This thesis deals with the quality management system in furniture company Spartan a.s . The aim was to analyze the quality management system. The first part is a general description of the history and development management of quality. In the second part are identified maps of major and minor processes inside the organization. In the third part there is a proposal for a new documentation of beginning production process.

This diploma thesis focuses on the process management of order in the company Vario Therm. This thesis summarizes the basic theoretical background, on which the analysis of the current state of process with the order is carried out. This analysis is followed by a proposal for a new process management system.

Diploma thesis named „The Study of Warehousing Processes in a Manufacturing Company“is aimed on the mapping of the warehousing processes and the current method of the storage in the manufacturing company. Goal of this thesis is identifying the potential, which should be the result of the realization of the created suggestions, based on the mapping and analyzing current situation of the warehousing processes and warehouse area.

This thesis is focused on study of process during the engagement in small company Podlahy Lakomý, which deals with realization of floor work. Thesis is divided to three main parts. First part is concerned with the theoretical knowledge. Second part focusing on the analysis of the current status process of order. In the last part are mentioned proposals for amendments, which leading to streamline entire order process.
