Zajišťování personální stability v domovech pro seniory na Benešovsku / Ensuring personal stability in homes for the elderly in Benesov region

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of ensuring personal stability in selected homes for the elderly, with special focus on the position of a social worker and a worker in social services. The aim of the work is to describe the process of human resources management and its tools aimed at ensuring personnel stability from the perspective of the organization's management. Related to this is the intention to map the causes of fluctuations, the obstacles of ensuring stability and the attitude of the founder to the issue. The work focuses on selected facilities established by the public and private entities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a comprehensive description of the home for the elderly service, including its staffing, i.e. mainly social workers and workers in social services, to make it clear how important it is to provide the service sufficiently with them. Furthermore, this part deals with management in the social field, the role of the manager and the human resources management falling within his competencies. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with employee turnover and retention. The empirical part of the work presents the results that were obtained on the basis of qualitative research.
