La presse d'entreprise et la représentation des relations humaines : étude de cas : le Groupe Elf Aquitaine / The business press and the representation of human relationship : case study : Elf Aquitaine Group

Koudouh Mboumba, Cathy 22 May 2012 (has links)
The institution of human relations in the company has created new management methods, and in which the mobile communication was fundamental. In this way, the human factor could be reconsidered in the labor’s organization and employees’ participation in the operation of the company was awake. We chose to analyze the representation of human relationships, through the internal newspaper within the group Elf, to reveal all the practical and technical implementations to allow employees to be happy within the company. Apart from its role of information, with the aim to sensitize employees to the objectives and challenges of the company, the internal newspaper is also a space for expression in which managers and employees identify themselves with an approach collective. It reproduces the human relationships that are born, through the organization and the professional challenges of the business. Because of its content, the newspaper group Elf seems to accompany the company in its role in society through human figures, it carries within it. Such like, there remains an exchange link which supports a triangular relation between the firm, its employees and its external environment.

Operační program vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost (strukturální fondy EU ve vzdělávání) / Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme (Structural Funds in Education)

Kocurková, Pavlína January 2010 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on the European Policy for economic and social cohesion, its goals and financial instruments. Four Structural Funds allow the European Union (EU) to grant financial assistance to resolve structural economic and social problems in the member states of the EU. The thesis concentrates on one of the Structural funds, namely the European Social Fund (ESF), the main financial instrument allowing the Union to realise the strategic objectives of its employment policy. The Human Resources and Emplyment Operational programme, the Prague -- Adaptability Operational Programme and the Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme are the Czech Operational programmes financed by the ESF. The last one is then closely described and attention is aimed mainly at the Priority Area 2.3 -- Developing human potential in research and development. The practical part of the work deals with the characteristics of the project cycle from the point of view of the Ministry of Education and with the analysis of projects applied in the Priority Area mentioned above.

Exploring the impact of emotional intelligence training in the workplace

Jansen van Rensburg, Anna Susanna 11 1900 (has links)
The complexity of mental development in humans together with human interaction in the social context presents itself to be a continued source of investigation and exploration. Emotional Intelligence (EI) is such a field of study in the discipline of psychology. Researchers emphasized the importance and value of emotional development ("soft-skills") equal to cognitive development (“hard-skills”). EI abilities are associated with key skills and competencies required for operating successfully in today’s organizations. This study focused on this theme specifically and tried to determine how EI training impacted on the success of the individual who fits the modern working profile and how emotionally intelligent employees are beneficial to organisational success overall. An ethnographic qualitative study (including an autoethnography) was performed on individuals of different participant groupings who completed the Neuro-Link EI Program. The aim was to assess if they showed increased growth in areas of EI, specifically addressed in the program namely self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social management. Findings indicated that EI training works with positive results. It was of great value to the individual having an immense impact on their personal lives. It further had a major positive impact on the group dynamics of individuals who attended the training. At companies where facilitators presented the program, EI training had a positive impact. A conclusion on the impact that such training had on the two companies whose staff members directly participated in this study, was not yet possible at the time of the study. The development of an awareness model for the promotion of EI training in the workplace is recommended. This may increase available knowledge regarding corporate EI training but also accelerates an emerging, but a too slowly growing movement. / Psychology / M.A. (Psychology)

Colonialism, peace and sustainable social cohesion in the Barents Region : creating theoretical and conceptual platforms for peace building and restorative action

Rasmussen, Are Johan 01 1900 (has links)
This study presents a conceptual and theoretical framework for peace building and restorative action in the Arctic Barents Region where the Sami of the Scandinavian region live. Based on Johan Galtung´s theory of peace, the study approaches the issue of peace building and restorative action by considering the history of colonialism and the meaningful lessons drawn from it as a pedagogic field and with human development as the goal. Central to this imperative is the issue of cognitive justice. The study explores the peace potential in including indigenous knowledge systems and the ethics embedded in them in the developmental discourse going forward. The word “ethics” is explored within this imperative, with the study arguing that developing an ethical rationality compatible with the goal of peace and human development in this context is not primarily about the mastering of rules and principles or adjusting to modernity´s mores but about something far more fundamental, namely, the work of re-establishing the esteem for the Other – the very fundamental condition of human community – in a context in which respect for the intrinsic value, dignity and individual autonomy of others and therein their active participation in the world, are under severe strain. The remote space that is devoted to this fundamental relation with the Other in today's leading moral-philosophical discourse thus stresses the need to open up new “cognitive spaces” so that wisdom may emanate more freely from non-western traditions in order to expand the range of ethical rationality. This argument is supported by hermeneutical theory, especially that of Gadamer, the core of which is that communicative acknowledgement of the Other must be based exclusively on the Other’s premises, where the world of the Other is prioritised as the key for understanding oneself. The arbitrative lesson of hermeneutics is that true comprehension is not possible by evading the Other. It is at this point that Levinas’ analysis of the “face” becomes central: The Other is experienced “face-to-face”, meaning “without horizons” and refers to an experience before my will and freedom and which implies that I transcend myself when I acknowledge my responsibility for my Self as the responsibility for the Other. The study concludes that building peace by restoring indigenous systems of trust and hospitality is vital in any attempt to cope with current difficulties and for moving forward in a restorative paradigm. / Educational Studies / D. La notion d'intérêt de l'entreprise en droits comparés français, béninois et de l'OHADA / The concept of interest of the company in comparative French, Benin and OHADA rights

Dokoui, Symphorien 11 December 2018 (has links)
D’implantation récente en droit français, la notion l’est relativement dans l’espace OHADA et très peu en droit béninois / Secular, the debate around the concept of interest of the company is far from dying out. The questions surrounding its definition, its apprehension and the limits of its effectiveness continue to feed the reflections of all those who are interested in the law of the labor relation, the right of the company. Paradigm, compass or gauge of behavior and management decisions, the interest of the company appears as a notion "chameleon". From a jurisprudential source, the interest of the company is no less a central notion of all the reforms affecting not only the improvement of the "collaboration" relations of the parties to the employment relationship, but also the essential cooperation between all those who take part in the exploitation of economic activities "investors, employees, customers, suppliers, civil servants, financial analysts, professional associations, the State". Aiming to clean up all the strategic and managerial mounts with a view to a real competitiveness of the company, the notion contributes not less to the protection of the dignity of the employee through the guarantee of decent work. Thus, all those who contribute to the operation of the company must act in the interest of the company, in the realization of the "collective project". The notion is thus at the center of an articulation between "the individual" and the "collective". Recently established in French law, the concept is relatively in the OHADA space and very little in Benin law

The construction of the social link at the refugees and the Congolese asylum seekers in the Gabon : "An anthopology of the exile"

Ovono Essono, Armel 03 December 2013 (has links)
The numerous studies on forced migration often focused attention on the existential conditions of refugees and the many "social disruption" that characterize their exile. Whether in camps or in the outskirts of major cities in Africa and Europe, which some have called "non-places", they are often presented as the "edge of the world." Without denying these realities, it should however put this table, showing that refugees know mobilize resources that enable them not only to overcome the vagaries of exile, but also to build social ties in relation to the situations that arise to them. Taking up against the allegations about the lack of social ties refugees, this work therefore seeks to examine how, from how positive or negative, Congolese refugees build social ties not only among themselves but also with indigenous and state and international institutions, in Libreville, Gabon. It is in an interactional perspective, with contributions from fields such as history, sociology, psychology and political science, to understand the overall structure of the bond that unites them. Two schemes organize the reports of the three categories of actors. When the scheme "Congolese refugees' structure links between Congolese exiles, the scheme" parents enemies "meanwhile, organizes the relations between them, the State and indigenous peoples. These two schemas are thus "sociable dispositions"("binders") in situation.

Strukturální fondy EU na příkladu OPRLZ a OPVK / EU Structural Funds on the examples of Operational Programme Development of Human Resources and Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness

Mačáková, Veronika January 2009 (has links)
This thesis explains the reasons of the establishment and development of the European Union's policy for economic and social cohesion, the topics it tries to solve, and instruments through which it provides the member states the financial help. Because, as it can be seen from the caption of this thesis, I describe two operational programmes -- Operational Programme Development of Human Resources and Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness, I concentrate on the European Social Fund, as it is the source of the financial help in the Czech Republic for these two operational programmes. That is why this thesis also pays attention to the application of the structural policy in the Czech Republic with the emphasis on the area of education. It introduces the crucial documents needed to be approved as long as we want to receive money from the EU and it deals with the two operational programmes and its coherence. In the last part of this thesis the weaknesses and strenghts of the implementation of those operational programmes are highlighted.

Problematika soudržnosti společnosti / The problematics of social cohesion

Havran, Mikuláš January 2015 (has links)
S U M M A R Y This submitted dissertation thesis deals with the problematics of social cohesion through effects analysis of cultural values on the development of social and political relations in a society as such. The efforts of the thesis are not only directed towards articulation of Rawls's principals of justice, but they also reveal the desire to connect with the topic of the basic human rights from which questions of a suitable concept of societies derive. It actually means that the suitable concept in which it would be possible to achieve, from the point of view of intersubjective relations, a sufficient level of social cohesion and that way to strengthen an important factor for sustainability of social relations in societies as such. From the point of view of methodology, these thesis are for sufficient review as well as easier orientation in the whole work divided into 4 parts, which split further into 5 chapters. Before the four parts, the INTRODUCTION comes and it tries to be not only practical, but also academic in style to provide an introductory beginning of my work. Then, it is possible to say that every part of the four in my thesis deals with a research area of social sciences that is related to politological research as such. Nevertheless, my intention is to persuade readers that there is a...

Kadio, Kadidiatou 11 1900 (has links)
The development of social protection policies in Africa raises complex issues, including its rationale and choice of content (Merrien, 2013). This thesis is the first of its kind to analyze the development of social protection policies in Burkina Faso other than those in the field of health. Through an analysis of the National Social Protection Policy and pilot program of Social Protection in the Health of the Poor, this thesis answers the following questions: why and how social protection has become a government priority; and what factors have influenced the shaping of these two public policies and the implementation of the solidarity program? Based on analytical frameworks from various disciplinary perspectives (political science, sociology, anthropology), the process of developing public social protection policies is the result of the interaction of a multitude of actors and their diverse interests: international organizations, bilateral cooperation, state structure, associations, and local NGOs. The methodology is essentially qualitative. This thesis collects data thorough semi-structured interviews, literature review, and informal interviews. The results are structured in five scientific articles. The desire for social cohesion to maintain peace and social order motivated the decision to formulate these two policies (Articles 1 and 4). The formulation process did not lead to a reflection on the problem to be solved, to identify the specific needs of the beneficiaries, to evaluate the capacity of the solutions to choose the appropriate ones. The motive of the national actors was to maintain their financial assets and to mobilize additional resources. International actors have been guided by the logic of promoting a social protection instrument in line with their values, their ideas, and their missions, for the implementation of their institutional mandate. This implementation gave rise to the empirical observation of "non-design" or non-formulation (Article 2 and 4), revealed the influence of the ideas and interests of the actors in the choice of solutions, but also showed that it is important for choices to meet the needs of the poor and vulnerable. In addition, knowledge derived from research data was used very little compared to knowledge from gray literature (Article 3). Political gains, that is, the perception of social and political consequences associated with a recommendation based on scientific knowledge, influence the latter's consideration. The iv analysis of the implementation of the solidarity program shows that formulation gaps influence the effectiveness of a policy. Thus, the implementation offers opportune circumstances for adaptations and reformulations to integrate the specificities of the context and the needs of the beneficiaries with an aim of improving efficiency (Article 5). However, these opportunities have not been utilized by program implementers, helping to keep those who are impoverished excluded from health services.
