Title: A marketing plan Aquapark Plovarna Hranice na Morave Targets: The main objective is to create a marketing plan focusing on key groups of customers Aquapark Plovarna Hranice na Morave. Making this plan should serve to more efficient use of the sports facilities and a strategic planning approach to individual customer groups - children under 6 years of age, youth, students, adults, seniors, parents with children up to 6 years, visitors courses and other visitors. The secondary objectives include identifying opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses waterpark, exploring variations marketing strategies and obtain feedback on the marketing mix from customers waterpark. The objectives stated in essence, linked to the main objective, therefore, have the primary objective correlate. Title: Analysis of customer satisfaction in Aquapark Příbram Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to conduct content and statistical analysis of data collected directly from customers of Aquapark Příbram. Customers of the public were a research sample with the highest priority. As secondary sample were established trainers of the sports clubs using the Aquapark Příbram. Methods: Data collected from the primary sample were gained via CERM-CSQ based questionnaire Data collected from the secondary sample were obtained by structured interview. This structure was based on our questionnaire. Factor and correlation analysis were used to process quantitative data. Results: The content analysis showed the biggest drawbacks of service quality. According to the statistical analysis some service quality attributes have bigger influence on customer satisfaction than the others. Above mentioned drawbacks belong to those more influential attributes. On the basis of the results obtained certain suggestions were made to increase customer satisfaction. The thesis deals with the issue of possible chlorine leakage from the Aqua Park in the town of Uherské Hradiště. Chlorine is a toxic substance, widely used in industry. The amount of chlorine used in the aqua park does not comply with the values stipulated under the Major Accident Prevention Act, as it is under the limits set in the act and the object therefore cannot be classified into either group A or group B. Since the aqua park falls between unclassified sources, it is not subject to any obligations under this act, including processing documentation for cases of emergency. Despite that it is necessary to ensure the safety of persons in the aqua park area, as well as in its immediate vicinity in case of leakage of large quantities of the substance. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the aqua park can ensure preparedness for emergencies, especially for chlorine leakage. Chlorine is a moderately toxic substance which irritates particularly the respiratory system, eyes and mucous membranes, and in high concentrations, it can cause pulmonary edema and death. The thesis defines its basic physical and chemical properties, the method of using and providing first aid in case of exposure to the substance. Furthermore, it presents basic concepts related to emergencies and leakages of hazardous substances as well as basic legislation dealing with the issue. Such legislation includes primarily the Act on Integrated Rescue System, Act on Chemical Substances and Mixtures, as well as the Fire Protection Act. The thesis further includes risk assessment and analysis carried out using the Cause-Consequence Analysis or cause-effect analysis. This method is used for a better understanding of failures which can occur in an enterprise. It tries to deal mainly with the evaluation of the probability of system failures and looks for the causes of such failures. Using the Aloha and Terex software programs, a chlorine leak was simulated into the surrounding areas during the summer and winter seasons. Both programs simulated a chlorine leak in the total amount of 975 kg, under the same meteorological conditions for both seasons. Based on the specified input information, endangered zones in which it is necessary to evacuate the people were determined.

The task of the thesis is analysis of suitable methods and procedures for valuation of selected sports complex. The thesis covers the valuation of complex Kohoutovice swimming pool. The aim is to determine or estimate the expenses that are related to the operation of the complex and to analyze revenues. Besides its own valuation of swimming pool complex are the results of determine criteria that may affect revenues of sports complex.

The subject matter of the assigned project is Aquapark Brno – located near Lužánky. The subject is an architectural study elaboration of an aquapark adjoining the current swimming pool building which was established in 1979. This building facility is used primarily by professional swimmers and sportsmen for it contains the only 50 meters long swimming pool with a tribune in Brno. The aim of the project is to create new areas and pools for visitors with recreational intentions and therefore to widen the possibilities for free time activities. The project also deals with restoration of a 16 meters long training pool in the existing building, creation of inner and outer aquapark areas and adding exercise and dance halls as an extension to the existing fitness center. Another goal of this project was to make the pedestrian access to the area more pleasant which is achieved by creating an underground parking space in the area of the existing building’s frontal space and also by designing a footpath leading from the remote side of the excessively frequented Sportovní street. The primary aim of the project is an operational connection of the existing and the new building by a central building and also preventing an eclipse of the area by integrating the building in the area’s hillside. The advantage of the project is the presence of relaxation facilities and sports areas. The project completes the sporting environment of the area which makes it an attractive locality for a family recreation.

The thesis deals with the topic of municipality's investment evaluation for the construction of the water park. It defines public administration in the Czech Republic, describes the municipality and its possible sources of income, which include state and European subsidies. It briefly analyses public construction projects from a life-cycle perspective, investment costs and cost methods used to assess them. The work analyses the operational aspects, economic intensity and management of public indoor swimming pools in the Czech Republic. It characterizes a specific municipality and assesses its management based on city budgets over the past three years; it represents a certain water park investment project that would be the subject of a municipal investment, where the work reveals its investment costs and operating revenues and costs. The plan to build the water park in the municipality is latter evaluated in the form of the eCBA application, which assesses the entire efficiency of the investment, its financing and the socioeconomic impacts.

Diploma thesis is focused on deformation meassurement of wooden roof structure of Brno Aquapark. Introductory part of the thesis is devoted to explanation of basic terms of civil constructions deformation meassurement and describes methods which are used in this field nowadays. Main part of this thesis deals with testing of meassuring equipment, describes meassured construction, meassuring method and data processing. Horizontal and vertical shifts of the roof structure are evaluated and graphically interpreted in comparison with the previous and fundamental epoch.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of the Luzanky sport complex in Brno. The main objective of the diploma project was to create a new modern sport recreation area which will be situated next to the existing swimming pool. The main function is an aquapark with indoor and outdoor pools, which will fulfil all needs of visitors. There are few other functions added, such as café, smaller fitness and massages. Absolutely main objective is to connect the existing pool with the pools of the Aquapark - so the visitors could be using all indoor swimming areas. There are also parking spots designed within this project - nearby is a parking garage connected by footbridge leading from the existing swimming pool alongside the Aquapark building. This footbridge is intended for people who come to Brno to the Aquapark - for families with children that is - therefore it ensures safe and uninterrupted crossing from the garage to the new Aquapark complex. This complex will meet the requirements and current expectations of the visitors in the area. It will also increase the attractiveness of the entire territory.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the solution of the Lužánky sport complex in Brno. The aim of the diploma project is to create a new modern sport recreation area which will be situated next to the existing swimming pool. The main object is an aquapark with indoor and outdoor pools. In area of the aquapark are other premises like wellness, fitness cen-ter, café and other small businesses. Proposed object should be connected to the exis-ting pool with a 50-meter track. Visitors could go from one place to the other without exiting the complex. Also included is the increase of indoor and outdoor parking. Around the complex a footbridge had been designed to connect all the sports facilities. The foot-bridge is intended for pedestrians and cyclists and is designed to avoid blocking car traffic. Main entrance to the aquapark is on the same level as the footbridge, on the 2nd floor. Visitors can go to the footbridge by pedestrian ramp, stairs or lifts. This complex will meet the requirements and current expectations of the visitors in the area. It will also increase the attractiveness of the entire territory.

The subject of the master´s thesis is the architectural study of Spa world at Brno dam. The Spa is designed as part of the Aqua park, which was solved in atelier´s project. The building is located close to the Brno dam in hilly terrain. The proposed Spa world offers visitors the opportunity to relax, rehabilitation and entertainment in a variety of saunas. The Aqua Park is also a restaurant, massage, fitness center, shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
