The aim of this theses is to evaluate conditions of the selected business by means of the analyses of the internal and external environments, including the macroeconomic environment analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, the financial and fundamental analysis and SWOT analysis for a selected period. Before the analysis execution is defined theoretical basis, which includes an explanation of the principles of the analyses. The outcome of these parts are an implementation of executed analyses and information to a specific conditions of the company and a suggestion of the recommendations, which improves efficiency of the company.

This thesis analyzes the selected companies. I am going to use in my work analysis dealing with both external and internal business environment, branch environment and also the assessment of the situation in the company for the last three financial years. Individual analysis will be closely specified in the work and deployed in the real company environment . Based on established facts, the ompany will be recommended possible solutions to improve the current situation.

The diploma thesis contains analysis of building and housing association NOVÝ DOMOV. Basic analytical methods are presented, later on they are applied. Based on the results new procedures are proposed to improve current situation.

This diploma thesis is concerned with a comprehensive analysis of ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. company. The main goal and mission of the analysis is to depict an actual stage of the company by some procedures and methods from the financial statements and the strategy and financial analysis, and on the basis of these analysises suggest some solutions and recommendations, which could be the subject matter towards improvement of the current situation in the future.

Diplomová práce analyzuje současný stav firmy Scootland s.r.o. na domácím trhu v České republice s ohledem na stagnující tržby firmy. Jsou představeny základní analytické metody, jež jsou následně aplikovány. Na základě provedených analýz jsou navrhnuta opatření pro zlepšení současné situace se zaměřením na expanzi firmy na slovenský trh a vypracovaný detailní plán vstupu na tento trh.

The diploma thesis focuses on developing a business plan for an existing company operating in the fields of carpentry and metal production. The company is relatively young, started its activities in November 2010. The aim of diploma thesis is to create a real business plan for the development of company and to obtain a bank loan for the purchase of manufacturing space in which the company now operates.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to suggest effective action steps targeting the enhancement of current situation within a company with the help of analysis of both its internal and external environment. Fundamental analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter's model and SWOT analysis were used. Each application is preceded by theoretical introduction into the essence of the applied analytical model.

Master’s thesis deals with the establishment of social enterprise that creates workplaces. The main contribution is data processing for business, specifically for a restaurant and café, specialized in target group of people with autism spectrum disorder and in families with children. After carrying out all the analyses a suitable business plan is designed.

This thesis presents a business plan for development of trading company. Based on thorough analysis of significant external and internal factors I present the draft of conceptual changes in areas: organizational structure, employee motivation, sales management. Target of changes are increase market share and increase competitiveness. This thesis will serve management as implementation document for the realization of the proposed changes.
