Pečiulienė, Jūratė 08 June 2009 (has links)
Temos aktualumas. Tyrimui pasiekti keliami uždaviniai: • Apibrėžti profesinio mokymo patrauklumo sampratą; • Atskleisti profesinio mokymo patrauklumo trūkumą lemiančius veiksnius; • Numatyti profesinio mokymo patrauklumo didinimo galimybes, atsižvelgiant į išskirtus patrauklumui įtaką darančius veiksnius; • Empiriškai ištirti ir atskleisti profesinio mokymo patrauklumą sąlygojančius veiksnius; • Numatyti profesinio mokymo patrauklumo didinimo galimybes, atsižvelgiant į išskirtus patrauklumui įtaką darančius veiksnius. Be to, analizuojama mokslinė literatūra ir statistiniai duomenys. Išanalizavus tyrimo metu gautus duomenis, išryškėjo pagrindiniai profesinio... Vocational, or career, education is a process of gaining vocational knowledge and competences through the process of learning when a learner gains or improves the corresponding qualification. In spite of the fact that vocational education is also called a step towards the career, the majority of learners prefer universities due to the lack of attraction of the vocational education. This phenomenon is widely discussed in the media but there haven‘t been offered any effective ways to increase the attraction of vocational education. So the problem of this research is the lack of the attraction of vocational education. The goal of this research is to reveal the factors that influence the vocational education’s attraction. In order to reach the goal there are some objectives: • To characterize the conception of attraction of the vocational education; • To reveal the reasons which influence the lack of attraction of the vocational education; • To think of possible effective ways to attract more students to vocational education considering already defined reasons influencing the attraction of vocation education; • To analyze empirically the ways that are possible to increase learners’ attraction to the vocational education. The object of the research: the attraction of vocational education. The methodology of the research. During the research, there has been made a quantitative analysis by giving the students of several secondary and vocational... [to full text]
