1965 metais buvo sukurta ir pradėta nauduoti visiškai nauja septiniaspalvė Vilniaus fotometrine sistema.Ši sistema yra universali ir ypatinga tuo kad šioje fotometrinėje sistemoje spektrines juostos yra parinktos specialiai žvaigždžių jautriose spektro vietose,kas leidžia tiksliau nustatyti žvaigždžių spektrines klases,temperatūros, metalingumą bei kitas žvaigždžių fizines savybes, tyrinėti tarpžvaigždine ekstinkcija duota kryptimi naudojant grynai fotometrinius metodus. Laikui bėgant atsirado nauju galimybių bei metodu žvaigždžių fotometrijoje.2002 metais Molėtų astronominėje observatorijoje pradėta naudoti CCD kamera,sumontuota ant Maksutovo sistemos teleskopo, kas leido tyrinėti ne tik tai pavienės žvaigždes o visa dominančia dangaus krypti: žvaigždžių spiečius, asociacijas,tamsius ir atspindžio ūkus.Nauji įrenginiai ir metodai leido gyliau tyrinėti žvaigždžių evoliucija, cheminį sudėtį,kas būtina tyrinėjant visos mūsų galaktikos evoliucija bei jos struktūra. Šiame darbe CCD fotometriniai stebėjimai Vilniaus UPXYZVS fotometrinėje sistemoje buvo panauduoti klasifikuojant žvaigždes, nustatant tarpžvaigždine ekstinkcija bei atstumus atspindžio ūko NGC 7023 aplinkoje, kas gali būti panaudota tyrinėjant žvaigždžių susidarymą ūkuose bei kitose tarpžvaigždinių dulkių telkiniuose bei analizuojant visos mūsų galaktikos makro savybes tokius kaip struktūra ir evoliucija. / In 1965 a new seven color Vilnius photometric system was created and the observations were started. This system is the only intermediate band system enabling us to determine temperatures, absolute magnitudes, metallicities, pecularities and interstellar extinction for stars of most types when interstellar reddening is present. In the course of time new possibilities and methods appeared in the star photometry. In 2002 Molėtai Astronomical Observatory started using the CCD camera assembled on the Maksutov system telescope. It allowed exploring both single stars and other objects: star clusters, associations, dark and reflection nebula, interesting sky areas, asteroids. In this thesis photometric CCD observations and calculations carried out in Vilnius UPXYZVS photometric system were used to classify stars, to determine the interstellar extinction and distance until the stars in the direction of the reflection nebula NGC 7023. This data can further be applied to explore the star production in the interstellar dust clouds as well as analyze such macro-characteristics of our galaxy as structure and evolution. In this thesis photometric researches of NGC 7023 dark cloud are carried out. In 2005 the photo of the field with the help of CCD camera connected to Maksutov telescope (mirror diameter 51 cm) were taken. Consideramos possível, ao analisar os catálogos de instrumentos científicos, relatórios, memórias, revistas científicas, entre outras fontes, identificar pistas que nos revelam que o Império do Brasil pretendia desfazer a imagem de flor exótica nos trópicos. A partir da constatação de que os trabalhos acadêmicos realizados no Brasil sobre estes grandes eventos, dos anos de 1980 para cá, não se ocuparam da participação dos países da América Latina, este trabalho pretende se desenvolver na confluência de linhas de pesquisa que, embora plenamente articuláveis, permanecem, até hoje, em grande parte dissociadas na produção historiográfica nacional. Trata-se de pesquisas em História das Exposições Universais e a História dos Instrumentos Científicos / Abstract: This present research has the purpose to contribute for the history of the Great Expositions of the second half of the XIX century, underlining the participation of the Brazilian Empire on these events, in particular in the Paris Universal Exposition in 1889. We found it possible, when analyzing the scientific instrument¿s catalogues, reports, memories, scientific magazines, among other sources, to identify tracks that reveal to us that the Brazilian Empire intended to appear under the image of the ¿Exotic flower of the tropics¿. After discover that the academic works that were made in Brazil about these great events, from 1980 until today, disregard the participation of the Latin American countries, this work intend to be developed in the confluence of the lines of research , although they can be articulated, remains until today dissociated in the national history production. The analysis for the extension of the control system and proposal of controlling program for surveillance cameras and related theoretical analysis necessary for understanding problems. Proposal communication protocol to access all functions via TCP/IP communication. Subsequent protocol implementation into control program and a programmable controller. Programming application with a user interface for camera control and basic image processing. The program also represents the server for TCP/IP communication with clients over the proposed protocol. The proposed application has to fulfill high pretensions of data streaming from cameras. Extension of the existing control system of the telescope, dome and other systems.
