on calculations and review of specialized literature the design utilizes hot runners of MH system by Ewicon. The tool is assembled from normalized components by Hasco and an injection press BOY22D was suggested for parts production. Total costs for production of 1 part are 0,26 CZK.

The project elaborated design of injection mould with a cold runner system for a creation of component type Pall ring made of polypropylene. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem, the injection technology has been selected as the most suitable method of manufacturing. The proportions of the component along with the placement of the parting line determined the creation process of shaped cavity. The quantity of a manufacturing batch specified two-cavity as the most advantageous variant. The calculation of vent channel’s measurements, the choice of befitting injection machine and a basic simulations had been conducted. The economic part of the thesis has confirmed the suitability of usage cold runner system instead of hot runner system.

The Master thesis deals with the possible production of the plastic unit with thread. As the most suitable material was chosen the polyformaldehyde (POM), its production label is Delrin 500P NC010 by Du Pont. The thesis consists of a part with the information about the technology of injection molding of plastics and a part where processing parameters for the production of the plastic unit are designed. Part of the solution was to create an assembly design of injection mold. Since the plastic unit with thread is very specificly shaped the form is handled as a slide mold. The mold is pieced together from normalized parts by the Hasco and DME company. The serie of 100 000 pieces would be delivered in 5 months. Because of the cost savings a solution of the cold-runner system was suggested. A suitable injection molding machine was chosen from the calculated values from Arburgfroms – Type 370s Allrounder 500-170.At the end of the thesis costs were evalueted for acquire per one piece of adapter.
