Využití mobilních aplikací ve výuce chemie / The use of mobile applications in the teaching of chemistryHrubá, Běla Marie January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis focuses on teaching of Chemistry using mobile phones at primary and secondary schools. The theoretical part is dedicated to the research articles and final theses focused on the topic. Moreover, this thesis shows whether and how school curricula and school regulations dedicate to the topic of mobile phones in education. The practical part of the thesis introduces a research of available chemical educational applications and also an analysis of chosen applications based on predetermined criteria. All of the researched applications are divided according to their topics and arranged in a table summarizing their main content. Furthermore, this thesis describes a trial lesson with implementation of mobile phones and its evaluation. This part also includes all materials used in the pedagogical experiment.

Výběr a tvorba nových materiálů pro podpůrný výukový web www.studiumchemie.cz / Selection and development of new educational materials for high school support webpage www.studiumchemie.czBrenner, David January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on development and production of functional parts and new materials for the purpose of supporting educational website www.studiumchemie.cz on evaluation of its operation. The changes were made in graphical, structural and functional parts of website, which were designed based on the analysis of behavior of visitors to the website and by direct reaction of visitors. Changes were related to structure of database of chemical experiments or creating new features for registered users, such as evaluation of materials or personification of user profile. In cooperation with specialists have been incorporated several new materials, focusing on the issues of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). In addition to that, two new games have been prepared - Chemical pentathlon and Identify molecules. New materials should be used to expand the portfolio of educational materials on the website. Furthermore, the administration interface has been created and designed to meet the needs of editorial contributors site without prior programming experience. Evaluation of the statistics associated with the operation of the site showed that web traffic continues to grow. The most visited parts of the site are database of educational materials and videos of chemical experiments. The current site traffic is...

Výzkum postojů žáků středních škol k výuce chemie na základních školách / Students' Attitudes Towards Chemistry According to the Secondary School They AttendRusek, Martin January 2013 (has links)
TITLE: Students' Attitudes Towards Chemistry According to the Secondary School They Attend AUTHOR: PhDr. Martin Rusek DEPARTMENT: Katedra chemie a didaktiky chemie SUPERVISOR: prof. RNDr. Pavel Beneš, CSc. ABSTRACT: The research presented in this thesis completes the data with the information about so far neglected vocational schools students' attitudes towards chemistry. After the curricular reform, impact put on general education, including chemistry, brings considerable changes in this area. The questionnaire used was focused on three spheres: students' attitudes towards chemistry, didactical facilities used in chemistry education and students' attitudes towards particular chemical topics. The questionnaire was submitted to students (N = 959) at the beginning of the school year after they entered secondary school. That way the results reflect students' attitudes constructed at primary schools. The results show negative students' attitudes. They are mostly affected by the difficulty of the subject and also by students' low interest in the topics. It was also proved that topics close to students' lives play a vital role. Based on the results of the research, proposals may be word in order to solve the situation: emphasizing activating methods such as: experimental work and active observation, also...

Bezpečnost práce a zacházení s chemikáliemi ve středoškolské laboratoři / Safety and risks in high school laboratorySouček, Vlastimil January 2014 (has links)
Czech Law concerning work safety in high school laboratory in the Czech Republic is constantly changing, while these changes in the law might go unnoticed by high school teachers. These teachers are often not informed which law is currently in effect and if it has any impact on their teaching in chemical laboratories. Therefore, this work presents compiled laws that influence teaching in chemical laboratories, translates their meaning into comprehensible sentences and then puts them together to a summary of these laws. To keep this information up to date, a basic web design is included in this work that will be put on web www.studiumchemie.cz, where it will be actualized by author of this thesis. On this web high school teachers will have the opportunity to easily access both original formulations and translated meaning of the law. Basic instructions for first aid in chemical laboratories, especially concerning exposition to dangerous chemical compounds will also be included in this work. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Aktivizační metody ve výuce chemie / Methods Activating Students in Education of ChemistryKesnerová Řádková, Olga January 2013 (has links)
Topic: Methods of Activating Students in Education of Chemistry Author: Olga Kesnerová Řádková Abstract This dissertation work aims at teaching methods in the subject of chemistry and it concentrates mainly on methods with quite a high proportion of activation of pupils. The benefits and disadvantages of activating teaching methods, possible criteria for their choice, conditions for their putting into practice and similar, are described. Later, the work focuses on four chosen activating methods, namely brainstorming methods, project method, didactic games and work with a fictional and another type of a text which is applied here into natural science teaching, namely into chemistry teaching. A story with a chemical experiment can serve as an example. The research part contains a case study of putting project teaching methods into practice which includes a record and analysis of the condition and of the problem connected with its implementation, as well as the initiation of the project with the help of brainstorming methods. Participation observing, questionnaires, mini polls and discussions were used in our case study. Altogether 184 second year students for the teaching profession of the Pedagogical Faculty of Hradec Králové University took part in the research. On the basis of the results of the research...

Jednoduché počítačové hry pro výuku chemie - možnosti a limity / Casual computer games in chemistry education - possibilities and limitsFiala, Vít January 2016 (has links)
This master thesis is aimed at the issue of activating methods of teaching, namely didactic games in Chemistry lessons. In the theoretical part activating methods of teaching, didactic games, visualization of molecules and the programming language Java were described. The aim of the practical part was to create the "Chemical 3D Matching Pairs Game", dealing with two topics - the naming of organic compounds and the natural products. The 3D structure of used compounds can be examined by students during playing the game. The created game was tested by secondary school students and its didactic potential was evaluated. The main benefits of the game were student activation and a high motivational character.
