The thesis aims to analyze the recent activity of the IceWarp company on the Czech and foreign market and then to propose new strategy for Great Britain. The introduction presents the groupware solution and the product IceWarp Server. The next part contains information about the Czech branch and describes the processes of customer acquisition, customer care department and technical support department. Then it is made the comparison with British branch which has the same structure. Based on the indentified shortage the new strategy is proposed in two version differing in financial cost.

The thesis is focused on running of direct sale corporation and emphasis on employee motivation. The main goal is analysis of current motivation system and remuneration of independent beauty consultants in Oriflame cosmetics. Further objectives are effectiveness evaluation, drawbacks determination and proposals of possible improvement. Theoretical part is based on study of expert literature and brings us into domain of sale, motivation, stimulation tools and creation of motivation programs. Practical part gives basic information about company Oriflame cosmetics, its current activities and employee motivation system. Effectiveness of beauty consultants` motivation evaluation is based on questionnaire, personal interviews, corporate documents and personal experience. Related proposals and recommendations shall lead to higher influence of corporate motivation system.

The aim of this thesis was evaluation and comparison of two motivational systems which are focused on distributors of chosen companies and recommendation for improvement of current situation in these two companies. It was necessary to study specialized literature and define basic terms related to motivation, theories of motivation, motivational strategy, motivational programmes, remuneration and direct sale to fulfil the aim of the thesis. At first in practical part there were described and analysed motivational programmes of chosen companies Oriflame Cosmetics ČR and Avon Cosmetics ČR. For analysis of motivational programmes was used anonymous questionnaire. Next step was to compare the results of questionnaire of both companies. Based on analysis and synthesis of questionnaire results were formulated general recommendation and proposals for motivation of both companies distributors.

En el siguiente trabajo de investigación se busco en primera instancia saber como está el mercado actual de venta por catálogo para comprender cuales son las barreras de crecimiento que tienen para migrar hacia una venta más digital, en este caso hacia el comercio electrónico a personas que hayan comprado por catálogo de Lima Metropolitana.
Con la finalidad de resolver y entender el problema, se realizó un estudio explicativo de tipo no experimental a través de un método mixto, usando dos enfoques: cualitativo y cuantitativo. Las herramientas utilizadas en la primera parte fueron entrevistas a profundidad con especialistas y focus group a usuarios frecuentes de compra por catálogo. Para la segunda parte, se encuesto a 250 personas del público analizado.
La investigación dio resultados interesantes y bastante importantes para la toma de decisión, así como de próximas estrategias que podrían tomar las empresas de venta por catálogo para aplicar en un futuro, por otro lado, se dio a conocer la importancia de las asesoras de ventas dentro de este modelo de venta, si bien este mercado ha decaído la propuesta es investigar nuevas plataformas que potencien a este mercado como uno de lo mas productivos del país.
La importancia de haber realizado esta investigación parte de dar un panorama mas amplio y la posibilidad de dar a las empresas de venta por catalogo estrategias y foco a nuevas plataformas digitales para crear mayor relación marca-consumidora con la asesora de venta y generar mayores ventas con el usuario. Finalmente, crear una empresa mas digital y mas moderna. / In the following research work, we sought in the first instance to know how the current market for catalog sales is to understand what are the growth barriers they have to migrate towards a more digital sale, in this case towards electronic commerce to people who have purchased by Metropolitan Lima catalog.
In order to solve and understand the problem, an explanatory study of a non-experimental type was carried out through a mixed method, using two approaches: qualitative and quantitative. The tools used in the first part were in-depth interviews with specialists and focus group to frequent users of catalog purchases. For the second part, 250 people of the target analyzed were found.
The investigation gave interesting and quite important results for decision-making, as well as the next strategies that catalog sales companies could take to apply in the future, on the other hand, the importance of sales consultants within of this sales model, although this market has declined the proposal is to investigate new platforms that empower this market as one of the most productive in the country.
The importance of having carried out this research is based on giving a broader panorama and the possibility of giving companies catalog sales strategies and focus to new digital platforms to create a greater brand-consumer relationship with the sales consultant and generate greater sales with the user. A venda direta é caracterizada como sendo um sistema de comercialização de bens de consumo e serviços, na qual o contato pessoal entre vendedores e compradores é realizado fora de um estabelecimento comercial fixo. O Brasil ocupa a quarta posição no ranking da World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA), atrás apenas dos Estados Unidos, Japão e China. Em alguns casos, os pedidos provindos das chamadas consultoras de vendas, não são compatíveis com a rotina da confecção destinada à produção em larga escala, pois, alguns produtos são específicos para um tipo determinado de público-alvo e, por isso, não tem uma aceitação em massa. Para este tipo de produto deve-se ter uma atenção especial às características dos tecidos e a tecnologia utilizada, visando a diminuição da geração de resíduos têxteis. As sobras de tecidos quando descartados de forma inadequada aceleram a degradação do meio ambiente, além de desperdiçar tempo e recursos financeiros. O objetivo desta pesquisa é verificar os métodos de trabalho em empresas do segmento de venda direta, a fim de propor, a partir do estudo de encaixe, quer seja, manual ou informatizado, a otimização e aproveitamento máximo da matéria-prima, resultando na redução de descarte de resíduos têxteis. A Metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, que constitui o procedimento básico para os estudos monográficos, e a pesquisa exploratória, pois não requer a formulação de hipóteses para serem testadas. Foi feito um estudo de caso e apresentada uma proposta de encaixe dos moldes para uma empresa que comercializa seus produtos através de venda direta e que possui altos índices de descarte de resíduos. A metodologia utilizada se mostrou viável para um estudo de encaixe eficiente com possibilidade de redução do desperdício e do custo do produto final para as empresas desse segmento / Direct selling is characterized by being a marketing system for consumer goods and services to which personal contact between sellers and buyers is carried out outside a fixed commercial establishment. In some cases, requests from sales consultants are not compatible with routine manufacturing for large-scale production because some products are specific to a particular type of target audience and therefore do not have an acceptance in large scale. For this type of product should have special attention by using the characteristics of the tissue and oriented technology in reducing the generation of textile waste. Due to this, the objective of this research was to verify the working methods in companies of the direct sales segment, in order to propose, from the study of fit, be it, manual or computerized, in the chothing cutting sector, optimization and the maximum use of the raw material, reducing the waste of commonly generated textile waste, which collaborates every day to the degradation of the environment, in addition to wasting time and financial resources. The methodology used was the bibliographic research, which is the basic procedure for the monographic studies, and the exploratory research, since it does not require the formulation of hypotheses to be tested and, after the research, it was verified that the methodology used proved to be feasible for an efficient fit study and cost reduction for the companies in the segment

A fight for customer is nowadays a typical sign of business. There is no doubt about an importance of a customer service. If a company doesn't dispose of quality in this point of view, a dissatisfied customer will use competitor's service in future. There is plenty of sellers, who don't master their roles. However, to measure the quality of service is difficult. One of methods that are used by a modern marketing, is mystery shopping. This instrument serves for an identification of imperfections in the process of service, where occurs a contact between the seller and the customer. It reveals a relief and a complete approach of staff to customers. Based on this there is a possibility to compare results with standards and norms of the company, but also with competitors, the market. Identification of the best and the worst parts is a possibility to improve the performance and the quality of service. A topic of my dissertation is usage of mystery shopping to compare the customer service in perfumeries Douglas and Sephora. The aim of the dissertation is to recommend steps concerning customer service to Douglas and Sephora based on results of mystery shopping. Partial aims are judging aspects as the importance of time of shopping, whether there is a difference between quality of customer service during week and on weekend, how much it's important if the customer is a man or a woman, or if the critical factor is customer's age. I will also try to prove that prices in common stores are noticeably higher than in e-shops.
