Hoy en día, la educación es considerada como el capital más valioso de las sociedades; debido a ello, los países más desarrollados gastan millones de dólares anualmente en este sector. En el caso de la educación básica en el Perú, esta no abastece a toda la población en edad escolar; solo el 73% y el motivo más importante por el cual no se abastece es la carencia de infraestructura. Es por ello que este proyecto de tesis trata sobre un colegio para estudiantes con excelencia académica, llamado “Colegio de Alto Rendimiento”. Este está enfocado en brindar servicios a 300 estudiantes que cursan el 3°, 4° y 5° año de secundaria, lugar donde ellos no solo estudiarán, sino que también vivirán y se les proporcionará todo lo necesario sin costo alguno. Este proyecto de tesis trata de proponer y realizar un nuevo diseño arquitectónico del que ya está establecido hoy en día. Esto se logrará proponiendo una nueva forma de diseño para que los espacios no solo se limiten a ser espacios de enseñanza, más bien se propondrá que sean flexibles entre sí y que además puedan ser multifuncionales por los requisitos que el Ministerio de Educación demanda. Además, el lugar elegido para el proyecto fue Cieneguilla, ya que el programa requiere de un 60% de área libre, en la cual se enfatizará un vínculo entre el proyecto y la naturaleza ya que la metodología de enseñanza de este tipo de proyecto lo requiere. / Nowadays, education is considered the most valuable capital of societies; due to this, the most developed countries spend millions of dollars annually in this sector. In the case of basic education in Peru, it does not supply the entire school age population; only 73% of it can gain access to and the most important reason why is the lack of infrastructure. Thats the reason why this thesis project is about a college for academic excellence students, named “Colegio de Alto Rendimiento”. This is focused on providing services to 300 students, who attend the 3rd, 4th and 5th year of secondary school, where they will not only study, but also live and be provided with all the necessary at no cost. This thesis project tries to propose and realize a new architectural design from th one that is already established today. This will be achieved by proposing a new form of design so the spaces are not only limited on just being teaching spaces, they will rather be proposed to be flexible among themselves and that they can also be multifunctional by the requirements that the Ministry of Education demands. In addition, the chosen place for the project was Cieneguilla since the arquitecture program requires a 60% of free area, the one that will emphasized a link between the project and nature as the result of the teaching methodology requirement. / Tesis

El presente Proyecto de Tesis Profesional busca resolver un problema social, relacionado directamente con los menores de la calle en la ciudad de Lima. Existe una preocupación personal por la cantidad de menores que trabajan y habitan en las calles de nuestra ciudad, muchos de ellos no cuentan con un hogar ni una familia que pueda brindarles apoyo durante su crecimiento y algunos son obligados por sus familiares a trabajar en las calles. Este problema desencadena diferentes consecuencias, ya que muchos de estos menores, al no tener una guía de valores durante su desarrollo, terminan inclinándose por el camino de la mala vida, convirtiéndose en delincuentes o personas que no aportan de manera adecuada a nuestro país, además de estar expuestos a diferentes peligros que existen en las calles de nuestra ciudad. Es por ello, que este proyecto busca, a través de la arquitectura, brindar apoyo y cobijo a estos menores en abandono, centrándonos en el distrito de Cieneguilla y alrededores. Ubicado en un entorno natural y alejado del tumulto de la ciudad, el Centro de Desarrollo Integral para Menores en Abandono busca velar por las necesidades e intereses de los menores, e impulsarlos a desarrollar habilidades y talentos por medio de talleres interactivos y actividades recreativas que, de alguna manera, suplen la falta de guía paternal, además de ofrecer cobijo a los menores que no cuenten con un hogar, en un área de aldeas infantiles sectorizada por edades y sexo, planificada para incluirlos en un ambiente familiar, donde puedan convivir entre ellos y recuperar el sentido de hogar que alguna vez perdieron. / The present Professional Thesis Project seeks to solve a social problem, directly related to children living in the streets of Lima. There is a personal concern for the number of children working and living in public spaces of our city, many of them don’t have a home or a family that can support them during their growth, and some of them are forced by their families to work in the streets. This problem triggers different consequences, since many of these minors, don’t have a guide of values for their development, end up leaning down the path of a criminal life, becoming delinquents or people who doesn’t improve the development in our country, besides of being exposed to different dangers that exist in the streets of our city. That’s why this project seeks, through architecture, to provide support and shelter to these children in abandonment, focusing on the district of Cieneguilla and its surroundings. Located in a natural environment and away from the tumult of the city, the Center for Integral Development for Children in Abandonment seeks alternatives for the needs and interests of children, and promotes the development of skills and talents through interactive workshops and recreational activities, additionally, it substitutes the lack of parental guidance, in addition to offering shelter to minors who don’t have a home, in an area of children's villages divided by age and sex, planned to be included in a family environment, where they can live together and recover the sense of home that they once lost. / Tesis

En el siguiente documento se propone un Centro de Bienestar para personas con VIH, en el distrito de Cieneguilla, ubicado en la zona suroriental de Lima, dicho centro, se ubica en una zona estratégica en el nodo más importante del distrito, exactamente en el cruce de dos avenidas de gran importancia para el mismo. Se propone un proyecto que responda a la necesidad creciente de muchos pobladores que sufren por esta enfermedad y que no reciben las atenciones y ayuda adecuada para sobrellevarla y evitar que se desarrolle y empeore. El propósito de colocar un proyecto como este en una zona como Cieneguilla, es que a través de la misma naturaleza se otorgue a los pacientes la tranquilidad y paz necesarias para sobrellevar una enfermedad como esta, la cual crea mucha marginación y discriminación. El proyecto planea cubrir necesidades de albergue y a su vez otras vinculadas a la salud mental y física. Por otro lado, la arquitectura busca no ser agresiva, trabajando a escala urbana, pero a la vez distinguirse en el ambiente a través de su forma, busca trabajar con grandes áreas verdes y darle gran importancia al patio central, siendo este el corazón del proyecto, vinculando los espacios, trabajando en el primer nivel con transparencias para crear conexiones visuales entre los espacios. Busca diferenciar las zonas más privadas del proyecto de las zonas con mayor movimiento del primer nivel a través de texturas y transparencias, siempre integrando la luz, la naturaleza, los tonos tierra y materializando los mismos en el proyecto. / The following document proposes a Wellness Center for people with HIV, in the district of Cieneguilla, located in the southeastern zone of Lima, said center, is located in a strategic area in the most important node of the district, exactly at the junction of two avenues of great importance for the same. A project is proposed that responds to the growing need of many people who suffer from this disease and who do not receive the attention and adequate help to cope with it and prevent it from developing and worsening. The purpose of placing a project like this in an area like Cieneguilla, is that through the same nature patients are given the peace necessary to cope with a disease like this, which creates much marginalization and discrimination. The project plans to cover shelter needs and at the same time others linked to mental and physical health. On the other hand, architecture seeks not to be aggressive, working at an urban scale, but at the same time distinguishing itself in the environment through its form, seeks to work with large green areas and give great importance to the central courtyard, this being the heart of the project, linking the spaces, working on the first level with transparencies to create visual connections between the spaces. It seeks to differentiate the most private areas of the project from the zones with greater movement of the first level through textures and transparencies, always integrating light, nature, earth tones and materializing them in the Project. / Tesis
