Analytické CRM - přehled trhu a trendy / Analytical CRM - market overview and trends

Prochásková, Jana January 2008 (has links)
Analytical CRM is a consistent suite of analytical applications that processes customer data stored in various information systems. The results are used to measure, predict and optimize customer relationships. The CRM applications market is growing despite the economic turmoil. The major trends are: CRM as a service, focus on customer retention and loyalty and last but not least achieving cost savings by effective targeting of marketing activities. The purpose of this paper is to define the business architecture of CRM systems and analytical CRM, analysis of the market and its trends, introduction of Good Data's approach to customer analytics and suggestions for possible extension of their Customer Analytics service.

Možnosti využití konceptu Big Data v pojišťovnictví

Stodolová, Jana January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of recent years called Big Data. Big Data are unstructured data of large volume which cannot be managed and processed by commonly used software tools. The analytical part deals with the concept of Big Data and analyses the possibilities of using this concept in the in-surance sector. The practical part presents specific methods and approaches for the use of big data analysis, specifically in increasing the competitiveness of the insurance company and in detecting insurance frauds. Most space is devoted to data mining methods in modelling the task of detecting insurance frauds. This di-ploma thesis builds on and extends the bachelor thesis of the author titled "Mod-ern technology of data analysis and its use in detection of insurance frauds".

Lokální a globální analytické zprávy o výsledcích DZD / Local and global analytical reports on results of data mining

Reischig, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
Title: Local and global analytical reports on results of data mining Author: Zdeněk Reischig Department: Department of Software Engineering Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Jan Rauch, CSc. Supervisor's e-mail address: rauch@vse.cz Abstract: Thesis focuses on automatized support of local analytical reports creation, utilization of these reports as data sources for global analytical questions and creation of global analytical reports. In the thesis are suggested methods for comparison of rules. These methods are suitable for solving global analytical questions and can also help with composing of local analytical reports. Thesis also describes different kinds of background knowledge. One of them can be used for elimination of uninteresting rules or for finding data matrices with unusual relations. Other is necessary for solving global analytical questions, when rules are created over data matrices describing the same properties with different measures etc. Another important part of the thesis lies on providing a XML structure template for saving outputs of global analysis. It is also possible to use this XML structure for automatized generation of global analytical reports. Last part of the thesis is based on case study which shows how to use the guidelines and methods suggested in previous chapters. Case study...

Zobecnění metody analytického prodloužení ve vazbové konstantě / Generalization of the method of analytical continuation in coupling constant

Brožek, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
In the thesis we study a method for determining resonance energies - gen- eralization of the method of analytical continuation in the coupling constant, which is based on continuation of the coupling constant λ as a function of the momentum k. A formula for λ(k) is derived for spherically symmetric potential consisting of finite number of δ-functions and its Taylor series is studied. Taylor series of λ(k) and its asymptotic behavior is studied for sep- arable potential. Proper choice of added potential parameters is studied on examples. A method for determining λ(k) poles is described for spherically symmetric potential with added δ-function. It is tested whether the knowl- edge of λ(k) poles can be useful to improve the accuracy of the determination of the resonance parameters of the original potential.
