The diploma thesis deals with new block of flat in Velké Meziříčí (Vysočina). The building is rectangular in shape with five floors and a flat roof. Block of flats contains 29 residential units has wheelchair access and a lift. Bearing and non-bearing walls are made of sand-lime blocks, ceiling structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs. The facade is made with an external thermal insulation composite system.

The aim of the Diploma Thesis is a multifuncional building design. The Design Documentation deals with a four-storey multifunctional building. This multifunctional building is separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed four-storey multifuncional building, without basement. The strucural system is desinged in a walled technology of POROTHERM system. Ceilings are made of prestressed concrete ceiling panels. The roof is shed, made of asphalt felts. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.

Content of my thesis is structural and proces layout design of new building of multi-purpose building situated in Brandýs nad Labem city. Building is cellarless consisting of five above-ground storey, covered by one layered flat roof cladding. This object is devided to two parts. First of them is defined for public and includes café, commercial premises and office and second part of building includes eleven flats. One parking place belongs to each flat. Object is designed based on POROTHERM constructive system. Bottom is designed as concrete continuous footing and reinforced continuous footing. Part of bottoms is separate footing made of concrete.
