[pt] A presente Dissertação de Mestrado Uma nova abordagem para o ensino de metrologia dimensional, propõe uma alternativa de utilização de tecnologia da informação e de internet como ferramenta educacional, focando, sobretudo, um novo conceito de sistema educacional interativo orientado para o treinamento de profissionais em metrologia dimensional. O sistema implementado, cujo o acesso foi facultado à comunidade universitária da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) e aos profissionais e clientes da Mitutoyo Sul Americana Ltda., constitui-se como parte do esforço do Programa de pósgraduação em Metrologia da PUC-Rio voltado ao desenvolvimento de técnicas mais eficazes de ensino e treinamento à distância em metrologia. O trabalho aborda, também, a evolução da educação a distância (EaD), sua utilização nos ambientes coorporativos, enfatizando as dificuldades associadas à disseminação da educação vocacional profissionalizante no Brasil e no mundo. Sugere, ainda, ações que possam efetivar a internet como ferramenta eficaz na preparação de profissionais para a sua inserção em um mercado globalizado competitivo. / [en] The present Master`s Degree Dissertation A new approach for teaching dimensional metrology, suggests an alternative for the use of information technology and world wide web (Internet) techniques applied to education in metrology, focusing on a new concept of interactive educational system devoted to professionals interested in dimensional metrology. The implemented system, made available to the university community of the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and also to professionals and clients of Mitutoyo Sul Americana Ltda., constitutes part of the inherent effort developed by the Post-Graduate Program in Metrology of PUC-Rio aiming at the development of more efficient and advanced techniques for teaching metrology. The work also addresses the evolution of distance education (EaD) and its use in corporate environments, emphasizing most common difficulties met to disseminate education in Brazil and around the world. Additionally, it also suggests actions that may turn the Internet into an efficient tool in preparing professionals for their entry into a competitive globalized market.

O presente trabalho constitui-se de quatro partes principais, cada uma dedicada a um tópico. Na introdução serão ditos quais problemas foram levantados para estudo, de que forma eles serão abordados e quais objetivos se pretendem atingir. No capítulo I, será feita uma breve revisão da literatura que aborda aspectos históricos importantes para compreender o contexto de produção deste estudo. O segundo capítulo será dedicado à exposição da teoria escolhida para o trabalho. O próximo capítulo tece alguns comentários a respeito do tratamento dado ao material que engendrou a pesquisa. O quarto capítulo envolve a aplicação direta da teoria exposta anteriormente. Esta dissertação aplica a teoria linguística conhecida como Análise do Discurso (AD) de linha francesa para análise de artigos recolhidos no jornal O Estado de S. Paulo entre os anos de 1942 e 1948, período escolhido por ser historicamente delimitado pela Shoah e pela declaração de independência do Estado de Israel. / The present work is constituted of four main parts, each one dedicated to a topic. In the introduction, it will be told which problems were rose to the study, how they shall be approached and which objectives are expected to be reached. On chapter I, it will be done a brief review of the literature that approaches important historic aspects to comprehend the context of this works production. The next chapter makes some comments regarding the treatment given to the matter that engendered the research. The fourth chapter envolves the direct application of the theory previously exposed. This dissertation applies the linguistic theory known as Discourse Analysis (DA) from the french branch in order to analyse articles taken from the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo between the years of 1942 and 1948, a stage chosen for being delimited by the Shoah and the declaration of independence from the State of Israel.

Knowledge management is seen as a hot topic in order for organizations to become effective and utilize the knowledge residing within the organization. The most important factor in knowledge management is believed to be the knowledge transfer, which is the process of transferring knowledge between two parties. A context in which knowledge and knowledge transfer are especially important is within the best practice framework ‘ITIL’ and IT-service organizations. Therefore, the purpose with this study is to analyze how knowledge is transferred through information systems in an ITIL organization, and how the transfer process can be further understood by incorporating individual perspectives on knowledge. Besides that, our purpose is to identify factors influencing the knowledge transfer from both the organizations and the ITIL framework. The reason for this is that knowledge transfer through information systems in an ITIL context is rather underexplored, previous research regarding this is mainly focusing on putting knowledge in repositories and make it available, which is believed to create certain implications regarding the individual perspective in the creation and transfer of knowledge through information systems. These implications are something that has not been explored, which is a knowledge gap we intend to fill with this thesis. That is why we have constructed three research questions regarding how the organizations understand what valuable knowledge is, what factors that is influencing their knowledge transfer, and how these previously individual aspects can be further understood by applying the boundary object theory on knowledge transfer through information systems. From a multi case study with semi structured interviews we could collect a valuable collection of empirical data, that was collected from six respondents representing three organizations. By applying the interpretive and social constructivist research philosophy with an abductive methodological approach, previous research and the boundary object theory in combination with the theory of knowledge creation we could analyze our empirical data. Our study shows that the perspective on valuable knowledge is something with direct relation to ITIL, and highly connected to what its contribution is to the core business that the IT-service organization is helping. Valuable knowledge is also seen as stored knowledge. We can from our study also see that there are four predominant forces influencing the knowledge transfer process. We identified that the overall perspective on what knowledge is in the organization, how and what the organization values as knowledge, the ITIL framework and their knowledge management strategy directly influenced knowledge transfer. Our main finding in this study is that when organizations are transferring knowledge through information systems the individual perspective on both knowledge, knowledge creation and the knowledge transfer is one of the most important to keep in mind. The knowledge in the information systems is a way to communicate among individuals, and a way to translate one individual’s knowledge to another, hence is the individual creating the knowledge an important factor to acknowledge. We can see that aspects such as experiences, skills, insights, purposes, perspectives and contextual understandings highly influence the knowledge being created, hence the possibility to create rich knowledge at the receiver of knowledge. These aspects also influence whether the stored knowledge has any tacit elements, which seems to facilitate learning more for the receiving individual.

Denna rapport i form av examensarbete för utbildningsprogrammet Managing Technology and Business Projects, är en del i Volvos framtida produktions-/ produktstrategier. Uppsatsens syfte är att ur ett produktionsperspektiv understödja Volvo Construction Equipment i Braås i strävan mot en ökad modulindelning av ramstyrda dumprar, som en del i utvecklingsarbetet för en effektivare produktion. Resultat har uppnåtts genom analys av intern och extern benchmarking jämfört med den teori som finns inom ämnesområdet modulindelning. Huvudresultatet visar att teorin och verkligheten skiljer sig genom att modulindelning ska anpassas individuellt utifrån varje företag och inte fungerar som en generellt applicerbar process. Slutsatsen visar att Volvo CE i Braås måste utveckla en egen handlingsplan och kravspecifikation utifrån egna definitioner som är skräddarsydda specifikt för företaget. I rapporten presenteras förslag till ovanstående handlingsplan för modulindelning på Volvo CE i Braås. / This diplomawork is the ending part of the education program Managing technology and Business Projects at Växjö University and was given as an assignment from Volvo Construction Equipment in Braås. The work is a part of Volvos future production- and product strategies and aims to support Volvo in their work towards a module classification of the articulated hauler line built in Braås. The result has been reached trough analysis of internal and external benchmarking compared to the theory regarding the subject. The main result shows that theory diverges from reality in the way that modularization must be adjusted individually for each company and that it doesn’t work as a general applicable process. The conclusion shows that Volvo CE in Braås must develop a unique plan of action from the in-house definitions that is tailored specifically for the company.

新聞報導在現今社會中為最便利與即時的資訊來源，也是公司與管理階層用來發布年度表現與其他重要消息的管道。本研究想要去找出新聞報導的內容與股票市場的反應之間的關連性，以及財務報表附註提供比新聞報導更多的其他資訊。 本研究以2013年度臺灣90家上市公司為樣本去探討股票市場與新聞報導及財報附註之間的關係。藉由內容分析法的方式去評估新聞報導與財報附註中的正向、負向情緒以及兩者之間的資訊差異以及兩者對股票市場的影響。藉由兩種不同的資訊來源，找出股票市場對於此兩者是否有不同的反應，並從中判斷兩種資訊內容的差異。 本研究發現新聞報導中的正向情緒與股票市場有正向的關連性，然而無法顯著證明在市場反應方面，財報附註能提供比新聞報導更豐富的資訊。 / Financial news articles are the most convenient and timely information in today’s world. Companies and managers can announce current year performance and other concurrent disclosures to investors and stakeholders by financial news articles. This study hopes to find the relationships between financial news articles and the stock market and the information content gap between financial news articles and footnotes to financial statements. This study uses 90 listed companies in TSE of 2013 to test stock market responses to the information content in the financial news articles and footnotes to financial statements. This study implements content-analysis technique, which count words for characterizing as optimistic and negative tone and helps to decide the abundancy of information content elaborated, to find the information content to stock market reactions and compare the information content gap between financial news articles and footnotes to financial statements. This study finds that optimistic sentiment expressed in financial news articles positively relates to the stock price movement. However, this study is unable to reach a conclusion that information disclosed in the footnotes to financial statements is significantly enough to represent the existence of information content gap as compared to financial news articles.

Les auteurs des Flugschriften mènent un combat pour la paix, chacun à sa manière. Luther veut sauvegarder la paix ; l'assemblée commune des autorités et des sujets de l'Ortenau veut rétablir la paix ; Melanchthon veut consolider la paix. De quelle paix s'agit-il ? Tout d'abord, le renoncement à la violence. Il s'agit essentiellement de sauvegarder la paix civile. Les Réformateurs, surtout Melanchthon, associent volontiers cette paix toute " extérieure " à la paix " intérieure que procure Dieu dans le cœur de celui qui place sa confiance en Lui. ". La paix ne peut pas être fondée sur un usage abusif de l'Ecriture. Luther dénonce le Droit divin qui, à ses yeux, relève d'un mésusage de l'Ecriture, et prône le " droit chrétien " : souffrir, et invoquer Dieu. L'assemblée commune des autorités et des sujets à Renchen ignore totalement ce Droit divin. Melanchthon condamne le recours à ce Droit divin. Aux arguments bibliques avancés par les paysans pour justifier leurs griefs et leur programme, Melanchthon en oppose d'autres pour récuser les XII articles. Luther le rappelle aux princes et aux seigneurs : ils doivent s'attacher à la Parole de Dieu ; qu'ils tiennent compte des articles des paysans qui sont souvent " justes et équitables " ; qu'ils engagent des négociations en vue d'une conciliation. Aux princes et aux seigneurs Melanchthon adresse ses suppliques pour assurer la paix future. Luther demande aux paysans de renoncer au Droit divin ; qu'ils adoptent le droit chrétien et qu'ils se gardent des faux prophètes ! Melanchthon déclare : le maintien de la paix implique pour le chrétien quelques renoncements et obligations. L'Ecriture condamne le recours à la violence illégitime.

中國加入WTO之後，大陸經濟體制轉型。從早期的計劃經濟到現在的市場經濟。投資政策也趨向「引進來，走出去」，此外，有鑑於大陸具有廉價的勞工和市場潛力，外資紛紛從所謂綠地投資或藉由合格境外投資者等間接投資方式轉為合併或收購為主的直接投資為取向。然而，面對上市公司因為涉及中國大陸特有的「股權分置」現象，使外資於併購上有一定困難度。再者，中國大陸特有的「民族情感」因素，使行政機關常常藉由「國家安全」等不確定法律概念而否准外資併購。 本文主要針對外資併購上市公司經常適用之法令作整合及研究，並論及外資併購上常運用之契約條款進行分析。此外，針對外資併購常遇到之問題提出淺見並針對外資併購中債權人及中小股東之保護提出論述，以供外資於併購中如何在外資獲利及中小股東權益保障獲得平衡點。 / Since China has become the members of WTO, the economic structure has transformed. From the early plan structure becomes to market structure. The policy of investments is tend to be “attract in and walk out”, besides, because of the cheaper workers and marketing potential of China, the foreign investor’s investment policy is going to be from the indirect investment of green island investment or QFII to the direct investment of Merger & Acquisition. However, in face of the especially system phenomenon of “delaminate of stock rights”, makes the merger& acquisition by foreign investors difficultly. Moreover, because of the especially factor of “the nationality of friendship”, makes the administrative organizations often refuse the permition of foreign investors by “national security”. In this essay, be focus on the research the merger& acquisition by foreign investors in common use of the authority laws and decrees, and analyzing the common use of the contracts articles. Besides, to be aimed at the problems of the merger& acquisition by foreign investors and the protection of shareholders and creditors, I try to supply some suggestions in order to make the balance of the merger& acquisition by foreign investors and the protection of shareholders and creditors.
