Zhodnocení současného chodu vybrané ekologické farmy a její přínos pro region

Sluštík, Matouš January 2018 (has links)
In the first part of my diploma thesis I am going to theoretically analyze organic farming. I will focus on the principles of organic farming, walfare and organic production. The next topic consists of how to register in the organic farming system, and individual inspecting organizations. The theoretical part will be concluded with evaluation of the organic farming in the Zlin region. In the experimental part I will talk about the Ing. Sluštík – Vladimír organic farm. First, I will introduce the farm, its location, the activities the farm focuses most on, and the machinery that is available and used. I will than carry out the SWOT analysis. Next the opportunities from the analysis will be more detailed and analyzed. Here I will be counting what turnover was reached on the farm in 2017. This amount will be compared with turnovers which could be reached with possible extended activities on the farm, or focus on different activities.

Problematika finalizace bioprodukce na farmě / Finalization of organic production on the farm

VAVŘINA, Martin January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the questions of farmers' getting their ecological production on the market, the drawbacks of gaining access on the market, what prevents farms from entering the market, and analysis of development of agriculture on ecological farms in the last ten years. In order to obtain questions to these answers it was necessary to conduct a questionnare survey. In order to compare these results, a method of a questionnaire survey from 2004 was selected focusing on the competitiveness of ecological farms. According to the questionnaire survey, the research was compiled and results of the research were compared with the results of the questionnaire survey compiled ten years ago. The research involved areas of north-western part of the Czech Republic and 45 respondents out of 95 farms participated in this research.

Hodnocení kvality jablek v závislosti na podmínkách jejich pěstování / Evaluation of selected qualitative parameters of apples produced under different growing methods

Dresslerová, Ivona January 2016 (has links)
The most spread system of agricultural production is conventional system, which reaches the best profits by its excessive inputs into production such as fertilization, chemical spraying, heavy engineering. However the importance of ecological (BIO) and integrated (I.P.) production has been increasing among the consumers recently. Mainly because of environmental sustainability and protection of their own health. The aim of this study is to compare qualitative characteristics of 10 different apple cultivars (Melodie, Šampion, Gloster, Idared, Angold, Topaz, Goldstar, Ontario, Florina, and Rubín) with reference to the type of production system. The dry matter content, amount, concentration of carbohydrates, ascorbic acid, sensory evaluation and overall profile of volatile compounds were analysed in apples coming from both ecological and integrated agriculture. The dry matter content of all apple cultivars was measured by using two different methods. At the same time drying in an infra-red scale and refract metrical measuring by a portable refractometer were carried out. Concentrations of different carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose and fructose) were analysed by HPLC method with RI detection. The content of ascorbic acid (AA) was determined by HPLC with UV/VIS detection. During the sensory evaluations a protocol for a trained sensory panel was created including profile, pair and pair preference test. With an aim of detection of volatile aromatic compounds´ profile there was a sorption prepared on SPME extraction with following analysis on GC-GC-MS. In the concentration of C vitamin was the cultivar found statistically significant (p = 0,0004) and not in the supposed type of production. The final concentration of ascorbic acid was 13-130 mg/kg in BIO apples and 10-103 mg/kg in apples from integrated production. Overall 7 BIO cultivars had higher content of AA in comparison to I.P. The highest concentration of AA was in cultivar Ontario. In total 7 BIO cultivars from 10 had bigger content of AA in addition to integrated samples. The most present carbohydrate in apples is fructose in which was found a statistically significant difference between values of BIO and I.P. (p = 0,0272). The highest figure of fructose and also of sum of sugars was Angold BIO (422,3 g/kg). The highest presence of dry matter was found in cultivar Florina BIO (18,62 %). Refract metrical matter was in the range from 11 to 17 Brix. There was a statistically significant importance proved between the figures of BIO and I.P between both dry matters. At the same time it was proved that there is present a dependence between them based on correlation coefficient (r = 0,9622). It was assumed that the overall sum would correlate with refract metrical dry matter, but this was not confirmed. There was also proved a statistical difference (p = 0,0002) between the BIO and I.P apple weights. In all cases of samples the weights of I.P apples was higher. In sensory analysis the cultivar Šampion BIO was evaluated the best from the overall intensity and pleasure of the taste. Topaz I.P was evaluated as the sample with the most pleasant taste and Florina I.P with the highest taste intensity. By the analysis of pair preference test results it was confirmed that there is a statistically significant difference on the selected level of probability 99%. But preference in any of production systems was not confirmed. During the analysis of overall profile of volatile aromatic substances it was found out that the same cultivar of different production has the same composition, but different relative concentration of the present substances. This problematics needs further and more detailed analysis, which would prove or disprove influence of the cultivar on all analysed aspects.

Ekologické zemědělství - zhodnocení ekonomické úrovně podniků

Voňková, Yvona January 2015 (has links)
This thesis titled Organic Farming -- Evaluation of the economic level of corporations, dealing with the assessment of their economic situation, while comparison with farming businesses in the conventional mode. History and development of organic farming, its peculiarities, current legislation, and the current situation in the country and abroad is part of this piece of work. The work is focused primarily on assessing the economic situation. The basic economic characteristics of organic and conventional farming enterprises are thus described in more details. The main aim of this work is not to evaluate the different areas of agricultural production, but to assess the selected assemblage of enterprises as a complex. The data from the Farm Accountancy Data Network CR is mainly used to achieve the purpose of this work. From the obtained results we can conclude that organic and conventional agriculture are different while comparison. A number of indicators made by conventional businesses achieve better results. The environmental grants gained by companies seem to be essential to the economic situation of enterprises.

Struktura produkce v ekologickém zemědělství v jižních Čechách / Structure Of Organic Farming In South Bohemia

CHYTRÁČKOVÁ, Eliška January 2012 (has links)
The diploma study is focused on the analysis of the structure of ecological farming production in South Bohemia. Within the area data was collected from agro and zoo production, to assess the structure and volume of agricultural production and basic benchmarking with bio farming offer on market. For analysis questionnaires were used, direct talks with producers and data from database of ÚZEI. Analysis of the structure of production of bio farming and other farms which shows dominance of permanent grass culture and a smaller part of arable soil. Here is mostly produced cereals and fodder plants. Zoo production is represented by the domination of beef raised without milk production. The comparison on offer from the specialized shops and supermarkets display non compliance of market offer with production.

Formy distribuce biopotravin / Forms of Distribution of Organic Food

PETERKA, Michal January 2009 (has links)
The main purpose of the thesis is the analysis and judgement of distribution methods, which are currently used for organic foods. The first stage involved a marketing research in form of an online questionnaire, which was placed on Google Docs. This questionnaire focused on shopping habits of the customers. The evaluation showed, that the customers most frequently by the organic foods in the self service shops. The second most common place for buying the organic foods were the shops specialised in selling such products, and the third most common place were the suppliers. The most common organic foods bought by the customers were milk and dairy products, the second place belonged to fruits, and on third place were vegetables. The second stage involved a marketing research in form of telephonically enquiring the farmers from the South Bohemian Shire. The results represent the fifty organic farms out of the sixty four contacted organic farms, which responded to the enquiries. The farmers from the South Bohemian Shire most commonly rise cattle. The biggest consumers of their products, with 39 per cent, are processing companies. Selling the meat or live cattle directly at the farm accounts for 32 per cent, and 24 per cent of the products are consumed by distributors. Only 5 per cent of the products is consumed by retailers, which sell the meat directly to consumers. The second most commonly produced commodity is milk and dairy products. According to questionnaire, the entire production is intended for the czech market and the consumption is in average rated as ``commendable{\crqq}, which is greatly affected by Madeta a.s. Other consumers of milk and dairy products are healthy food shops and catering institutions. The individual contributions to the consumption of milk and dairy products are unknown. There are very few producers of organic fruits and vegetables in the South Bohemian Shire, and therefore the marketing research did not produce any useful results regarding these products.

Regionální diferenciace ekologického zemědělství v Česku / Regional Differentiation of Organic Farming in Czechia

Typltová, Jolana January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this dissertation is to summarize the current ecological situation in the Czechia. A very important aspect of this alternative agriculture is its regional differentiation. Czechia has a lot of organic farms, the mian aim of this thesis is to map their location and determine the location is correct or not. NUTS 4 units will be used in mapping the distribution of ecological farms as they are the suitable units for making comparisons. The source of data on which this research is based is the Ministry of Agriculture and Control organization KEZ, o.p.s. The results of this research are displayed in the form of tables and pictures. Cartograms and cart-diagrams are used to display the geographical distribution of the organic subjects. The commentaries on the cartograms and cart-diagrams are the key part of this research. This dissertation also briefly looks comparison Czechia with other member states of the EU member states in organic farming and own research which aims to offer organic products in stores.
