Sportverletzungen beim Telemark / Sport injuries in telemarking

Hardörfer, Theresa January 2018 (has links) (PDF)
The aim of this study was to identify frequent injuries in telemarking and corresponding risk factors. Of further interest was whether differences in injury patterns compared with alpine skiing were attributable to differences in technique as well as possible longterm impairments in telemarking. An online questionnaire was used to interview telemarkers from different skiing areas and nationalities retrospectively about their sport exercising habits and past injuries. In a prospective study they where asked monthly about newly aquired injuries. Common injury locations where knee, shoulder, ankle and thumb. Injuries of the lower extremity, especially the knee joint were the most frequent, as seen in alpine skiing. Nevertheless, due to technical differences the injured structures of the knee joint vary in telemarking and alpine skiing.

Metodika telemarkového lyžování / Methodology of telemark skiing

Turek, Michael January 2014 (has links)
Title: Methodology of telemark skiing Aim of the study: The aim of this thesis is to create educational, methodological and motivational film, which will include design of metodology of telemark skiing. Methods: In developing this thesis, we used a combination of methods of critical analysis of documents and the author's own empirical experience with telemark skiing with the method of comparison of selected knowledge, methods and participating and uninvolved observation and cinematographic film processing method. The work is a synthesis of theoretical research and dynamic field work. Results: According to this thesis was created teaching methodology and motivational DVD that in addition to the metodology also out lines the historical aspects and current concepts of telemark skiing. The text of the thesis in theoretical part complements the DVD detailed information from the history and information about telemark equipment. Methodology of teaching in the text corresponds to the contents of the DVD. Keywords: telemark, methodology, turn, step, stance, free heel

Rozložení tlaku na ploskách chodidel ve středním smýkaném oblouku alpskou a telemarkovou technikou / The pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing

Svobodová, Renata January 2018 (has links)
Title: The pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare the pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing. Methods: For the analysis of pressure distribution on the soles of feet in downhill skiing was used the pressure measurement system Pedar-X, which works for monitoring of plantar pressure (kPa) moreover. The pressure distribution measuring on the soles of feet was taking place in prepared track of the ski slope in two ways. The first one was the telemark technique and the second one was the alpine technique. For the evaluating and the processing of the results was selected in the right and in the left turn of each testing person in approximately the same part of the track. Results: The results of pressure distribution in the alpine and the telemark position turn have shown the significantly important difference in the intraindividual comparison in every technique. The significantly important difference was detected also in the interindividual comparison in both techniques each other. Keywords: downhill skiing, telemark, Pedar-X, pressure distribution
