The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of motivation, satisfaction and stimulation of employees of the selected hotel. The theoretical part consists of basic definitions, motivation theories and concrete factors, which affect the satisfaction of employees. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of motivation and satisfaction in the selected organization. Results of the research are then interpreted and there are proposed some measures which could lead to improvement of the current situation.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of employees in the company Vigour a.s. and to propose measures leading to removal of deficiencis. The introduction describes the issues and the aims of this thesis. Based on a theoretical basis which appears in the first part and after becoming familiar with the company the hypothesis are set, the research metodology is described and the tools for data collection are specified. Research is implemented through questionnaire survey, observation and informal interviews. It focuses on the content and nature of work, its organization, compensation and employee benefits, training, personal development, career growth, work environment, relationships with colleagues, superiors and the perception of the company. The practical part contains the results of research and verification of hypotheses. Based on identified deficiencies the measures for improvement are set.

The aim of the Master's thesis is to analyze the employee satisfaction in a subsidiary of Veggie General Ltd. company and suggest corrective measures to remedy any deficiencies. The theoretical part is mainly concerned with job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. Methods of analyzing job satisfaction are also consulted. The method of research, results, verification of hypotheses and suggestions are stated in the empirical part of the paper. Semi-structured and unstructured interviews were used as research methods. Respondents evaluated the factors of satisfaction. The importance of these factors was also analyzed.

Results of the survey showed minor imperfections that may have a direct influence on motivation, satisfaction and performance of employees.
