Polarizační nedokonalosti světla v interferometrii / Polarization Imperfections of Light in Interferometry

Kučera, Petr January 2009 (has links)
Konkrétně se jedná o zařízení měřící vibrace oscilujících objektů, dále o interferenční měření dvojlomu v transparentních materiálech a konečně, o vybraná témata z optické kvantové komunikace.

Činnost orgánů krizového řízení při zajištění připravenosti na řešení mimořádných událostí a finanční zabezpečení přípravy / The activity of emergency management authorities in provision of preparedness for resolution of extraordinary ebeny and funding of preparation.

PEŠEK, Jiří January 2011 (has links)
The thesis deals with analysis of current security system in the Czech Republic and, in particular, with the legal framework for the training of state authorities and local governments to manage non-military events. The study and analysis of legislation and the subsequent synthesis of the findings enabled to arrange the chapters into a clearly structured whole. The rights and obligations of the emergency management authorities at the emergency response training and management, the system of security councils and crisis headquarters, activities and the scope of competencies of individual entities providing the emergency response training and management, focusing on the scope and powers of the regional and local administrative bodies, are described. The level of financial security spent by individual institutions on preparation for emergencies management is clearly surveyed. For municipal authorities, a model of a call for the provision of material support and resources at the time of an emergency situation has been suggested, since the large majority of mayors perform this activity voluntarily and without a refund of their salaries (besides their jobs) and they are not fully familiar with the issue. The current security system in the Czech Republic is functioning, and its settings and functionality have been verified in recent years in various emergency situations, without finding significant deficiencies. Yet it is still necessary to optimize the scope, methodology and actions of its components at different levels and in different areas and to consolidate the relevant legislation

Hydromorfologický průzkum a identifikace referenčních stavů řeky Jizery / Hydromorphological survey and identification of reference status of the Jizera River

Tomšová, Zuzana January 2015 (has links)
Long-term and intensive human use of watercourses has led to their considerable degradation. Recently, there has been an effort to improve the ecological status of aquatic ecosystems, based on studies of hydromorphological characteristics of natural watercourses and identification of reference conditions. The aim of this thesis was the hydromorphological survey and an identification of reference conditions of the Jizera River. The selection of sites suitable for identification of reference status was based on pre-set criteria determined on remote sensing data, which eliminated significant anthropogenic impacts on the channel and floodplain. The survey using River Habitat Survey (Environmental Agency, 2003), Hydroecological Monitoring (Langhammer et al., 2014) and REFCON (Šmerousová a Matoušková, 2014a) methods was conducted in selected sites. Sites where hydromorphological conditions correspond with very good class, according to Hydroecological Monitoring, were used for identification of the type-specific reference conditions. Physico-chemical characteristics according to ČSN 757221 (1998) and Rosendorf et al. (2011) and the biological quality element macroinvertebrates according to Opatřilová et al. (2011) were also evaluated. Physico-chemical characteristics reached class I - II (ČSN, 1998) and...

Most přes Mordovu rokli / Viaduct Mordava rokle

Ondřej, Václav January 2022 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is design of the loadbearing structure of a bridge. Out of two proposed variants was chosen prestressed girder deck of 5 spans. The bridge is built span-by-span in a formwork supported by launching girders. Calculation of load cases is made in software Midas Civil 2021 and Scia Engineer 18.1. The construction is evaluated considering the ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. The design and evaluation were made according to valid standards.

Problematika dříve vyslovených přání v intenzivní péči / The living will in intensive care

Lamačová, Eva January 2011 (has links)
v anglickém jazyce: The aim of the thesis is to provide description of nursing and medical aspects and offer ethical and legal context concerning the issue of living will. The chapter on ethical perspective discusses the process of dying and the Christian point of view on the issue of dying. Definice referenčního stavu horských a podhorských toků jako součást ekomorfologického průzkumu / Definition of reference conditions of mountain and submountain streams as a part of ecological survey

Leipeltová, Petra January 2014 (has links)
The present thesis deals with the definition of reference conditions of mountain and submountains streams in selected European countries and on the requirements of the Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC. Here is presented the Typology of watercourses of Czech Republic and the delimitation of mountain and submountains types in selected locations in the Ore Mountains and the Bohemian Forest. In the second part of the work is solved hydromorphological status of watercourses. Monitoring was conducted on streams Rolava, Černá voda, Křemelná, Slatinný p., Modravský p., Roklanský p. and Javoří p. To evaluate the degree of hydromorphological quality was used Hydroecological monitoring method. The thesis includes a brief assessment of physical-geographic characteristics mentioned flows with emphasis on the runoff regime in their basins. In conclusion, there are identified and defined reference parts of streams and their characteristics. Keywords: reference conditions, typology of streams, hydromorphological status, hydromorphological quality, hydromorphological monitoring, runoff regime

Kabelka, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the creation of rating curves and evaluating these curves on profiles KFGG. There are described various methods of extrapolating discharge beyond instrumentally measured data. On selected profiles is performed extrapolation using 1D hydrological model MIKE 11. Data used in this work are obtained by field survey made by workers KFGG. Key words: rating curve, extrapolation, hydrological modeling, ADCP, MIKE 11

Srovnání spokojenosti osob žijících v manželství a nesezdaném soužití / Comparative study of satisfaction among individuals living in marriage and cohabitation

Zálešáková, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of happiness between married people and cohabiting non-married people in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the transformation of the partner relationships in the modern society. It focuses on sociological theories which explain the changes in family behaviour. It also explains and compares marriage and cohabitation of non-married people, which is a new and relatively widespread form of living. The key topic of this thesis is the happiness of the people depending on their marital status. The research part analyses ISSP data - Family and changing gender roles from 2012 using a multiple regression analysis. It tests the hypothesis based on the conclusions of the previous research, which indicate that married people are happier than cohabiting non-married people. However, this assumption was not proved to be true. Non-married cohabitation affects the happiness of people in a same way as marriage. The positive influence is strong enough within both, the control of the influence of basic sociodemographic characteristics, such as gender, age, education, as well are within the control of the influence of health.
