Diplomová práce projednává systém implementace a čerpání prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU se zaměřením na region hl. m. Praha. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika regionální politiky, principy fungování, její nástroje a cíle. Na základě analýzy případových studií projektů schválených v rámci Jednotného programovacího dokumentu pro Cíl 2 a 3 je poskytnut přehledný zdroj informací a doporučení pro potenciální žadatele. Nastíněny jsou i záměry projektů, které by měly být realizovány v programovacím období 2007 ? 2013.

Life and Culture of the Czech Republic from Foreigners´ Perspective: Research in IBM´s Environment. Diploma Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2016. Diploma thesis is focused on IBM Delivery Center foreigners´ opinion about life and culture in the Czech Republic. The beginning of the theoretical part mentions prior researches about life quality in the Czech Republic and the opinion of native Czech people. In addition, there are references about foreigners and their rights and obligations in the Czech law. The theoretical part concludes with explanations of essential terms of this thesis such as culture, communication, culture shock and adaptability. The practical portion of this thesis presents results from the opinion about life and culture in the Czech Republic survey. These results are then discussed in 2 different captures - European and non-European foreigners. In conclusion, the ascertained results are compared and evaluated in the end of the thesis.

The aim of this study is to determine some breeding and ethology aspects of Great Crested grebes (Podiceps cristatus) in two different habitats in the Třeboň basin. The first locality is Nadějská rybniční soustava (NRS). It means 14 high eutrophic fish ponds near Třeboň. The second locality is in Hálámky and it is the gravel pits area. There are 4 ponds with low eutrophic water. This locality is similar to lakes - the origin biotope of Great Crested grebes (Podiceps cristatus). There are still active outputs of gravel in some of Halámky ponds. This study is based on breeding aspects, such as bird quantity, observing and measuring. Observations were carried out in 2004 - 2006. Whole day ethology monitoring was made in 2006. The data in Nadějská rybniční soustava are collected every 14 days from March to November. The data in Halámky are collected on the month base. The parameters of nests were measured during the breeding season. It was draught of nests, height above water level, height of water column, diameter of nests, ``kotlinka{\crqq} - a place for eggs in nest, ``korona{\crqq} - a special part of the nest. We focused on the parameters of eggs such as width, length and number of eggs in the nest as well.

The work deals with heterogeneous island models. The work designs and implements a new island model based on knowledge of homogeneous models of evolutionary algorithms. The model allows dynamic replanning of general computational methods. The work experimentally compares results of homogeneous and heterogeneous models.

The aim of this thesis "Regional analysis of the impacts of the projects of the Operational Programme Prague Adaptability (focused on the priority axis 3 Modernization of initial education)" is to find some allocation, aiming and impacts of approved funds of the priority axis 3 Modernization of initial education from the Operational Programme Prague Adaptability, using financial, quantitative and qualitative analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical apart there is analysed the structure of EU funds as well as the implementation of the Operational Programme Prague Adaptability. The practical part covers the financial allocation, the structure of the recipients, the location of the realization of the approved projects and their focus. It makes use of the methods of quantitative and qualitative analyses. The financial and quantitative analyses are defined according to various criteria (e.g. priority axis, recipients, calls etc.). The qualitative analysis guarantees the focus of the completed projects, the impacts and their importance for the surroundings. The expert method is used a semi-structured interview with some experts, a questionnaire survey and the method of cartograms. At the end there are summarized the findings from the individual parts of the thesis.

The following diploma thesis is dealing with the application of leadership in the Army of the Czech Republic. It defines the leadership and importance of its integration in the Czech Army environment. The diploma thesis contains employee’s current conditions evaluation and requirements in the field of HR Management. The questionnaire was used to acquire this information. Further, the diploma thesis suggests the changes in relationships and communication between superior and subordinates.

Vývoj v informačním systému neustále zvyšuje nároky na účinnou, efektivní a adaptivní spolupráci mezi komponenty systému, aby se vyrovnal se změnami v systému a zaručil tak nejlepší výkon. K dosažení těchto požadavků byly zavedeny dva hlavní přístupy. Přístup k adaptaci umožňuje informačnímu systému přizpůsobit se změnám v kontextu informací systému a jeho okolního prostředí na základě adaptační strategie. Přístup ke zvyšování informovanosti zase napomáhá sledovat informace o kontextu a rozpoznat změny, které mohou proces adaptace vyvolat. V této práci představujeme obecný kontextově orientovaný model vlastní adaptivní architektury pro podporu softwarového systému s adaptačními funkcemi, které zaručují dostupnost systému, provozní podmínky a výkon. Navíc poskytujeme dvě případové studie v reálném životě jako důkaz konceptu použitelnosti našeho navrhovaného adaptačního přístupu.

Apomixis (asexual reproduction by seeds) has the considerable potential in agriculture and crop breeding due to its ability to produce genetically identical progenies in a form of persistent propagules, i.e. seeds. However, the processes laying behind the origin of apomixis and connected molecular mechanisms are still unknown. Despite the fact, that apomicts are considered to be an evolutionary dead-ends, they are often more widely distributed than their sexual relatives (this phenomenon is commonly referred to as geographical parthenogenesis (GP). Although this phenomenon is studied for decades, its causes are still not fully understood. Importantly, several recent studies pointed out that apomicts with limited genetic variability can at some extent react to changing environment through changes in gene transcription by epigenetic modifications. It is generally assumed, that hybridisation and polyploidization played a crucial role in the emergence of apomixis. For this reason, presented studies test the putative origin of selected polyploid apomicts and if the interspecific hybridisation between diploid sexuals triggers polyploidization using predominantly polyploid and apomictic genus Hieracium s. str. The author of diploma thesis "The looking back to projects of operational programme The development of human resources in Pardubice Region: Or how it is uneasy to be an applicant for European money" focuses on difficulties which was battled by the applicants from Pardubice region. These difficulties are uncovered by questionnaires and they are faced with discrepances between documents written both at European and national level. The author looks for theoretical resources in the theory of organization and in the linear model of public administration in order to come to the conclusion that this model is strictly complied. She tries to discover possible causations of this problem and reason for its (non)solution. So she makes use of an actor analysis to uncover relationships between actors and their definitions of the problem. At the close, she compares these preferred solutions and she chooses one of them for the reason that this solution would be the best to deal with the problem.

Master's Thesis deals with the complete proposal of light adaptability A/D converter. In the second chapter there are describes types of sensors. Third one describes the most used methods of light adaptability. In the fourth chapter there is describe the adaptability A/D conversion. Chapter 5 describes the block diagram.
