Adiktologické příčiny prohlášení neplatnosti manželství v současném kanonickém právu římskokatolické církve / Addictological causes of declaration of nullity of marriage in contemporary canon law of the Roman Catholic Church

Novák, Petr January 2021 (has links)
Addictological causes of declaration of nullity of marriage in contemporary canon law of the Roman Catholic Church Abstract This thesis presents in detail the addictological causes of marriage nullity in canon law of the Roman Catholic Church. According to the Canon Law (Codex iuris canonici, 1983) a marriage may be declared null because of psychological inability under certain conditions. The addiction (and addictive behavior) is one of the most serious mental illnesses. Pope Francis pointed out the addiction as a "new form of slavery" and a "wound in our society" which should be combated with education and rehabilitation. In many cases the legal proceedings are very difficult and the canonical lawyers need the expert report from the field of addictology, psychology and psychiatry. The aim of this thesis is to give the essential addictological and psychological knowledge connected with the regulations listed in canon 1095 of the actual canonlaw code.

Švadlenová, Jana January 2021 (has links)
The presented work is an empirical study offering an insight into the providing of addictology care in the everyday practice. In a selected Organization, I ethnographically examine how the good addictology practice is done and what, according to the participants, makes it good. That means how the Organization comes to what is good and what is not, when and in which situation is it good. Through analyses of Organization's everyday life taking place in various facilities helping people at risk of dependents and their loved ones, through documents analyses and through the way the Organization presents itself, I offer proved a support for the good practice. These are the organization's spirit, that is cultivated from the long-term care for the organization's culture and also an awareness of the constant formation of one's own path towards good and even better care. However, neither the path nor the spirit has the same face and final form. Although it stands on solid foundations, which are the organizational values (respect, openness, responsibility, relationship and cooperation) and is based on a long history and traditions, it is shaped by what every day brings to the Organization. Despite its functional support, the Organization is not free from mistakes, errors. However, it seeks to ensure that its...

Riegel, Karel Dobroslav January 2021 (has links)
Background: With the development of multidisciplinary addictology teams, the ability of an addictologist to reliably assess personality psychopathology can be considered an important prerequisite that significantly enters the process of treatment planning. Because the addictologist is often the first professional to come into contact with the client, verification of the accuracy of clinical judgment seems to be one of the key indicators of addictologist competence. Aims: Verification of the reliability and validity of the clinical assessment of personality psychopathology in master students of addictology based on the course on scoring the Structured Interview of Personality Organization (STIPO). Methods: 31 master students of addictology independently evaluated 7 protocols of the STIPO on the basis of recordings. The presented patients were unknown to the students. Data was collected as part of the STIPO scoring course. The resulting scores of students were compared with: 1. the expert scores of a clinical psychologist with many years of experience with the STIPO; 2. the scores of 4 other psychologists without previous experience with the STIPO who attended the course; 3. information on previous clinical experience and previous education of the students. The comparison of scores was performed by...

Drogy v socialistickém Československu / Drugs in socialist Czechoslovakia

Kolář, Jan January 2018 (has links)
The issue of drugs and drug addiction is one of the greatest unresolved (and probably unresolvable) problems of mankind. This topic encountered a rocket rise in the Czech environment especially after the Velvet Revolution. The problem itself, nevertheless, germinated in the times of Communist dictatorship. For ideological reasons, however, it has long been trivialized, concealed, or attributed to the "decadent West" and to its affiliated domestic "elements". Serious drug-related debates took place in the Normalization period almost exclusively on the pages of professional publications and magazines kept from the eyes of ordinary citizen. The topic of drug addiction began to penetrate the public space without the old ideological templates in the second half of the 1980s, in connection with liberalization after the inauguration of M.S. Gorbachev into the leader of Communists in the Soviet Union. Regardless of the "wishes and complaints" of the Communist establishment, a subculture of young drug addicts emerged in Czechoslovakia, which had its values, hierarchies, symbols and its problems too. In the 1980s, several tens of thousands of people were involved, and if we add several hundreds of thousands elderly people who abused psychotropic medications, we find out how a major problem it was in the...
