Para tanto, a partir do conjunto de termos em língua portuguesa obtido em pesquisa anterior, (projeto de iniciação científica, realizado com auxílio Fapesp), partimos em busca dos equivalentes em francês em obras de referência como dicionários de direito, economia e negócios. Em seguida, elaboramos um corpus de modelos de contratos de locação de imóveis em língua francesa, que nos foi de grande utilidade no que tange à busca de contextos de uso dos equivalentes. Utilizamos o recurso web para a busca de contextos de uso dos termos, quando estes não ocorreram no corpus. Os dados terminológicos foram inseridos em fichas terminológicas, compostas de categoria gramatical, organização morfossintática e lexicossemântica, domínio de origem, definição, contexto de uso, e campos para informações sobre variantes. As análises oriundas desses dados proporcionaram resultados sobre variantes, equivalências, domínios de origem, organização morfossintática e lexicossemântica das unidades terminológicas e um estudo comparado do perfil linguístico e sociolinguístico dos termos analisados e de questões sociais que subjazem a eles. Esperamos assim contribuir com tradutores, tradutores juramentados, estudantes, advogados e interessados no tema. Este trabalho foi organizado em quatro capítulos 1) Introdução, 2) Fundamentação teórica, 3) Metodologia de pesquisa e 4) Análise de resultados. Faz-se mister notar que recebemos apoio da Fundação de Amparo... / The main objective of this work was to develop a Portuguese-French bilingual glossary of terms of real estate leasing contracts, observing the linguistics and sociolinguistics aspects related to these terms, thus contributing to the development of studies on Terminology. In order to achieve this, we used the set of terms in Portuguese obtained from a previous research (Undergraduate Research project, accomplished with the support of FAPESP), and then we carried out a survey of the French equivalents of these terms in reference material, such as law, economy, and business dictionaries. Next, we built a corpus consisting of samples of French real estate leasing contracts, which was very useful to the search for the contexts of actual use for the equivalents. We used the Web as a resource for the search of contexts of use for the terms when they didn’t appear in the corpus. The terminological data was entered in electronic records composed of grammatical category, morphosyntactic and lexical-semantic structure, source domain, definition, context of use, and fields for information about variants. The analysis based on this data offered results regarding variants, equivalences, source domains, morphosyntactic and lexical-semantic structure of the terminological units and a compared study about the linguistic and sociolinguistic profile of the analyzed terms and the social matters behind them. We expect our work to contribute with translators, sworn translators, students, lawyers and other people that may be interested in the theme. This work is organized in four chapters: 1) Introduction, 2) Theoretical Base, 3) Methodology of Research, and 4) Analysis of the Results.
