The purpose of this Master's degree thesis is to deal with preparatory institute of private contractual law pactum de contrahendo. This institute passed through to contemporary legislative conception long progress, currently it is in Czech Republic simultaneously regulated in two codes and at the present time performed re-codification of the Czech private law is in submission of the new Czech Civil Code its explicit regulation also contained. The thesis focuses on preliminary agreement being concluded according to valid Czech Civil Code, on its purpose, utilization and function. The thesis characterises its subjects, subject- matter, content and the process between entering into the preliminary agreement and the future agreement. In several cases the thesis provides with alternative approaches to a particular issue, presents judicial opinions of legal experts and pursues case law. The thesis also describes the development of regulation of agreement to make a contract in the context of Czech law within the range, which was appropriate to the subject, the thesis refers to similar legal institutes and compares current valid parallel regulation of preliminary agreements among themselves and with newly suggested regulation with the aim to find advantages and disadvantages of particular regulation....

This Master´s thesis explores the system of future time of the Italian and French language. The aim of this work is to describe in detail what the possibilities are in expressing the future time in the Italian and French language. It is divided in two main parts which are composed of 4 chapters. The first part, divided in three chapters, describes how in theory the future time is formed in Italian and French; what their usage is and what the key differences between them are. It also addresses the issues of possible traduction between them. In the practical part which is processed in a parallel body Intercorp the thesis aims to justify the theoretical findings of the first part.

Resumé Agreement on the Future Agreement according to the arrangement of Commercial Code The thesis deals with the institute of a contract about a future contract in the sense of a commercially legal adjustment. Although the focus is on the analysis of the legal institute according to its currently valid arrangement, the thesis also contains a brief historical excursus about the development of the pacta de contrahendo institute. The reason for it is the fact that a contract about a future contract is a legal institute with a long history which dates in the Roman law, where there cannot be any doubt that the long historical development of the institute of a contract about a future contract contributed to the forming of its current form and concept. From the point of view of the valid legal adjustment of a contract about a future contract implemented by the code of law the thesis deals with single necessities of this legal institute, as to say with the subjects which can conclude a contract about a future contract with essential necessities which condition its valid negotiation. ABSTRACT: The diploma thesis is dealing with online social networks, its functions and possible usage in education. The purpose of diploma thesis is to analyze these particular functions and their possibilities of usage in education process and also map the situation around experience and ideas of Primary and Secondary School trainee teachers in their personal lives and also for their next profession as teachers. The objectives of the thesis were fulfilled using theoretical and empirical research methods. The theoretical methods contained study and analysis of scientific literature, articles and study of results of theme related foreign experiments. The empirical research methods subsumed questionnaire and interview. In the end there is the conclusion of the thesis evaluation and summary of the explorative research results and formulated research findings. in English Expression of Posteriority in Spanish through Indicative and Subjunctive The aim of this thesis is to study those paradigms in indicative and subjunctive which express the absolute and relative posteriority in Spanish. Our thesis is based on the literature related with the topic and also on the language corpora. We study the particular paradigms, their contexts and the possibilities of their mutual alternation. A considerable part of the thesis is dedicated to the absolute posteriority. We study the paradigms in indicative not only with respect to the time delimitation but also in term of the context and attitude of the speaker. As for the paradigms in subjunctive, we focus on the types of subordinate clauses. In the chapter dedicated to the relative posteriority, we demonstrate which paradigms correspond to the paradigms in absolute posteriority. We briefly compare the situation in Spanish with the one in Czech. Based on the results of our case studies and information from literature, we came to the conclusion that it is not possible to simply classify the particular uses of the paradigms and that is important to take several factors into consideration, not only the distance of action from the moment of speech.

This diploma thesis deals with the issues of family and its perception by secondary school students. The theoretical part concerns family from several points of view. The introductory chapter is focused on selected milestones of the development of family in general. The substance of the next chapter is the very definition of family - how it is dealt with by Czech law, sociology and psychology. Family does not always acquire the same form, therefore in this part, there is also presented an overview of family models. Family has an essential influence on the development of a child and this problem is discussed in the fourth chapter. A part of a child's development are mainly its needs and also the functionality of family itself. That is why the thesis is furthermore focused on child wellfare in general. A child is not always brought up in a family, therefore attention is paid also to substitute care, whether family or institutional. The practical part of the thesis is based on interviews with ten respondents and on research of their opinions of family, whether present, future or ideal. Diplomová práce nejprve v obecné rovině představuje cestovní ruch, a to od jeho historie, přes přepoklady rozvoje cestovního ruchu, po jeho rozčlenění dle různých parametrů. Práce se také dotýká problematiky monitorování statistických ukazatelů cestovního ruchu a rozvoje regionů. Druhá část práce se pak konkrétně věnuje městu Jindřichův Hradec. Analyzuje současnou situaci města, jeho předpoklady a atraktivity pro cestovní ruch. V závěru práce jsou představeny vlastní návrhy na budoucí rozvoj Jindřichova Hradce, které vycházejí z uvedené SWOT analýzy.

This thesis is focused on new trends in business of chosen czech retail chains. Except of introduction and close, it has four main parts - retail, usage of quantitative methods in retail, trends and future of retail chains. The main emphasis is placed on estimation of strategies of these retailers. The results of the estimation are extract from financial analyze, DEA - Data Envelopment Analysis and outcomes from market researches. For the elaboration there were used lots of information sources mainly from internet.
