The thesis deals with a role of developing countries within the WTO and examines whether the developing countries are sufficiently involved in WTO negotiations in order not to play only a marginal role in the multilateral trade system. Thesis contains a historical overview of special and differential treatments for developing countries and the least developed countries. Thesis deals in addition with an issue of the implementation of special and differential treatments and describes the main WTO bodies concerned with implementation. Trade-related technical assistance programs are described in the last part of the thesis. These programs are JITAP, IF and the initiative Aid for Trade.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the research of building polygons for the testing of autonomous vehicles, from the point of view of road technology and also designing aspects. In the thesis are mentioned 9 most important world test polygons and their description of design parameters. There are described particular stages of automation from foreign organizations which are concerned with research and development in the automotive industry. In addition, there are described basic advanced driver assistance systems and connectivity between vehicles and infrastructure. Conclusion also contains the assessment of existing aerodrome test areas for autonomous vehicles.

In my thesis I discuss sexuality of disabled people, the service of sexual surrogacy and the conditions which are in this sense set in social care institutions. My aim is to offer an insight into the openness of the representatives of these institutions to discuss sexuality of social care recipients. This should outline what starting position for those who provide information or practical assistance in satisfaction of sexual needs of disabled people is. Besides, I compare the situation in the Czech Republic with the situation in New South Wales. In this Australian country, there was a survey few years ago similar to the one I recently made here in the Czech Republic and I want to compare their results. New South Wales is in my thesis the example of countries where providing sexual services is legal while in the Czech republic there this way of making money lies in "grey market". The different approach to legislation of providing sexual services in my point of view and also according to the information I found out influences how people perceive the service of sexual surrogacy for disabled. Based on that, I expect the results of Australian survey and also the extent of accessibility to information and sexual surrogacy shows to be more favourable than those in the Czech Republic.

This Master's thesis deals with the description of an introduction of social service in Non- Governmental Organization, which has decided to become a registrated provider of social services. The aim of the thesis is to describe how to manage selected phase of such a change, while introducing it to the field of social service by a Non-Governmental Organization. This is related to chosen Non-Governmental Organization Azara sociální, z.s. and specifically it's project of the introduction of field social service - Personal Assistance. The selected phase of implementation is the registration of this service and the individual steps, from the decision to introduce the change, through the elaboration of the individual plans and submission of required documents, which are necessary for the registration application to the competent regional authority. Strategic analyzes are carried out for the analysis of the external environment of the selected organization and the analysis of the internal environment. The qualitative research method focus group has been used to receive suggestions and concrete steps from selected representatives of the organization's management, based on the Implementation Plan and the Risk Plan. Title: Personal assistent'sknowledge of first aid. Objectives: The aim of this master thesis was to determine the personal assistant's knowledge of first aid in selected situations. Methods: An anonymous survey was used to determine the personal assistant'sknowledge of first aid. The questions were created on the basis of Barbora Studená'sbachelor thesis and on the basis of information obtained from centres or organization providing personal assistance. The webside Survio.com was used for data collection. Personal assistants who work or have worked in the social services sector were in the target group. A total of 54 respondents participated in the research. The data were processed into graphs and evaluated. Results: Out of the total number 54 (100 %, 46 (85 %) of respondents got above 13-point limit in the survey focused on their knowledge of first aid. Personal assistant's knowledge was evaluated as positive. From the results, we can also assume that the length of action and practical experience in personal assistance has an impact on the subjective assessment of self- confidence in providing first aid. Aim of the thesis: The aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of a questionnaire survey before and after the implementation of a boating tourist event with people with spinal cord lesions, including the formulation of recommendations for practice, which result from this survey. How to possibly eliminate discrepancies in expectations or possible barriers in the implementation of one's own action. The obtained results will point to the perception of the whole event and also to the trends in the organization of boating events for people with spinal cord injuries. I assume that my own research will reveal the potential of positive emotions and motivation of each new participant for self-realization at outdoor events. Comparison of the results of my research with research dealing with similar research topics. Subject of the thesis is sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and important issues related to it. The main goal of the theoretical part is to introduce the individual areas of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities. The empirical part uses a survey to find out how the public views this issue. Other aims are to analyse collected data on the basis of differentiation of the profession, for selected items on the basis of differentation in terms of gender and age. The results of the survey show that awareness of the issue of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities is at a low level in society, which often results in shyness about talking about such a topic or taking a closer interest in it. Although today's society may seem liberal and open to sexual issues, there are still a number of stereotypes and myths about the sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities that need to be dispelled through awareness-raising. Capital market is an important part of the economy. Its development undoubtedly influences efficiency of the economy and thus the overall development of the country. This master thesis analyze the process of initial public offering ("IPO") in the Czech Republic, because I believe that IPO can significantly help to develop capital market and thus the entire economy. I analyze the IPO process in terms of the main factors that affect the value of issued shares and through it the basic objective of the joint-stock company in IPO, to maximize equity gained from the process of going public. The analysis shows that significant weaknesses in the Czech regulation have been removed and the IPO process is regulated on the same level and in the same extend as in other EU countries. However, IPO remains an option that many companies do not involve in their strategic planning because of its complexity and high costs. Thorough preparation and analysis of legal options of how to go public in the legal environment can maximize profits from the issue and, moreover, it contributes to achieving higher long-term profits.

The dissertation discusses theis sues of psycho-socio-spiritual care of midwives for a woman after perinatal loss and is mainly focused on interventions that help building an attitude towards perinatal loss (farewell rituals with a baby, collection of mementos) and their influence on grieving process of women after perinatal loss. The objective of the empirical part of the study was to thoroughly describe the experiences of Czech women with parting with a child after perinatal death and investigate the impact of this experience on the grieving process after the perinatal loss. Thesub-objective of the thesis was to validate the Czech version of the Perinatal Grief Scale. We used a mixed methods research design to fulfill the dissertation's objectives. The analyses of qualitative and quantitative data were performed separately and integrated during the interpretation of research findings. The study sample comprised of total 102 women who experienced perinatal loss. The detailed description of experience of Czech women with interventions related to parting with the deceased child was dominated by the decision making process of women about farewell rituals (seeing and holding the baby, receive mementos of it). The key factors that influenced the decision making process were classified as internal (the need of the woman to get to know her child, doubt and fear of contact) and external (emotional support, information provided and a relationship with the midwife/ attending doctor) during our research. The research proved a significant influence of the independent decision of the woman about the contact with her deceased child on the intensity of grief. Grief of women who decided on their own and were confident about their decision was statistically less severe than grief of women whose decision was made by the medical personnel instead. We were checking the intensity of grief of women after perinatal loss using the newly validated Perinatal Grief Scale instrument that can be used as a single factor scale in the Czech Republic. Reliability of the research instrument was established using Cronbach alpha coefficient (? = 0.9545) and indicated high reliability. The outcomes of the mixed research point towards necessary changes in the psycho-social care of midwives for women after perinatal loss.

This diploma thesis deals with the process of individual planning focusing on the care in the organization providing domiciliary services and care services. The theoretical section devoted attention to the development of social services in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it specifies care services as well as personal assistance services. According to the Act 108/2006 Coll., on social services, providers of social services are obligated to draw up quality standards of social services and to respect them. In the theoretical section, there are briefly described all quality standards of social services. The thesis is focused mainly on quality standard No. 5 (The Individual Planning in Social Services). The public notice No. 505/2006 Coll. defines the criteria, which are obligatory to be respected by providers of social services. The aim of the thesis was to find out, how are the criteria of the quality standard No. 5 ensured by providers of personal assistance and care services. A partial aim of the work was to outline, to which users makes the individual planning the biggest difficulties. H1: Difficulty of meeting quality standard No. 5 declines with the increasing number of activities, required from the user of the social service. I?ve chosen a qualitative research to test the hypothesis and for achievement of the objectives. The relevant qualitative research relied on the questioning method. Questions in the first part of the questionnaire are directed to the main objective of the thesis, questions in the second part to the stopover and to the testing of the hypothesis. For the selected questions, I carried out a statistical analysis of dependence in the cross tabulations and an analysis based on the uncertainty coefficient by using the SPSS program. As part of my research, I approached provider of the care and personal assistance in the South Bohemian Region via e-mail. 167 completed questionnaires returned back. After summarizing of these results, we can conclude that the criteria of the quality standard No. 5 are reflected by the vast majority of providers. The providers have a written methodology for individual planning and they practice it. They plan together with the user, taking into account his personal target and they evaluate the plan collectively. They have a written system for the transmission of information about an individual users? planning and the staff follows it. Individual planning makes the greatest difficulties to the providers with users using only a small scale care. This fact is confirmed by the results of statistical analysis. Based on respondents' answers, the hypothesis that the difficulty of meeting the quality of standard No. 5 decreases with increasing number of required activities by the user of social services, can be consider as valid.
