Chromatizace žesťových hudebních nástrojů v 1. pol. 19. st., nástroje opatřené klapkovým mechanismem / Chromaticism of brass musical instruments in the first half of the 19th century, instruments fitted with a key mechanism.Rouček, Jaroslav January 2012 (has links)
In my thesis I have tried to describe the brass instrument chromaticism process by means of covering the corpus by hand and especially by applying a key mechanism. I have dealt with the first sources, discoveries and experiments which preceded the spread of keyed brass instruments. I worked closely with the personages Anton Weidinger and J. L. Kunerth, who were considered as first inventors of the keyed trumpet. I have formulated a hypothesis concerning the identification of lost compositions for the keyed trumpet by J. N. Hummel, including the reconstruction and a practical example of the Quartet in E Major. I have discussed methodologies of playing the keyed trumpet and collected responses from the contemporary press concerning the use of the keyed trumpet in concert life in this period. I have created lists of detailed information on the traditional keyed trumpets and their literature.

Klavírní spolupráce. Specifické umění klavírní hry / Piano accompaniment. The specific art of piano playingPapežová Erlebachová, Marie January 2021 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the topic of piano accompaniment, which is an essential and beautiful part of piano playing. This field demands from the pianist a specific approach, which is a subject and core of many study programmes throughout the world. The aim of the first part of this thesis is to map the evolution as well as the current state of knowledge in the field of piano accompaniment using scientific literature on the subject as well as curricula of study programmes obtained from universities in central Europe, where piano accompaniment is taught as a major study course. A strong correlation has been established based on this research between theory in scientific literature on the subject and the current practice of piano accompaniment education in central Europe. The aim of the second part of this thesis is to expand further the level of knowledge in scientific literature, which is insufficient mainly in the accompaniment of solo musical instruments. For this reason, the second part of the thesis focuses on the specific problems in piano accompaniment of musical instrument groups, i.e. string instruments, woodwind instruments and brass instruments. For these three groups case studies have been created, which examine the specific characteristics of the musical instruments in relation to piano...

Spirometrické měření studentů v závislosti na sportovní výkonosti / Spirometric Parameters of Students Depending on Their Physical ActivityNedbalová, Jana January 2013 (has links)
The present work aims to answer questions regarding lung function among students of two types of grammar schools and describe selected indicators of differences between different groups of students within a reference population. The starting point for this work was speculation that the obligations defined by seconadary education in the ordinary type of school may significantly affect the students of the same age group and same Framework educational program for intensive regime of movement, breathing function. Is it possible that the secondary school educational program could affect the degree of respiratory function of students, for example by having less time and not having time for regular exercise? Are students of common type of grammar school physically less active than their peers from sports-oriented type of school? What are lung volumes of today's teens and how much do they differ from the current standards? The selection of respondents was elected from the students of sport-oriented grammar school and the common type of secondary school students. A total of 196 students participated in the study. Students were measured by spirometry lung capacity and function through painstaking cast in relation to strenuous breath. I have found that ordinary secondary school students have a positive...

Prevalence pohybových poruch u hráčů na dechové nástroje / Prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among wind instrument playersLonek, Jan January 2021 (has links)
Title The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among wind instrument players Objectives The aim of this thesis is to determine the prevalence of playing-related musculoskeletal disorders (PRMD) in players on wind instruments in the Czech Republic, to determine their consequences and to identify related factors. Methods This thesis has the character of a cross-sectional study with a questionnaire survey. The study included 308 players on wind musical instruments. Outcomes The prevalence of PRMD was 55 % for the whole music group and 62 % for professional players. The higher prevalence of PRMD was statistically significantly associated with the student status (p=0.001), female sex (p=0.026), playing time on the dominant instrument weekly (p=0.001), and earlier incidence of PRMD (p=0.000). 31 % of players confirmed wrist/hand problems, 31 % confirmed problems in the neck area and 28 % confirmed problems in the upper back area. Because of PRMD, participants most frequently visited a health specialist such as a physical therapist and when dealing with their difficulties alone, most often they did some kind of physical activity. Conclusion The prevalence of PRMD in professional players was at a lower level than in foreign literature. Students, women, players playing more hours per week and players...
