Adaptace pracovníků v malé organizaci / Workers's adaptation in a small organization

Dissertation deals with an analysis of an adaptation process in a small organization. It handles placing of the adaptation process into a context of human resources activities. Individual areas of the adaptation are specified - working adaptation, social adaptation and adaptation to a company culture. Also aims of the adaptation, factors influencing the process of adaptation in the company, planning and management of the adaptation are specified. The process of adaptation, elements and tools used during creation of the adaptation process are described. The dissertation includes the survey analyzing the process of adaptation in small organizations and describes the specifics identified.

Podpora adaptace dítěte v raném věku v předškolním vzdělávání v Dánsku a Německu / Promoting adaptation of children in early childhood in pre-school education in Denmark and Germany

This diploma thesis deals with an issue of a support of an early-age child in pre-school education in Denmark and Germany. The aim of the thesis is to analyse framework conditions as well as used approaches of pre-school institutions in early-age children adaptation in pre-school institutions in Germany and Denmark. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with pre-school education in context with the systems in Denmark and Germany, with the characteristics of educational systems in these countries, an early-age child development and an issue of an early-age child adaptation in a pre-school institution. The aim of the empiric part of the thesis is to analyse the conditions, personnel securing and adaptation programmes usage in three selected foreign pre-school institutions. The empiric part provides the aims of the research, research questions and methods that were used in the research construction. Furthermore, it specifies three selected pre-school institutions (one in Denmark, two in Germany), characterises their space and material conditions and daily timetables for early-age children. The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue. The work followed the specifics of the educational work between 2-3 years of age in an ordinary preschool. The theoretical part is based on developmental psychological characteristics of this period. It monitored the impact of early interactions mother - child, influence of family environment and other factors affecting the child's separation from the mother and the subsequent adaptation and socialization in a preschool environment. The survey includes six case studies of selected two-year old children (position of the child), 24 selected parents of preschool children within one preschool (parents' position) and 51 preschools (teacher's position). The research followed the specific impact of key factors influencing the course of adaptation and socialization of a child under 3 years of age in a preschool environment, including the anticipated impact of key chronological age. In this interview, our guest responds to current and controversial issues related to environmental matters and the mining sector. First, the author talks about the variability of numbers for investment in mineral exploration in our country along recent periods. Also, the problem of social unrests, tax issues, permits and licenses, known as «permisología» and their impact on the sector. Similarly, and inevitably, some comment on the widespread use of Contracts Tax Stability and new measures of environmental control, taken by the recently enacted and controversial Law N° 30230 – Law Establishing Tax Measures, Simplification of Procedures and permits for promotion and revitalization of investment in the country, also called «Paquetazo Castilla». Furthermore, about the EIA and the recent creation of SENACE, as part of the Ministry of Environment Agency is analyzed. Finally, our interviewee continues to review the controversial «contribution by regulation» to OEFA and disciplinary proceedings. / En la presente entrevista, nuestro invitado responde a temas vigentes y controvertidos, relativosa materia ambiental y del sector minero. En primer lugar, él habla sobre la cuestión referida a la variabilidad de las cifras de inversión en exploración minera en nuestro país durante los últimos periodos. Asimismo, se analiza el reticente problema de los conflictos sociales, temas tributarios y la conocida «permisología», así como sus correspondientes impactos en el sector.
