This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of business and financial performance of the company Zemědělské družstvo Hodonice using the method of Benchmarking. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis necessary to solution the issue. In the second part the selected company is characterized, which is completed by a strategic analysis of the company. The following part is devoted to the main part of the thesis, which is the benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. The last part proposes measures to improve the financial and business performance of the company.

The subject of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of the company HBH Projekt spol. s.r.o., using the Balanced Scorecard method. In the first section, I will explain the theoretical knowledge components and provide a definition for some of the basic concepts related to management strategy, financial analysis, and performance indicators. The second section is an analysis and evaluation of the recent performance of HBH Projekt spol. s.r.o.. This second section will focus on both financial and non-financial measurements. The findings of these analyses serve as the basis for the third section, which is a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method for the company. In this section, the four perspectives are assigned to the strategic goals of the company, benchmarks are set, and strategic metrics are defined to help achieve the set goals of improving the company's performance.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of the SAPELI corporation using the benchmarking approach. First part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge and concepts for a given issue. Second part includes the introduction of SAPELI corp. and its rivals. The benchmarking itself and the SWOT analysis are also implemented here. Based on the results of selected indicators, the work further focuses on creating proposals for improving the international marketing strategy.

This diploma thesis entitled "Evaluation of the financial situation of the company and a proposal for financing advertising activities" deals with the processing of the evaluation of the current financial situation of the company using financial analysis tools. With the help of this evaluation, the steps for the implementation and financing of advertising steps are subsequently processed.

After the introduction into this thesis, I will determine the main goal together with the sub-goals to which I will aim. In the next part, I will focus on the theoretical basis from which all of the chosen methods of financial analysis are based on. Subsequently, using these methods, I can evaluate in the analytical part, what is the financial position of Kiwi s.r.o. And after that in the last part, based on my data, I will present proposals to improve the financial situation.

This master‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the business performance and financial situation of the company DTS Vrbenský, a.s. in the years 2015 to 2019 using selected methods of business performance analysis. The work focuses mainly on intercompany comparison of performance. In addition to the outputs from the company's benchmarking, the work also contains processed strategic analyzes. Based on the performed analyzes, the weaknesses of the company are identified and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation.

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of marketing mix of a Czech company that operates in an international environment and its optimization for the B2B market in Slovakia. In the introductory part of the thesis, the problems and objectives of this work will be described in details. The theoretical section is focused on definition of basic marketing concepts, marketing mix, analysis of the company and its surroundings. The following part contains the characteristics and analysis of the current state of the selected company and the Slovak market. The final part of the thesis contains a proposal for optimizing the marketing mix of an existing product on the market with the aim of expanding export options and increasing market share.

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of current situation of Lingua Centrum s.r.o. and the information system they developed. Using the inner and outer environment analysis, several vulnerabilities have been discovered. Consequently a draft of improvements was developed, that aims at ensuring higher security and effectivity working with information system. New module is also suggested to be implemented providing better utilisation of the system itself. The thesis is devided into three chapters. First part describes the theoretical resources and analytical instruments which have been used for analysis of the company in part two. The final part provides changes, that would lead to eradicating the systems deficiencies.
