This diploma thesis deals with the creation of module for the company Student-living, s.r.o. designed to simplify the analysis and interpretation of the data contained in the database of the real estate portal Studentreality. This module will use the company's management and staff, as well as property owners who advertise on the portal. Before the creation precedes familiarization with the current system, database and technology that will be used for implementation. Followed by the main part describing the design and implementation of the module itself.

The thesis deals with the development of races, the history of races in the Czech Republic and the characteristics of the racing system. The practical part contains the development of racing system in the Czech Republic in 2003 and 2018, as well as the statistical evaluation of the factors influence (gender, age, suffix and a start year) for handicap and earnings. When evaluating the results of the 3-year-old horses in flat races has been statistically proven significantly and statistically lower performance of horses with different suffix in 2018. Those performances related to horses evinces the CZE (57.42 kg) with lower performances than GER (78.79 kg), and the earned profit differed significantly between horses CZE (23,286 CZK) and FR (83,099 CZK). Furthermore, it has been proven that the profit in 2003 had mares (CZK 41,395) significantly lower performance than stallions (CZK 155,579). When evaluating the results of the older horses on planes, has been statistically proven, that horses with different suffixes had statistically and significantly lower performance in 2003. There were horses CZE (54.77 kg) with a lower performance than GER (77.00 kg) and in 2018 statistically and significantly a lower horse performance of the CZE (59.96 kg) and FR (73.00 kg). When evaluating the results of the older horses in jump-races has been statistically proven that horses with different suffixes statistically and significantly lower profit in 2003 had horses CZE (25,487 CZK) than GER (345,587 CZK) and in 2018 has been found significantly lower performance of mares (65.82 kg) than geldings (73.84 kg).

Abstract This thesis deals with breeding and hunting of the European deer in hunting ground Hradiště managed by VLS ČR s. p., a division of Karlovy Vary. In this study, a total of 7731 pieces of deer caught in the seasons from 2005/2006 to 2013/2014 was assessed. From the total number, there were 1639 pieces of deer, 3200 pieces of doe and 2892 pieces of fawn. Deer were hunted by selective catch according to breeding and the resulting data were classified into 3 categories. Deer, does and fawns were considered by invoiced weight according to CIC point values. These data were statistically processed and analyzed using MS Excel methods of single-factor ANOVA, Scheffe test and regression analysis. The results of quality assessment statistical analysis showed the change in the quality between specific hunting seasons. There were also highlighted several factors that affect the use of selective catch as a proper means for improving the quality of deer population. From the regression analysis there was found that the reduction of the total number of deer does not improve its quality yet.

This thesis is focused on identifying major determinants which affect household expenditures in chosen households groups in the Czech Republic between 1993 and 2014. Consumption is analysed on the basis of classification of individual consumption by purpose according to the Czech Statistical Office. The economic entities, households, consumption, classification CZ_COICOP, Household Budget Survey and macroeconomic indicators are defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. Methodology focuses on defining time series, index analysis and econometric model. The practical part is divided into three individual chapters. The first chapter is focused on the analysis of the individual variables for the Czech households which are included in this thesis. The second chapter is focused on the construction of two single-equation econometric models. The first is the model of consumption expenditures of households of employees and the second is the model of consumption expenditures of households of self-employed. The third chapter is focused on the analysis of the same variables as in the first part but for the households of EU15 this time. Finally, the analysis results of EU15 are compared with analysis results of the Czech Republic.

Cílem mojí diplomové práce je popsání vzniku a vývoje Vysoké školy obchodní v Praze. Ve své práci jsem se soustředil především na vylíčení podmínek, které formovaly vývoj školy v jednotlivých historických etapách, a to jak podmínek vnějších, tak i vnitřních. Podklady pro svoji práce jsem čerpal částečně z již existujících děl (viz seznam použité literatury) a zbylé informace jsem nalezl vesměs v archivu ČVUT, ve fondu VŠO. Kromě popisu celkového vývoje školy, který byl zpracován již v dřívějších dílech jsem se ve svojí diplomové práci zabýval také popisem vývoje výuky statistiky v rámci VŠO. Práce je strukturována podle jednotlivých historických etap vývoje Vysoké školy obchodní v Praze v době její existence, tj. v letech 1919 ? 1953 a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na vyučování statistiky na VŠO.

Tato práce je zaměřena na seznámení se s problematikou kompilace statistiky zprostředkovatelů financování aktiv, vymezení okruhu vykazujících subjektů, způsob sběru dat, dopočet chybějících údajů. Součástí je i vysvětlení či návrh zachycení operací finančního leasingu a faktoringu, což jsou specifické činností prováděné zprostředkovateli financování aktiv, pro statistické účely.
