The main goal of the diploma thesis Advanced technology in construction industry is to create analysis of possibilities in the area of advanced technologies in the construction industry. Theoretical part is focused mainly on modern system formwork from composite material, on the technology of additive production and technology virtualization. In the practical part there is formwork for the family house designed. The design is made for innovative composite formwork and also for the formwork usually used in construction industry. The thesis is focused on analysis of different costs and effectiveness of used formwork.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a new-build quest pension in Čeladná. The building has two above-ground floors in the first part and one floor is in the second part. The pension is partially with a cellar and i tis located in the periphery of tve village on nearly flat terrain. The second floor is only for pension quests. On the first floor, there i salso a restaurant with a covered terrace. The perimeter load-bearing walls of above-ground floors are mad of Porotherm brick blocks, underground walls are made of BUILD IN concrete blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a folded ceiling of prestressed spiral ceiling panels spiroll. The roof above the second floor is formed as a double-skin flat roof. A vegetation single-skin flat roof is designed above the first floor. The parking for visitors is located on the east side, also the parking for the epmloye is designed on the south side.

The diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of a polyfunctional building in Brno. The project contains schedule, cost estimate, the plan of building site equipment and the proposal for machinery. To be more specific, the work concerns the main building SO01 focusing on the stage of Berlin shoring construction and vertical load-bearing structure. The risk assessment, specialization concerning the sprinkler system and the technology maintenance using reconstruction are also included.

This diploma thesis focuses on the influence of properties of feedstocks for the production of quality surfaces of architectural concrete. The introductory part describes the definition of architectural concrete with the advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. In the following chapters, the characteristics, the dosage or the chemical composition of the input materials are given. Besides the design of the mixture, important parameters for the creation of a quality surface of concrete are compaction, precise placement in formwork and subsequent treatment of the surface. Individual types of architectural concrete, their method of production with the examples belonging to concrete constructions are also given. In the practical part, 4 mixtures were designed, whose type or dosage of feedstocks was changed. In creating mixtures, emphasis was placed on minimal segregation of fresh concrete and the formation of pores on the surface of hardened concrete.

Master´s thesis topic is a rest house. The house is projected in a Porotherm system. The house has a basement and three floors. The basement is built from concrete form-pieces. The kind of the roof is the saddle foof with 12°ramp. All constructions correspond to ČSN 73 0540.

Four-storey, basementless apartment house with single skin flat roof. Permanent shuttering system VELOX is used for vertical and horizontal bearing constructions. The apartment house contains twelve apartments.

The aim of this thesis is the economic profitability of the facture of the engineering structure during the family house construction. Theoretical part describes the topic price, costs, setting the budget and types of materials for building family houses. Practical part is describe family house which is chosen for the budgets. It looks on the chosen sort of constructive systems in terms of technology and price.

The master’s thesis as focused on the design a kindergarten located in Vrbovec. The project documentation is suited for the execution of construction works. It handles about a single storey object with a green roof and is recessed into the hillside. The green roof corrects seamlessly with the surrounding terrain. A feature of the build is that, it is founded on milled foamglass. Vertical structures are from silicate blocks, excluding the walls in contact with soil are based on hidden formwork. Design of the building respects the local plan of Vrbovec. There are going to be two groups of children, thus the disposition is accustomed to that. Maximum capacity is 48 children. It is shape and color design represents an architectural site, it is properties function in terms of energy savings.

This diploma thesis introduces manufacturing documentation needed for the production of a PREWAG welded steel structure. It deals with the execution of the welds as well as with the construction execution and the technological and welding procedure in the production. A selection of drawing documentation and particular WPS techniques is included.

The master’s thesis deals with new building of hotel in Bludov. The thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for new building, containing all the requirements according to applicable standards and regulations. The building is located on flat terrain. Two-floor, partially basement building respects the height of existing buildings. In the basement there is a technical background. At the ground floor is located restaurant with kitchen facilities, fitness centre, infrared sauna, relaxation room and wheelchair access rooms. On the second floor there are rooms for the guests. Peripheral masonry of the basement is composed of permanent formwork. The remaining walls are made up of brick blocks. The roof over part of the ground floor contains vegetation. Roof above the second deck is partially saddle roof and mono-pitched roof.
