This Master’s thesis "Business plan" deals with evaluation of the current situation of the selected company. On the based of various analyzes is prepared a business plan for the introduction of new products of foreign producers on the Czech market. This thesis consists of theoretical part, the analysis of problems and proposal of own solution.

This thesis deals with assessing and evaluating the financial situation of the company ABC from 2008 - 2010. The work is divided into two parts. The first part defines the profile and characteristics of the enterprise and the theoretical-methodological issues. The second part focuses on the application of financial analysis methods on the company accounting statements and on the evaluation of its financial health. Subsequently the proposals of improvement are introduced and projected into the financial plan. The concluding part contains also the financial assessment of the plan.

This thesis is about information system assessment in Wistron company. There is assessed for which reason the system is utilized, what the weaknesses of system or implementation are and these are followed by the relevant proposals for improving the problematic areas. The theoretical part deals with information systems in general, process methodologies and company and information systems assessments methodologies. Then followed by project management and information strategies. The practical part proposes new information strategy and implementation of company information system.

Master´s thesis titled: “Proposal Optimization of Information System" deals with the processing of contracts and possibilities of eliminate the major problems in the company TOROLA design s.r.o.. Based on analysis of internal and external mediums and the financial analysis, I will put forward changes, which they will be helped to improve of the situation of orders.

This master´s thesis helps to explain the situation of the Financial Health of the company Vetropack Moravia Glass, a. s. in the year 2006-2010. There were used methods of financial anylysis and the recognized facts were served as a base for suggestions possible solutions which will lead to the improvement of the financial situation in the company.

Thesis describes whole project from the very beginning – creation of an e-shop, over customer acquisition and upgrades of the portal in order to have complete internet portal, which will assure customer care for all gastronomic subjects. The thesis consists out of two major parts, theory and practical part. Used metods and terms are described in first part. Practical part benefits from strategic analysis and describes solution of given problem.

The thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the selected company. To analyze the external environment is used SLPETA analysis, Porter's 5 forces model and to analyze the internal environment the 7S. The results are summarized with a SWOT analysis and the conclusion of the work are given possible recommendations and proposals for sub-strategic objectives. All recommendations comply with the rules SMART and are in line with company strategy.

This thesis is focused on evaluating the financial performance of the company Spojené kartáčovny in the years 2003 - 2010. It deals with the calculation of financial indicators and systems of indexes, benchmarking by comparing the company with its main competitors and constructing strategic analysis. Based on previous findings are suggested solutions for improving the current economic situation of the company.

In this thesis, is an adapted business plan for the development and endorsment of small business. The thesis analizes the current state of the company, its possibilities and the problems that may occur. I am putting forward a proposal of possible changes mainly based on market research and feasability studies on the competition and its impact on the business and the financial analysis derived from this to which the company would benefit and develop. This thesis will serve as a document for implementation of the proposed changes to the business owner.

The master’s thesis deals with the use of artificial intelligence as support for managerial decision making in the company. This thesis contains the application which utilize genetic and graph algorithms to optimize the location of production facilities and logistic warehouses according to transport cost aspects.
