Použití standardu ISA95 na automatizovaném barmanovi / Application ISA 95 standard to the automation barman machine

Musil, Zdeněk January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and application of the ISA 95 standard for a semi-automatic barman machine. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the ISA 95 models, together with FactoryTalk platform and its products related to the ISA 95 standard. In the practical part batch procedure is designed and applied on the machine. Based on this, implementation of standard ISA 95 using Rockwell Automation products is made. The last chapter of this thesis deals with verification of functionality and overall system design, from which concludes an overall machine performance and production deficiencies.

Návrh, konstrukce a programové vybavení inteligentního skladu pro testbed Průmyslu 4.0 / Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of smart warehouse for Industry 4.0 testbed.

Rejchlík, Lukáš January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with design, construction and software of intelligent warehouse for testbed Industry 4.0. The first part is dedicated to the issue of warehousing, storage, Industry 4.0 and the description of the testbed Barman. The second part deals with the development of the cell storage. Firstly, there is a description of the design and construction of the cell, followed by a description of the sensors and control equipment used. The following part deals with the software of the cell and finally the goals of the thesis are evaluated.

Použití standardu ISA 95 pro část výrobní linky / Using of ISA 95 for part of the production line

Horák, Lukáš January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of the ISA-95 standard on a newly created production line. The standard and its models are described in the theoretical part, following with the individual selected software solutions, which were used for the standard’s application. Subsequently, a description of the construction and program tools of both devices, which by physical arrangement and their connection create the production line, is provided. The next part of the thesis deals with the design and application of a batch control process. This is the basis for an ISA-95 standard implementation, which uses specific software resources for data acquisition and visualization. A functional verification of the production line and realized design was done within the last part. The conclusion presents an evaluation of production based on analyzed data from the test production.

Komunikační hardware pro I4.0 Barman / Communication hardware for I4.0 Barman

Kubíček, Richard January 2020 (has links)
This thesis deals with description and implementation of AAS module. This thesis describes the selection of individual components of device. This module will be a part of the testbed Barman project. This project is implemented in accordance with Industry 4.0 trends. Device will be work as reader of information and ingredients from NFC tags placed on a glass. With this information, parent cell can make decision which action will be done with glass. In this thesis, software for hardware operation with AAS module will be created and described. This program will further communicate with the parent program controlling the functionality of the cell itself.

Návrh, simulace a realizace funkčních modulů testbedu Průmysl 4.0 / Design and implementation of Industry 4.0 testbed functional modules

Podrabský, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
In this work I deal with the project of an automated robotic bartender, whose task is to show model concepts such as virtual commissioning, digital factory or industry 4.0. The work resolves two parts (cells) for the overall construction. Individual cells are solved from the design and realization of the construction through the virtual verification of operation to the design and realization of the control itself for the given cells. The construction solution was created in SolidEdge ST10. Virtual verification will be solved in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate program and the implementation of PLC and HMI control by Siemens is programmed in the TIA Portal. Wiring diagrams were drawn in the student version of the EPLAN design environment. Other colleagues work on other parts of the barman project.

Virtuální dvojče pro testbed Průmyslu 4.0 / Virtual twin for testbed Industry 4.0

Husák, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The goal of my master‘s thesis is to create a digital twin of a testbed Barman. The Barman is a school model of autonomous mixed drinks production line that demonstrates the principles of Industry 4.0. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the choice of a suitable tool for virtualization is discussed. The Tecnomatix Process Simulate and the Mechatronic Concept Designer module integrated in the NX platform is compared. The practical part of the work is divided into two phases. The first phase was about looking for a way to integrate the robotic SCARA manipulator. The second phase was focused on the virtualization of the cell Shaker in the latter of the tools mentioned before. This work is designed as a guide for creating and verifying the concept of a digital twin.

Fenomén baru a barmana za socialismu / The Socialist Bar and Bartender Phenomenon

Kreuzerová, Barbora January 2014 (has links)
This dissertation deals with the profession of bartender between years 1958 and 1988 in socialist Czechoslovakia. It describes the development of mixology after the WW2 and difficulties it was facing in the socialist period up to late Eighties. Through interviews with contemporary witnesses, the author examines bad habits, shortcomings and abuses of the system behind the bar. Attention is paid to the availability and shortages of different kinds of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. The author also looks at bartenders as illicit moneychangers. The work analyses regulatory laws valid at this period and offers compact description of the most interesting and popular bars in Prague at that time.
