The thesis deals with two kinds of double auction - with the continuous auction and a sequence of call auctions. We explain their rules and we define their models. We present results of simulations of the both kinds of double auction - the aim is to look for the call auction with such parameters that the prices and the traded volume of the continuous auction are approximated best. Finally, in a theoretical part, we characterize the dis- tribution of the order book in the continuous auction and then we specify the joint distribution of the price and the traded volume in the call auction (the distribution of bid, ask and the traded volume given by the continuous auction may be immediately devised from the distribution of the order book).

Telecommunication sector is one of the most developing in last 20 years. The speed of the progress in inventing new technologies has to be balanced by proper radio spectrum management since radio spectrum is a scarce resource. The methods of assignment used in past such as beauty contests or lotteries are no longer those that rule the sector. To keep pace with new technologies, spectrum auctions were presented as a new method that ensures the best results for state. Since the companies are competing for the licenses, final price is getting higher and thereby higher revenues go to the state treasury. In this thesis the behavior of final price in the spectrum auctions was examined. In the end of the work, recommendations to NRAs were presented to conclude the results of the empirical examination. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the international tea trade. The first part of this thesis covers the major producers and consumers of tea trade. The second part of the thesis covers different methods on how to trade such as trades done through auctions and new ways of trading such as forward prices as well as direct prices also known as direct sales. The third part of the thesis covers perspectives and new trends of tea trading.

Renewable energy sources support yesterday, today and tomorrow Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the issue of amendment to the Act on Supported Energy Sources 165/2012 Coll. It specifically focuses on the topic of auction mechanisms used as a tool for determining state aid. Over the past few years, these mechanisms have been successfully replacing the existing European renewable energy sources (RES) support systems and are also recommended by the European Commission, which considers them best option for the internal market. The thesis maps the historical development of RES support in Europe and consequently also in the national context, taking into account international commitments, and revealing the motivation for the reform of the existing system. It also focuses on the principles of auction mechanisms in theory, using in particular foreign literature, and monitors in particular approaches to providing pre-contractual certainty for both investors and the state, the way in which auctions are affected by the volumes of energy demanded or the lack of competition, as well as considering the advantages and disadvantages of each auction pricing approach. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of raw wood prices offered as felled sales by delivery or by means of electronic auctions at the Forest Administration of Hořice, forest company of the Czech Republic, s. p. In each chapter there is described the forest administration, information about sold quantity of wood mass and detailed analysis of prices of sold wood in auctions. The diploma thesis is focused on the period 2012 - 2016. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze raw wood prices offered by the method referred to as "felled sales", on delivery, or in the form of electronic auctions. Further, the subsequent synthesis of the obtained results and recommendations, which woody species or vegetation groups (according to individual parameters) is more suitable to offer in supply and in the form of electronic auctions.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast reverzních aukčních systémů. Reverzní aukce přinášejí reálné a významné úspory v oblasti cen nakupovaného zboží a služeb, snižují transakční náklady, potlačují možnou korupci. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na definici samotné aukce, popisuje elektronické reverzní aukce a také multikriteriální reverzní aukce. Zabývá se vlivem české legislativy na oblast reverzních aukcí. Popisuje průběh a účastníky reverzní aukce, výhody a nevýhody reverzních aukčních systémů a způsoby plateb za jejich využívání. Zaměřuje se i na bezpečnostní rizika při provozování reverzních aukčních systémů. Na závěr přináší přehled dostupných reverzních aukčních systémů na českém trhu a částečně také v zahraničí. Praktickou část tvoří podnikatelský záměr, který popisuje vznik nového reverzního aukčního systému Profitus.
