Model kompletního akumulačního systému s řízením založený na obecných předpokladech / Model of electric energy storage with management system based on general assumptions

Sedlák, Miroslav January 2017 (has links)
The accumulation of electricity as an issue is becoming more important and it’s importance is constantly growing. This is due to the fact that more renewable energy sources, mainly photovoltaic and wind power plants, are being incorporated into the electricity system, causing changes in the power grid performance. Changing in the behavior of consumers of electricity can cause further changes in the network. The ability for compensations of these changes in the power grid has just accumulation systems. This Thesis for Master’s Degree presents selected storage systems and ways in which energy can be stored. Further, in this work, a model of accumulation system with management based on general conditions will be created. This model will be tested and its behavior detected under the limit conditions.

Osvětlovací systémy v ostrovních aplikacích / Lighting systems in off-grid applications

Lengyel, Ladislav January 2015 (has links)
Aim of the master's thesis is at first to explain appropriate light sources and lighting systems; secondly present suitable light sources selection for lighting a small space and design of an off-grid system. The last part consists of an overview about alternative energy transformations to light energy. The first of these three major themes focuses on the analysis of light sources suitable for use in applications with accumulation together with data on energy efficiency and the utilization efficiency associated with them, concentrating on their consumption and possible energy saving lighting within small applications. It ends with a description and calculations of electricity energy indicators for different types of rooms. The second and main part of the thesis is focusing on suitable light sources selection for off-grid systems and impacts on humans and the environment associated with it. An object representing a small application has been created in RELUX® software with suitable light sources installed in it. For this scene, appropriate parts of off-grid systems were selected, which could be used to power the proposed lighting. The last theme consists of a brief about alternative sources, most of which are still in development or existing only at a theoretical level. All of these alternative sources are having a possible application in the future.

Koncept nabíjecí stanice s možností off-grid provozu pro elektrokola / Concept of Charging Stations with off-grid Operation for Electric Bicycles

Leitman, Valentín January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with charging stations for electric bicycles powered by renewable energy. The aim of this work is to make a proposal for the hybrid charging stations for electric bicycles, which will work independently and, if necessary, will be backed up by a network. In this thesis is entered theoretical information on the issue of electric bicycles, the batteries, charging stations, the connectors of chargers, and photovoltaic systems. The practical part of this thesis is the basic design of the charging station and its design of the mathematical model of the individual parts in Simulink program, which are linked to the actual design of the charging station. In conclusion, this thesis deals with energy and economic analysis of the proposed system, therein included various methods of assessing investment recommendations of appropriate processing methods and overall assessment of the subject.

Vliv lisovacího tlaku na elektrochemické vlastnosti elektrod pro akumulátory Li-S / Effect of compaction pressure to the electrochemical properties of the electrodes for Li-S accumulators

Jaššo, Kamil January 2016 (has links)
The purpose of this diploma thesis is to describe the impact of compaction pressure on the electrochemical parameters of lithium-sulfur batteries. Theoretical part of this thesis contains briefly described terminology and general issues of batteries and their division. Every kind of battery is provided with a closer description of a specific battery type. A separate chapter is dedicated to lithium cells, mainly lithium-ion batteries. Considering various composition of lithium-ion batteries, this chapter deeply analyzes mostly used active materials of electrodes, used electrolytes and separators. Considering that the electrochemical principle of Li-S and Li-O batteries is different to Li-ion batteries, these accumulators of new generation are included in individual subhead. In the experimental part of this thesis are described methods used to measure electrochemical parameters of Li-S batteries. Next chapter contains description of preparing individual electrodes and their composition. Rest of the experimental part of my thesis is dedicated to the description of individual experiments and achieved results.
