Survey of parasitoses in beef cattle from two geographical areas of the Czech Republic / Survey of parasitoses in beef cattle from two geographical areas of the Czech RepublicKubelka, Lukáš January 2016 (has links)
Research in this diploma thesis was focused on monitoring of the beef cattle parasites and periodically was done from April 2015 to November 2015 on three different farms in two different regions (Vysočina and Středočeský region) in the Czech Republic. 20 samples of fresh faeces were collected every month from each farm during morning. Processing and consequent evaluation of samples took place in parasitology laboratory at State Veterinary Institute in Jihlava. Samples were evaluated using a relatively new coprological technique FLOTAC, developed in Italy and recommended for parasitological qualitative and quantitative analysis of large farm animal eggs and oocysts. For each farm two pooled samples (10 g each) by subtracting 1 g of faeces from individual samples were used. Results were evaluated and statistically analysed by statistical software Statistica 13. There was occurrence of eggs of gastrointestinal nematodes (family Trichostrongylidae), tapeworms (Moniezia spp.) and oocysts of coccidia (Eimeria spp.) on all of the farms. Only on the farm 3 there was also occurrence of fluke eggs (Paramphistomum spp.). From the results it was evident, that farms that administered anthelmintic to livestock had significantly lower amounts of EPG/OPG in animal faeces. Despite of using pooled samples, method proved to be reliable and sensitive for monitoring of developing stages of livestock parasites. Even low amount of eggs or oocysts in animal faeces were detected by coprological technique FLOTAC.

Porovnání automatických a tradičních systémů zakládání krmiva skotu / The comparison of traditional systems and automatic systems for the cattle feedingBeneš, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
The thesis describes the problems of traditional and automatic systems for the cattle feeding. The theoretical part briefly review the methods of cattle feeding and compared to traditional methods of feeding, less automated and highly automated technological lines for the cattle feeding. Intend of the work was to use the acquired knowledge and perform technical and economic assessment of various methods for the cattle feeding.

Vyhodnocení úrovně chovu spárkaté zvěře prostřednictvím chovatelských přehlídek trofejí v oblasti působnosti ORP Rychnov nad Kněžnou. / Quality evaluation of breeding of deer through breeding shows trophies in scope ORP Rychnov nad Kněžnou.Homolka, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
The objective of this diploma thesis is to analyze the breeding level of deer by using the data from breeding shows of trophies in the area of the administrative district of municipality with extended competence Rychnov nad Kněžnou. In the course of collecting the data the area of interest was expanded to a larger area of the Rychnov nad Kněžnou district. Recommendations for the development of deer breeding level are based on this analysis. The procedure of this analysis can be utilized in every district within the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis contains the literary overview of topics related to this diploma thesis (game breeding, evaluation of trophies). The practical part of the thesis focuses on the criteria of breeding and subsequent analysis of data gained from the district breeding shows of trophies catalogues. Within the third part, the thesis deals with elaborated recommendations for the development of deer breeding level in the administrative district of municipality with extended competence Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The diploma thesis is based on the literary sources available. During drawing up the procedure of the analysis, the simplest methods which can be repeated with minimal technical equipment, were taken into consideration. The elaborated recommendations for the development of breeding level are based on the final analysis of data and on drawing on the literary sources available.

In the following lines my thesis, I find that the mares included in the accelerator program further used in breeding, and whether the AP contributes or is a certainty for an increasing number of foals CT and whether the results of the evaluation mares at 3 years indicator of the quality and success of mares themselves and their foals in another sports career. I will also try to assess whether the inclusion of subsidies received in mares AP exploited to the full, which depends on the number of foals born via.

Kalkulace nákladů v podniku - chov skotu, mléko / Cost calculation on the farm - cattle breeding, milkŠilhavý, Luboš January 2017 (has links)
The topic of this dissertation is the cost calculation of cattle breeding and cost of auxiliary activities focused on the milk production of the Mecholupska zemedelska company in 2015. The thesis is devided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical one.
The theoretical part outlines the cattle breeding and the breeds both with milk production and meat breeds. Further it describes the economic terms of milk production, costs of cattle breeding, costs itself, calculation methods and calculation formulas.
The practical part of the thesis describes the nature of the company and its production activities. The part focused on the arable farming describes sowing areas of plants and revenues and cost calculation of corn silage. The main target of the thesis is the an milk production, which is based on cost calculation of milk, described in details in the focused on stock farming. The cost indicators are stated in the table and then the particular items are defined. Several variants with modified internal costs of inputs are calculated and compared with each other afterwards.
Based on this analysis, the conclusions of the cost calculation of milk are summed up and some suggestions to stabilise and develope the sector are outlined.

Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících potravní chování daňků ve farmovém chovuNavrátil, Stanislav January 2016 (has links)
This work deals with analysis of farm enviroment feeding factors of Fallow deer (Dama dama). The targets were to verify our previous conclusions on preference of Ca:P ratio 1:1 in mineral blocks for cervidae, and find the preferred flavor of these blocks. As a model cervidae for this experiment we chose a fallow deer, because of its popularity amongs the Czech cervidae breeders. Experiment took place in Vysočina region on farm of Ing. Dufek between 3.8.2014-1.1.2016. For evaluation of both experiments, standart mathematic-statistic models were used. The method of data gathering was same in the both experiments. In first experiment that dealt with calcium to phosphorus ratio we concluded, that the most favorised ratio was 1,5:1. This is in contrary with our previous statement. In our second experiment we concluded, that when the Ca:P ratio is constant ( 1:1) the most favorised flavor is lemon grass.

Využití střevličky východní (Pseudorasbora parva) při produkci násadového materiálu candáta obecného (Sander lucioperca)Kadlec, Lukáš January 2016 (has links)
The subject of the Diploma Thesis was to summarize all the data published either from scientific papers or collected during the experiments, relating to the possibility of using topmouth gudgeon as fish food. The main part is composed of the results and conclusions obtained from the experiments conducted in the model recirculation system, under controlled conditions. The experiments were focused on the feed preferences of the pikeperch (Sander lucioperca), for the given size category of the topmouth gudgeon (Pseudorasbora parva), stimulation of the food intake of the pikeperch in the conditions with different amounts of topmouth gudgeon, and on the intraspecific competition for food in cases with different numbers of the stocked pikeperch. Bigger food preference was confirmed for the topmouth gudgeon, in the size category up to 7 cm (on average 29.8 % of the whole body length), than for the topmouth gudgeon bigger than 8.5 cm (on average 42 % of the whole body length). Results also show higher food intake in-tensity in case of continuous supply of topmouth gudgeon, while the intraspecific stimu-lation of the food intake has not been either proven, or disproved. Data obtained enables us to better understand the nutritional activity of the pikeperch, and can be used in working conditions, with the aim to dose the amount of the topmouth gudgeon as fish food.
