Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology Student: Lucie Čapková Supervisor: PharmDr. Jana Pourová, Ph.D Title of diploma thesis: Current therapeutic options for the treatment of cystic fibrosis in children The aim of this thesis was to summarize current therapeutic options used for cystic fibrosis therapy in children. In the introduction, the pathogenesis of the disease, and methods of diagnosis are provided. The main part of the thesis is focused on the pharmacological possibilities of treatment including complications. In the concluding part, new options of causal therapy (currently in phase III clinical trials) are mentioned.

Introduction of diploma work obtains comprehensive inventory of informations from sententional calculus theory, which correspond to problems that are mentioned in examples in diploma work. These teoretical knowledge regarding to needs of work are mainly analysed on secondary mathematics grade, marginally intervene in problems of college logic. Practical part is a task collection for children in infant school and evaluation of their succes in solving examples. I gave chosen examples to children twice. First time at first lesson, where children expresss their opinions to possibilities of problem solution. These opinions weren´t revised. Next time children made the same examples at last lesson after all preparatory exercises. There were seen progress in childrens argumentation close to information about results. Not until this lessons were children acquainted with correct results. In last part of diploma work I mention my experiences and knowlegde about logic for children and some advices for teachers and parents how to work and evolve children´s logic.

The work deals with the evaluation Calprotectin levels in healthy children and pediatric patients in the Czech Republic.

This thesis describes the design of a complete design solution, nursery equip-ment, such as tables, chairs, beds, storage space, etc., with the imporcondition variability, thus - "growing furniture." Dimensions, appearance, functionality, gateways are modeled in exhibitions, research the Internet and in brick and mortar stores, of which the option is based. An important part of the thesis is "Annex", which contains the entire fattening and voice documentation solutions proposed design including BOM, visualization and economic considerations in the level of material costs.

The topic of this diploma thesis is Dance education of preschool hyperactive children. Goal of research is to describe teaching of hyperactive children especially dance lessons. There is described Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in the first part of thesis. There is written about special needs of children with ADHD focused on education. Second part is focused on practical dance lesson of ADHD children. There is described example dance lesson based on theory and practical experience of experts. The result of research is that supply of special lessons is very limited and it is big pity. In the diploma thesis was recognized that the education with special program should help to children with ADHD and it can be good supplement to standard medical therapy.
