Damage caused by wild boar (Sus scrofa) are long-term challenge facing the farming practice in the Czech Republic. There are several methods for detection of damage, which are more or less suitable for practical use. Focus of this work was to assess the damage deer by the most appropriate methods in the area of interest during one season. In the literature review are analyzed the used methods for game damage assessment in the CR and neighboring countries. Comparisons in seasons in this context include economically quantified losses of individual farmers, in selected agricultural crops.

The theoretical part of the thesis entitled "The Required Energy of a Flying Object to Damage a Windscreen" covers the historical development of glass as a raw material and its further use as a key material for the automotive industry. In the following chapters, the thesis provides an analysis of a windscreen in general including the material composition of various windscreen manufacturers, the distribution according to the accessories used in the windscreens, and the various options of placing a windscreen in a car bodywork. The homologation of a windscreen and the procedure for replacing or repairing a windscreen after a damage is also covered. Lastly, the experimental part of the thesis describes the process of testing the required energy of a flying object to damage a windscreen.

[pt] O presente trabalho apresenta uma técnica numérica geral para a aproximação da solução do problema de evolução quasi-estático em treliças elasto-plásticas com dano. Uma formulação geral e abstrata é apresentada e uma técnica numérica simples, baseada na técnica de decomposição do operador com um algoritmo sequencial associado, é proposta. Alguns exemplos tratando da análise de falha de treliças metálicas são usados para mostrar a efetividade do método. / [en] This work is corcerned with a general numerical technique for approximating the solution of quase-static evolution problems in damageable elasto-plastic trusses. An abstract and general formulation of the problem is presented and a simple numerical technique based on the operator splitting technique associated with a product formula algorithm is proposed. Some examples concerning the failure analysis of metallic trusses are used to show the effectiveness of the method.

DAMAGE TO HEALTH AS AN INTERVENTION IN THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL RIGHTS UNDER S. 11 AND THE FOLLOWING OF THE CIVIL CODE The topic of this thesis is the health damage as regards the interference in the personality rights within the legal frame of the Czech Republic. The main focus is the granting of damages for the incurred harm since the extent of claims arising from the health damage and their regulation in the Civil Code had not been long interpreted unanimously in theory and practice. The thesis elaborates on the constitutional basis of the personality rights and rights to the health protection and their statutory regulations; consequently, it interprets the statutory regulations related to the health damage as the interference in personality rights in the context of constitutional basis, using the available judicature and literature. Further, the thesis deals with the question of possible statutory limitation of the health damage claims for from the view of the fundamental rights and basic freedom, the extent of the satisfaction may be determined by the court only. This dispute has not been resolved in the theory so far, neither has it been decided in the judicial practice. This diploma thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the photographic documentation of vehicle damage in traffic accidents. A systematic overview of the current documentation and included inspection is carried out in the analysis. Police records are compared with records made during the crash tests. Further, the documentation in this thesis is divided into two groups of conflicts. The representative of the accidents are described in detail and then evaluated. Similarly, this procedure is practiced on other car accident that reflect the mutual deformation. The result of this thesis is to determine the optimal location of the lens for the acquisition of documentation and establishing a baseline number of photos to document damage to the vehicle after the traffic accident.
