First part of this thesis is focused on general characteristic of transport insurance. It describes main distinctions between Cargo Insurance,Liability Insurance for Road Carriers and Liability Insurance for Freight Forwarders. The last part analyses current Czech insurance market related to transport insurance. It targets products of Kooperativa, Allianz and Česká pojišťovna, the biggest non-life insurer on the market. The thesis compares insured risks, territorial extent and claims handling procedures of these products.

89 Abstract This examined diploma thesis focuses on the sphere of tertiary education and its aim was especially to examine the study conditions of university students with visual impairment. The basis was to study professional literature and other sources to build a theoretical framework. It was essential to create an image of the student with visual impairment that the visual handicap and thereunder constraints were covered and it was also necessary to describe the young adulthood specifics. An important step was to characterize the environment wherein these student move. To do this I used legislative documents and provisions and tried to delineate any difficulties and implemented solutions. I also introduced research which previously examined this field and provided relevant information, too. This was the foundation for the practical part of this paper. It contained the survey wherein I addressed a few visually impaired students who conveyed their findings regarding their study conditions. I carried out semi-structural interviews with them and analyzed the obtained data with the help of the open coding method. 9 Abstract Aim of the study. In mammals, including humans, the dominance of maternal influence on fetal size is manifesting. The main known limits from non-genetic components causing the physiological variation of the birth weight are maternal skeletal dimensions (body height and weight) and parity. The main aim of our study is to analyze the relationships between maternal height, maternal weight at the beginning and at the end of gravidity, and anthropometric parameters of a newborn. Data and Methods. Our study is based on transversal anthropometric data of 201 newborns (92 boys, 109 girls) born in Regional Hospital Kladno during one year (from September 2010 till August 2011), and their mothers. In one set of newborns (n = 156) 24 different body sizes were measured in detail. In the second group (n = 45) only birth weight, birth length and head circumference of the newborn were registered. Somatic characteristic of mothers were gathered by questionnaire. Results. The average value of the birth weight of newborns (boys: x = 3 318 g, girls: x = 3 232 g), maternal height ( x = 167,3 cm) and maternal pregravid weight ( x = 64,7 kg) correspond to the reference values. The dissertation titled Symbols of exclusion from society in folk tradition concentrates on the interaction of symbols and folk tradition. It explores the way the phenomenon of love and death is traditionally viewed in the Czech country, namely during the Middle Ages and modern times. The main focus of this dissertation is on the social roles of women, although it also shows proof of social exclusion of a man as an executioner. To demonstrate the reasons behind excluding individuals on the outskirts of society, the author also gives short characteristics of the views on the issue of chastity, traditional expectations of fulfilling the female social roles - as virgins, wives and mothers. The author then gives examples of behavior which, in folk tradition, were looked upon as impure/virtueless.

This master thesis deals with changes in teacher's professional commitment after the Czech curriculum reform. This thesis works with official papers about reform, the papers about profession of teacher and articles connected with the professional commitment and with commitment changes. The empirical research focused on seven interviews with teachers from comprehensive schools.

The focus of this master's thesis is on the topic of instrumentation during the compilation process in the LLVM compiler. The tool enables to instrument memory accesses and functions. The instrumentation is realized through adding a novel pass to the LLVM's optimalization phase. Information about variables are managed by the created framework. The framework is linked with the program. The overhead of the instrumentation increases duration of the program by about 14 % in the case of switched off indirect addressing and 23 % in the case of switched on indirect addressing. The main benefit of the work is the possibility of easy instrumentation of the program which can even monitor operation of local variables through indirect addressing) and support multithread programs. The framework is part of Testos's tools where it provides automatic instrumentation in the Spectra tool.

The master’s thesis analyses a selected company operating in the tourism industry. The company has customers from more than five countries and specialises in offering hotel services in the Giant Mountains, especially for Czech, Polish and German clients. The result of this thesis is an international marketing strategy that is in line with current trends in the hotel industry. The secondary objective is to segment current and potential customers by using Google Analytics when preparing international marketing strategy.
