A modalidade se manifesta de várias formas na sociedade, em vários lugares e para múltiplas finalidades, por isso deve ser motivo de reflexão também na iniciação. Embora as tecnologias estejam presentes no contexto esportivo de modo geral e no voleibol, pouco se encontra sobre sua utilização no sentido de melhorar a compreensão da lógica tática do jogo pelos praticantes, pois a prevalência do uso está em oferecer dados e respostas prontas, especialmente aos treinadores ou professores. Sendo assim, essa pesquisa teve como objetivo elaborar, implementar e avaliar uma Unidade Didática de iniciação ao voleibol, baseada na compreensão da lógica tática do jogo, a partir de um diagnóstico das dificuldades de ensino percebidas por professores de voleibol do SESC São Paulo, utilizando recursos de filmagem e Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) para auxiliar no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A presente pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa com referencial teórico na pesquisa-ação e foi organizada em três etapas: 1) Levantamento diagnóstico com professores de voleibol do SESC São Paulo; 2) Elaboração de uma Unidade Didática de Voleibol e 3) Implementação e avaliação da Unidade Didática. Os professores indicaram, por meio do questionário, que "observar a quadra adversária e passar a bola nos espaços vazios" são as maiores dificuldades dos alunos iniciantes. A partir desse diagnóstico, elaborou-se e implementou-se uma Unidade Didática com tais elementos táticos considerando-se as tendências atuais da Pedagogia do Esporte, a partir do uso do modelo Teaching Games for Understand (TGfU), assim como recursos de filmagens e outras TIC (celular, tablet, notebook, projetor, aplicativos, sites). Os principais resultados indicam que, de fato, as filmagens dos jogos dos alunos e a utilização das TIC, além de serem atrativas, foram notavelmente facilitadoras para o alcance do objetivo proposto. As gravações permitiram que os alunos identificassem quem conseguia olhar para a quadra adversária, assim como os espaços vazios e, dessa forma, concomitantemente com os momentos de conscientização tática proposta, puderam refletir, discutir e construir estratégias e soluções para os problemas táticos impostos. Tais condições favoreceram um ensino para a formação de praticantes que compreendem a lógica tática do jogo. Observou-se, no último jogo proposto, que 43% das disputas de pontos tiveram alunos jogando a bola com clara intenção e direcionamento para a quadra adversária, um aumento considerável quando comparado ao primeiro jogo filmado no início da Unidade Didática. Conclui-se que, apesar das dificuldades técnicas, o uso de filmagem e das TIC auxiliou na aquisição da capacidade de iniciantes no voleibol jogarem com intenções táticas. / The volleyball practice has been expanding in Brazil since the 1980s, mainly due to the international victories of the women's and men's teams, being mainly responsible for the increase in the number of practitioners. The modality manifests itself in many ways in society, in many places and for multiple purposes, so it is also a reason for reflection on the initiative. Despite being in a position to improve the understanding of the tactical logic of the game for practitioners, there is a prevalence of use in data and ready-answers, especially the coaches or teachers. Thus, the research aims to develop, implement and evaluate a didactic unit of volleyball initiation, a program of learning difficulties of teaching by volleyball teachers of SESC São Paulo, filming resources and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to assist in the teaching-learning process. A qualitative research present with theoretical reference in action research and organization in three stages: 1) Diagnostic survey with SESC São Paulo volleyball teachers; 2) Elaboration of a Didactic Unit of Volleyball and 3) Implementation and evaluation of the Didactic Unit. The teachers indicated through the questionnaire that "they observe an opponent's court and pass the ball in the empty spaces" are like greater difficulties of the beginning students. Based on the use of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) model as resources of movies and other ICT (cell phone, tablet, notebook, projector, applications, websites). The main results indicate that the filming of student games and ICT applications, in addition to being attractive, were remarkably facilitative in reaching the proposition. As recordings allowed the students to identify who got a look at the opposing squad, as well as the empty spaces and how they concomitantly with the moments of tactical awareness proposed, they could reflect, discuss and construct strategies and solutions to the tactical problems imposed. Such conditions favored a teaching for the formation of practitioners who understand a tactical logic of the game. It was observed in the last proposed game, that 43% of the test points disputes, throwing a ball with clear intention and direction to an opponent's court, there was a considerable increase when compared to the first game filmed at the beginning of the didactic unit. It is concluded that, despite the technical difficulties, the use of shooting and ICT, is not accepted in the acquisition of ability of beginners in volleyball play with tactical intentions.

Síndrome de Burnout em atletas infanto juvenis

The Burnout syndrome is a topic that is currently presented as a major problem that affects the labor activity in several areas, including athletes. Known as syndrome of physical and psycho-social breakdown has become the object of study Psychology. However, in Sport Psychology is little explored, and there is little literature on the subject, which makes the knowledge and understanding of the syndrome. This research it is a descriptive study of transversal and quantitative approach, which was attended by 194 athletes from different states, of both sexes, with an age range of 14 to 17 years, swimmers and volleyball. To collect data we used two instruments: one demographic data questionnaire and the Burnout Questionnaire for Athletes - BQA. Data analysis consisted of descriptive analysis and comparison of variables, sex, sport, education, sports injury, age and time as a federated athlete, using the nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis and Mann Whitney. The results showed that in general, the athletes present in the study were not in a risk state for Burnout, with an overall average of 2.09 points corresponding to a feeling frequency between Seldom and Sometimes. Concerning the size Physical and Emotional Exhaustion in variable sport, there were differences between them, which showed statistically significant (p = ˂0,001), even with averages of 1.88 (swimming) and 1.58 (volleyball), respectively related to a frequency between Hardly Ever and Rarely. The size Reduced Sense of Accomplishment showed higher rates in all variables, with a frequency of feelings related to Rarely to Sometimes average ranging from 2.50 to 2.59. We conclude that the juvenile athletes swimming and volleyball did not show a frequency of high feelings, referring to Burnout. / A Síndrome de Burnout é um tema que se apresenta atualmente como um dos grandes problemas que afeta a atividade laboral nas mais diversas áreas, inclusive em atletas. Conhecida como Síndrome do esgotamento físico-psíquico-social tem se tornado objeto de estudo da Psicologia. Contudo, na Psicologia do Esporte é pouco explorada e, são escassas as publicações sobre o tema, o que dificulta o conhecimento e a compreensão da Síndrome. Esta pesquisa trata-se de um estudo descritivo, de caráter transversal e com abordagem quantitativa, da qual participaram 194 atletas de diferentes estados, de ambos os sexos, com uma faixa etária de 14 a 17 anos, praticantes de natação e voleibol. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizados dois instrumentos: um questionário de dados sociodemográficos e o Questionário de Burnout em Atletas QBA. A análise dos dados constituiu-se da análise descritiva e comparação das variáveis, sexo, modalidade esportiva, escolaridade, lesão esportiva, idade e tempo como atleta federado, utilizando-se dos testes não paramétricos de Kruskal-Wallis e Mann Withney. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que de maneira geral, os atletas presentes no estudo, não se encontravam em um estado de risco para o Burnout, com uma média geral de 2,09 pontos que correspondem, a uma frequência de sentimentos entre raramente e algumas vezes. Em relação à dimensão Exaustão Física e Emocional, na variável modalidade esportiva, houve diferenças entre as mesmas, que se apresentou estatisticamente significativa (p=˂0,001), mesmo com médias de 1,88 (natação) e 1,58 (voleibol), respectivamente referentes a uma frequência entre quase nunca a raramente. A dimensão Reduzido Senso de Realização apresentou maiores índices em todas as variáveis analisadas, apresentando uma frequência de sentimentos referentes a raramente a algumas vezes, média que variou entre 2,50 a 2,59. Conclui-se que os atletas juvenis de natação e voleibol não apresentaram uma frequência de sentimentos alta, referente ao Burnout.

Os hormônios de crescimento, principalmente os do eixo GH/IGF-I são responsáveis pelo crescimento tecidual e estrutural desde o nascimento. O GH produzido na hipófise é um hormônio com funções metabólicas e anabólicas e é o principal estimulador da síntese e liberação do IGF-I no fígado que tem suas ações endócrinas, parácrinas e autócrinas mediadas pelas IGFBPs. O exercício físico está intimamente ligado à função anabólica, estimulando a secreção e a ação dos hormônios do eixo GH/IGF-I.Existe a hipótese de haver um comportamento bifásico do eixo durante uma temporada de treinamento,caracterizado por uma fase catabólica, seguida de uma fase anabólica dependendo das fases do treinamento, porém vários estudos têm resultados controversos. O objetivo desse projeto foi investigar o impacto de uma temporada de treinamento em atletas de voleibol sobre o eixo GH/IGF-I e IGFBP-3 e sua relação com desempenho em testes físicos. A amostra foi composta por 10 jogadores de Voleibol categoria adulto da equipe de Franca-SP que foram analisados no início(A1), durante(A2) e ao final(A3) de 15 semanas de treinamento. Foram analisados dados antropométricos, altura de salto e potência de membros inferiores no Squat Jump (SJ), Counter Moviment Jump(CMJ)e Drop Jump 40 cm (DJ40), Índice de Força Reativa (IFR), Razão de Utilização Excêntrica (RUE) e concentrações deIGF-I e IGFBP-3. Para as análises estatísticas foram utilziadas ANOVA de medidas repetidas, Magnitude de Efeito (ES) e Probabilidade Quantitativa de Chances (QC). Os resultados mostram redução dos valores de Massa Coporal Total (MCT), Percentual de Gordura Coporal (%GC), Massa Magra (MM) e Massa Gorda (MG), com menor valor em A3, os resultados dos saltos apresentaram aumento linear com diferença estatísitca (p < 0,05) no DJ40 em A3. A sessão de treino não teve influência sobre as concentrações de IGF-I e IGFBP-3, indicando que a intensidade de disputa dessa modalide não é capaz de alterar as concentrações desses hormônios. Não foi verificada diferença estatísitca (p < 0,05) entre as coletas durante o período de treinamento, mas, as análises de ES e QC indicam tendência de aumento do IGF-I em A3. O comportamento bifásico do eixo GH/IGF-I não foi observado nesse estudo, possivelmente devido a forma de planejamento do período de treinamento, contudo, o IGF-I apresentou maiores concentrações em A3 coincidindo com os maiores resultados de altura de salto. Com esses resultados foi possível inferir que a concentração de IGF-I está correlacionada positivamente com o desempenho físico de atletas de voleibol e que a redução ou a incapacidade de aumento de IGF-I pode ser um sinal de alerta para atletas e treinadores. Ainda assim, são necessários novos estudos para investigar se o treinamento terá efeitos semelhantes durante longos períodos de treinamento, períodos de treinamento com maior intensidade, diferentes fases durante o período de preparação ou competição produzirão respostas hormonais semelhantes / Growth hormones, especially the GH/IGF-I axis is responsible for tissue and structural growth from birth. GH produced in the pituitary gland is a hormone with metabolic and anabolic functions and is the main stimulator for the synthesis and release of IGF-I in the liver that has its endocrine, paracrine and autocrine actions mediated by IGFBPs. Physical exercise is closely linked to anabolic function, stimulating the secretion and action of the hormones of the GH/IGF-I axis. There is a hypothesis of a biphasic behavior of the axis during a training season, characterized by a catabolic phase, followed by an anabolic phase depending on the training phases, but several studies have controversial results. The objective of this project was to investigate the impact of a training season on volleyball athletes on the GH/IGF-I axis and IGFBP-3 and its relation to performance in physical tests. The sample consisted of 10 adult category Volleyball players from the Franca-SP team who were analyzed at baseline (A1), during (A2) and at the end (A3) of 15 weeks of training. Anthropometric data, jump height and power of lower body in Squat Jump (SJ), Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) e Drop Jump 40 cm (DJ40), Reactive Force Index (RFI), Eccentric Usability Ratio (EUR) and IGF-I and IGFBP-3 concentrations were analyzed. Statistical analyzes were performed using repeated measures ANOVA, Effect Size test (ES) and Probability of Quantitative Chances(QC). The results show a reduction in Total Body Mass (TBM) values, Percentage of Body Fat (%BF), Lean Mass (LM) and Fat Mass (FM), with a lower value in A3, the jump results showed a linear increase with a statistical difference (p <0.05) in DJ40 in A3. The training session had no influence on the concentrations of IGF-I and IGFBP-3, indicating that the intensity of contention of this modality is not able to alter the concentrations of these hormones. There was no statistically significant difference (p <0.05) between the collections during the training period, but the ES and QC analyzes indicated an upward trend in IGF-I in A3. The biphasic behavior of the GH/IGF-I axis was not observed in this study, possibly due to the planning of the training period, however, IGF-I presented higher concentrations in A3 coinciding with higher jump height results. With these results it was possible to infer that the concentration of IGF-I is positively correlated with the physical performance of volleyball athletes and that the reduction or inability to increase IGF-I may be a warning signal for athletes and coaches. Still, further studies are needed to investigate whether training will have similar effects during long periods of training, more intense training periods, different phases during the preparation or competition period will produce similar hormonal responses.

Title: Approaches to cultivation of game performance in sports games in school physical education education. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to compare ways of teaching sports games in physical education lessons at the second stage of primary school. In this comparison we will focus on the impact of these ways of teaching with respect to team gaming performance. Methods: In this work, we used video analysis, from which we derived quantitative and comparative analysis of qualitative findings. We compared the individual results on the basis of the method of teaching used in class. Results: From a comparison of groups undergoing technical and tactical approaches to teaching sports games, we found that groups undergoing tactical approaches to teaching improved more in team performance in goal sports games. Dans le cadre d'une recherche empirique sur les styles de jeu des différentes nations en volley-ball, nous avons recueilli des données sur diverses compétitions internationales. Notre objectif était de modéliser et rationaliser notre activité à travers la construction d'un outil de feedback vidéo qui nous a permis d'analyser le rapport d'opposition entre deux équipes. Le but n'est pas de décrire comment joue une équipe, sans considérer l'adversaire, mais de lier les systèmes de jeu des deux équipes, offensifs ou défensifs, compte tenu de leurs effets sur l'adversaire. C'est ce qu'on appelle le rapport d'opposition. Comme le montre Deleplace (1979) dans sa modélisation du rugby, c'est en analysant le rapport d'opposition que l'on peut expliquer et comprendre l'essence de l'activité. Pour cette étude, nous avons choisi de construire un nouveau modèle d'analyse en adoptant une procédure technologique (Bouthier & Durey, 1994 ; Éloi & Uhlrich, 2011 ; Uhlrich, Éloi & Bouthier, 2011). Cela nous permettra de considérer le rapport d'opposition comme le premier indicateur de performance. Notre objectif est de déterminer la norme du volley-ball lors des Jeux Olympiques de Rio en 2016 au travers de l'analyse du rapport d'opposition. Dans cette perspective, nous choisissons d'utiliser le logiciel Sportscode qui est un méta-logiciel, c'est-à-dire un logiciel qui permet de créer des logiciels. La conception du logiciel créé par ce méta-logiciel facilite l'analyse de la performance en permettant une visualisation aisée des séquences vidéo prédéterminées par l'entraîneur, en direct ou après le match.Les résultats de cette étude nous montrent qu'il est possible d'identifier la norme du volley-ball à un moment précis de son histoire. De cette manière, il sera alors possible de comparer les différentes équipes entre elles et de déterminer leur style de jeu, mais également d'analyser les différentes façons de jouer au travers de son histoire. / As part of an empirical research on the playing styles of different nations in volleyball, we collected data on various international competitions. Our goal was to model and rationalize our activity through the construction of a video feedback tool that allowed us to analyze the momentum between two teams. The purpose is not to describe how play a team, without considering the opponent, but to link the game systems of the two teams, offensive or defensive, considering their effects on the opponent. This is called “momentum” (or balance of power). As shown by Deleplace (1979) in his rugby modeling, it is by analyzing the momentum that we can explain and understand the essence of the activity.For this study, we choose to build a new analysis model adopting a technological procedure (Bouthier & Durey, 1994; Éloi & Uhlrich, 2011; Uhlrich, Éloi & Bouthier, 2011). It will allow us to consider the momentum as the first performance indicator. Our goal is to determine the standard of volleyball during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games through the analysis of the momentum. In this perspective, we choose to use the software Sportscode which is a meta software, i.e., a software to make software. The design of the software created by this meta software facilitates the analysis of the performance by allowing an easy viewing of the video instances predetermined by coach, during live or after the game.The results of this study show us that it is possible to identify the international volleyball standard at a specific moment in its history. In this way, it will be possible to compare the different teams between them and determine their style of play, but also to analyze the different ways of playing through its history.

Title: Marketing communication on social networks of sports organizations Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to create suggestions and recommendations for sports associations how to use social media as an instrument for communication and promotion. Methods: Three methods were used in this work. The first method is an in-depth interview with managers of three sports associations. The second method is content analysis, which focused on the published content on social networks of sports associations. The third method is comparison. It compared the results of an in- depth interview and content analysis of each sport association. Results: The results showed that of the communicated topics of sports associations, the topic of national teams and Czech players playing abroad is the most attractive for followers. As for the type of post, a photo, as well as graphics or short video were evaluated as the most attractive on Facebook and Instagram. Furthermore, the research yielded results on the frequency of publishing, content promotion and the use of influencers from the community around the sports association. Skill Evaluation in Women's Volleyball

The Brigham Young University Women's Volleyball Team recorded and rated all skills (pass, set, attack, etc.) and recorded rally outcomes (point for BYU, rally continues, point for opponent) for the entire 2006 home volleyball season. Only sequences of events occurring on BYU's side of the net were considered. Events followed one of these general patterns: serve-outcome, pass-set-attack-outcome, or block-dig-set-attack-outcome. These sequences of events were assumed to be first-order Markov chains where the quality of each contact depended only explicitly on the quality of the previous contact but not on contacts further removed in the sequence. We represented these sequences in an extensive matrix of transition probabilities where the elements of the matrix were the probabilities of moving from one state to another. The count matrix consisted of the number of times play moved from one transition state to another during the season. Data in the count matrix were assumed to have a multinomial distribution. A Dirichlet prior was formulated for each row of the count matrix, so posterior estimates of the transition probabilities were then available using Gibbs sampling. The different paths in the transition probability matrix were followed through the possible sequences of events at each step of the MCMC process to compute the posterior probability density that a perfect pass results in a point, a perfect set results in a point, and so forth. These posterior probability densities are used to address questions about skill performance in BYU women's volleyball.

Damage to the functions of the shoulder joint in volleyball players, as a result of both acute and fatigue injuries, leads to prolonged withdrawal of an athlete from training and competitive activity, and sometimes the loss of promising athletes. While timely physical rehabilitation allows you to restore impaired functions as quickly as possible, return to the training process, and also reduce the risk of repeated injuries. The purpose of the study was to develop a physical rehabilitation program and evaluate its impact on the effectiveness of recovery of shoulder joint function after injuries in volleyball players. As a result of the study, the problem of injuries of the shoulder joint in volleyball players, factors that increase the risk of injuries, as well as modern methods of rehabilitation used for injuries of this kind were studied. The prevalence of injuries of the shoulder joint in student volleyball teams was estimated. The scientific novelty of the study is to develop an affordable program of physical rehabilitation of the functions of the shoulder joint after various injuries, including exercises to strengthen the muscles of the upper extremities. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of introducing this program of physical rehabilitation into the training process of student volleyball players. / Нарушение функций плечевого сустава у волейболистов, вследствие как острых, так и усталостных травам, приводит к длительному выбыванию спортсмена из тренировочной и соревновательной деятельности, а иногда и потере перспективных атлетов. В свою очередь, своевременная физическая реабилитация позволяет максимально быстро восстановить нарушенные функции, вернуться к тренировочному процессу, а также снизить риск повторного травматизма. Цель исследования – разработка программы физической реабилитации и оценка ее влияния на эффективность восстановления функции плечевого сустава после травм у волейболистов. В результате исследования была изучена проблема травм плечевого сустава у волейболистов, факторы повышающие риск травматизма, а также современные способы реабилитации, используемые при травмах такого рода. Оценена распространенность травм плечевого сустава у волейболистов студенческих команд. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке доступной программы физической реабилитации функций плечевого сустава после различных травм, включающей упражнения на укрепление мышц верхних конечностей. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности внедрения данной программы физической реабилитации в тренировочный процесс волейболистов студенческих сборных.
