The thesis briefly describes some techniques of preparation which should lead to creating ornithological dermoplastic preparations and their use in education and biology. These techniques are shown on several bird species. The thesis can be also used as a instruction for creating ornithological dermoplastic bird preparations. It shows some problems of preparation technice. The main goal of the thesis is creating a real ornithological preparations which are, used for education on Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague. The diploma thesis deals with the thematic unit Tax system, which is taught within the Economics curriculum at business academies. The first part of the thesis analyzes this area of study from a look at the general characteristics of the course on to focusing on the theory of teaching Tax Systems in the curriculum. The second part is devoted to exploring the field from the perspective of teaching experience. The thematic unit is itemized to specific lessons and a concrete structure for their inclusion in the curriculum is proposed. The conclusion of the thesis is a proposal of teaching of the thematic unit Tax system, which can serve as a basis for teacher course preparation.

Title: Verbal expressions of students UK FTVS in the role of teacher within the subject Theory and Basics of Swimming Didactics Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the verbal level of students of 2nd year of UK FTVS in the role of swimming teacher in the didactic outputs of the subject Theory and Basics of Swimming Didactics through the agency of analysis of the audio recording in duration of 15 minutes. The persons with higher pedagogical practice in swimming lessons were compared with persons with basic swimming education. Methods: The research focused on the analysis of verbal expression of swimming teacher. For data collection we used participating observation and analysis of audio recordings. The transcription method allowed recording the occurrence of the linguistic and paralinguistic aspects of verbal expression. The frequency of phenomena was observed on individual participants and groups of students with different levels of swimming education and practice. Comparisons between groups were performed using average values and expressed as a percentages in graphs. Results: The verbal expressions of the students did not go without serious verbal offences. Title: Diagnostics of didactic competencies of students of UK FTVS. Objectives: The goal of the dissertation was to verify whether the chosen combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is suitable for the diagnostics of the didactic competencies of the students of the UK FTVS in swimming didactics. Methods: The research was supported by a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Participating observation was used in direct participation in the didactic outputs of students. Data collection was done by acquiring audio and video recordings of students' didactic outputs within the subject of Theory and Basics of Swimming Didactics at the UK FTVS, by a questionnaire and group interviews with students who were in the role of "pupils" during didactic outputs. Through an uninvolved observation, the analysis of video recordings of students' didactic outputs was made. Coding of individual didactic outputs of students was done through modified analysis of didactic interaction (MADI). Descriptive statistics was used to encode and process data from questionnaires. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of using musical teaching aids in the study of piano playing at music schools up to the 5th year of study. First, it presents individual areas of children's psychological and psychomotor development, in which the author demonstrates the link between children's development and the positive effects of the use of musical teaching aids in teaching. The subsequent focus of the work is an introduction of and a proposal for the use of specific musical didactic aids for the study of piano playing, i.e. in the subjects Piano and Music Theory, in the framework of education at music schools. Attention is paid to individual aspects influencing the functionality of these aids. The results of a questionnaire created and sent to piano teachers are also presented, on the basis of which, among other things, a selection of the described musical didactic aids is based. The thesis was created with the intention of acquainting beginning teachers with a wide range of musical teaching aids. It can help with better orientation in the available materials for pedagogical practice and with a more effective conception of teaching. The reading process is a demanding cognitive process. With it, we achieve various levels of reading literacy. Pupils with dyslexia face not only problems mastering the reading technique, but also comprehension of the text. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to assess and find out how the learning process of pupils with dyslexia at the second stage of primary school takes place with regard to the reading process, which is weakened in these pupils. The partial goal of the diploma thesis is to find out which methods are used by teachers when working with pupils with dyslexia. The diploma thesis is processed as a qualitative research investigation using the technique of observation of a selected group in the educational process (second grade students), analysis of student documentation and interviews with students, their parents and teachers according to a pre-prepared scenario. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the use of intervention aids on the educational process of pupils with dyslexia at the second stage of primary school and the suitability of individual aids for intervention in specific cases.

Title: Analysis of didactic interaction of group skiing tuition at primary schools Objectives: Goal of this research is to compare didactic interaction of the teacher and group of pupils while skiing tuition at primary schools Methodos: As a basic method in this research has been used the M ADI method (Modified analysis of didactic interaction) which is a categorical observational system. With this analysis it is possible to get data that describe didactic interaction between teacher ( instructor) and his pupils, particularly forms of teachers behavior, didactic content of his tuition, didactic situations and approach activity.Questionnaire was another used method. Results: Results of this research have confirmed that the didactic interaction structure is highly influenced by skiing abilities of the pupils. Changes in quality of didactic interaction were not found in both groups. Results of both the analysis and questionnaire provide feedback to the instructor.
