Vliv produktů ze zpracování konopí ve výživě kapra obecného (Cyprinus carpio L.)

Palíšek, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this study was to compare the effect of feed mixtures with different proportion of cannabis products on fingerling of common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.). The addition of hemp cake to feed was tested. The feed experiment was conducted in period 21.9.2016 - 21.11.2016 in recirculation system consisting of 10 tanks of 200 l volume connected to a biofilter. During the experiment, control weight measuring was performed and the hydrochemical and physical parameters in every tank were recorded. Fish were fed feedstuff with 5 %, 10 % and 15 % of hemp cake. On average, the fish grew from 35.37 grams to 57.24 grams. The best feed conversion ratio (FCR), specific growth rate (SGR) and ratio of these two values achieved fish fed feeding mixture number 2 with 10 % of cannabis cake (FCR 3,14, SGR 0,83 %, FCR/SGR 3,96). Statistical significant influence of feed mixture on content of proteins, fats and n-3 fatty acids in carp muscle was not proven.

Ekonomické souvislosti vybraných zemědělských podniků

Radová, Monika January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis evaluates economic valorization of two chosen cattle breeding farms. First subject is situated in Velké Němčice and engages in Montbeliard cattle breeding. Second one is based in Uherčice and specializes in Holstein cattle. Firstly, the work deals with the financial analysis of the company, which focuses mainly on the analysis of financial ratios. Then the economic analysis of whole ZEMOS Inc. is carried out. Subsequently both farms are compared by the zootechnical analysis, in which the numbers of newly born calves and the number of dairy cows are measured and contrasted, and also the milk analysis, where the economic context of of dairy farming was compared. From the comparison, we can see that the company was selling milk with above-average prices. In addition to 2012, ZEMOS Inc. always had higher price than the other producers.Database of the theoretical part is based on the scientific literature, which is listed in the Sources. Custom work is mainly based on accounting and other internal reports about the company ZEMOS Inc., namely the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the period 2009 - 2016.

Faktory ovlivňující produkční ukazatele masného skotu / Factors affecting productivity indicators of beef cattle

KRÁLOVÁ, Alena January 2015 (has links)
The aim of breeding suckler cows is same as the aim of any other activity- achieving the best results. Aspects like the quality of food, the corresponding energy value and correct feeding in terms of health and production, play an important part in nutrition. The concentration of energy of feed, within the group observed, for suckler had value of 5.4 MJ NEV. Preserved feed without undesirable content of butyric acid was graded as very good accordingly to the class of quality. The biggest cost item is the cost of feed. In a particular company, the price of feed for a cow with a bred calf represents 42% of total costs. The revenues from breeding of cattle are based on incomes from calves sales or fattening of them and their subsequent sale. An important part of an economic efficiency is a good fertility of cows. In a particular farm, the fertility for 2013 was 89% and 90% for 2014.

Úlohy ze zoologie bezobratlých a jejich využití ve volnočasových aktivitách / Invertebrate Lectures And Their Use In Leisure Lessons

Juhasová, Petra January 2016 (has links)
JUHASOVÁ, P., Invertebrate Lectures And Their Use In Leisure Lessons. Master thesis. Praha: Charles univerzsity in Prague, Faculty of Education, 2016. 94 s. In this diploma thesis, practical tasks focused on invertebrate biology are presented. They are targeted for science hobby groups. Detailed instructions for experiments and observations as well as for capturing invertebrates can be found in this diploma thesis. There are described also long-term projects in the form of inquiry-based teaching tasks, construction of man-made outdoor insect nests (so-called "insect hostels") and also the indoor invertebrate keepings. The vast majority of tasks were tested in practice in two science hobby groups, attended by a total of 30 participants. The aim of these tasks is to increase the attractiveness and accessibility of natural science to a wider audience and improving its presentation, but also to arouse positive attitude to nature and all living creatures. Inspiration will be found there not only by leaders of natural science clubs, but also by teachers, who want to incorporate practical work with animals into teaching. Key words: invertebrates, experiment, observation, breeding, inquiry-based edusdion, IBE

Vliv příkrmu na porážkovou hmotnost a složení jatečného těla u faremně chovaných daňků (Dama dama)

FRIEDBERGEROVÁ, Eliška January 2019 (has links)
This thesis "Effect of concentrates feeding on slaughter weight and carcass composition in farmed fallow deer (Dama dama)" evaluates the influence of two different sorts of complementary food and a nutritive supplement to slaughter weight and structure of a fatted body. The literature summary is complemented with results of the experiment conducted on The Mnich Farm near Kardašova Řečice in association with The Institute of Animal Science. Ten-month fallow deers were divided into three groups. Each of them was kept separately, one (the control group No.1) was fed only by pasture, the group No.2 and No.3 were fed by complementary food consisting of barley and oat in a ratio of 2/3:1/3 in the amount of 0,4 kg per one head and day. The group No. 3 was extra served by the nutritive supplement containing protected lysine. The animals were weighted at the beginning of the experiment and in the process of slaughter at the age of sixteen months. Fifteen heads of cattle were randomly chosen from every group and they were slaughtered during three days - five at a day from each of group. The animals were transported to the slaughterhouse afterwards where the slaughter preparation was done according to the JUT´s (The Slaughter Preparation of meat stock classification) and the SEUROP´s (The System of Slaughter Preparation of meat stock classification) rules. The differences were statistically compared. Beyond the task the economical evaluation of profitability of complementary food and nutritive supplement admixture to the feeding ration and the slaughter processing effectivity has been made.

Analýza různých technologií odchovu telat

HAMPLOVÁ, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
In cattle breeding, it is necessary to pay great attention to calves, especially to the quality of their housing. Calf rearing is one of the riskiest parts of the whole breed. This requires a thorough development of biological, nutritional, ethological and technological factors of breeding. The aim of this thesis was to compare two different ways of housing calves (individually vs. pairs) in roofed outdoor individual boxes with feedeng twice a day and evaluate their influence on the course of growth and health from birth to weaning. The experiment was carried out at the Číčov farm, which i sone of the centers of Alimex a.s. Nezvěstice, farming in the district of Plzeň - South. The actual monitoring of the calves took place from 1. 1. 2018 to 31. 7. 2018. Both groups of calves included in the experiment were fed the same amount of feed (native milk, milk replacer, TMR). Each group had the same number of pieces - 12 calves (heifers) of the Holstein cattle breed. At the end of the reporting period, calves that were raised together in pairs at average weight of 227.17 kg during the dairy period, while calves reared individually during the same period reached a final weight of 215 kg. The average daily increase in calves with a common rearing was 0.89 kg, in calves of the second group this value was lower, namely 0.83 kg. However, tthe difference between the mean final weights of both groups was not statistically significant (p > 0.05). All calves included tn the exxperiment were fed with appropriate quality colostrum (immunoglobulin content of 100 g/l or more) within 2 hours of delivery. Immunity of all experimental calves was sufficient, so the level of immunoglobulins did not fall below 50 g/l, with more than 85 % of calves having an immunoglobulin content above 55 g/l. In calves reared individually during the experiment, diarrhea was noted in three animals and respiratory disease in four animals. In rearing together, there was diarrhea in five calves. Respiratory disease occured in four calves. In both experimental groups of calves, it was observed that immediately after drinking, the animals were mutually sucking mules, but the calves housed together with a lower frequency also licked the polypropylene plates separating the VIB and nibbled empty buckets.

FARA, Radek January 2019 (has links)
Topic of this thesis is comparsion of emission concetration of solid pollutants in intensive poultry farming with different technologies. Measurement was done in cage system and two alternative poultry housing systems in company International poultry testing based in Ústrašice. For measurement of dust particles was used measurement device DUSTTRAK II 8530, own measurement has been done continuously for 24 hours with record every 3s. Dustiness was tracked in size fraction PM10. This dust particles can negatively influence health of employees and reared poultry. By measuring and following evaluation was found, that lowest value of dust particles was achieved in cage housing system. Considering health protection of employees and requirements for poultry wellfare is necessary keep dustiness of stable enviroment on lowest level.
