This work contains overview of methods used in the area of Music Information Retrieval, mainly for purposes of searching of musical recordings. Several existing services in the areas of music identification and searching are presented and their methods for unique song identification are described. This work also focuses on possible modifications of these algorithms for searching of cover versions of songs and for the possibility of searching based on voice created examples.

There is ussualy used the Masopust's method to assessment the piles in Czech Republic. This method is based on statistical processing of large data set of load piles tests. Due to the using of regression coefficients this method is relatively complicated and not very transparent. Instead, foreign standards ussualy use direct the values of limit stress on the base of piles and unit friction capacity. Procedure for determining the bearing capacity of the piles is thus considerably simplified. In this thesis the Masopust's method is compared with the methods used in Germany and Austria. This comparison provides insight to the safety level that include various approaches.

The diploma thesis focuses on comparison of selected economic phenomenon in various accounting systems. Examined systems are IFRS, US GAAP and Czech accounting legislation. Thesis examines long-lived assets (Property, Plant and Equipment), leasing and accruals. It contains a comparison of reporting rules of these accounting areas and the assessment of impacts caused by the different approaches of the examined systems.

Title: Effect of constitutional hypermobility, obesity and the condition of the foot arch on the results of the Véle test of primary school children Objektives: The aim of my study was to establish whether the foot arch, scope of joint mobility and body weight affects the postural stability of primary school children. Another aim was to compare the incidence of functional flatfoot, constitutional hypermobility and obesity or overweight among school age children. Methods: The data were processed from selected primary schools in Prague 6. In total participed 854 children 7 - 12 years old. The used methods were common and accessible physiotherapy methods. The stability was evaluated according Véle test. Flat foot was examined aspection in standing, assessment of flexibility was performed while standing on tiptoes. Hypermoblity was determined using test according to Janda and body weight was determined by body mass index. Data were evaluated in Microsoft Office Excel. Results: We found that the evaluation of the Véle test better performance girls than boys. Rigid flat foot was more common in pupils of 2nd class, functional flat foot in pupils of 6th class. Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a mental illnes manifesting itselg, among other signs, with impaired body schema and rejection of food. Principal focus of the thesis was to assess the discrimination treshold, ability to evaluate sensory perception and body self-concept in adolescent female patients hospitalised with anorexia nervosa. Our goal was to clarify and better understand the still not adequately described neurophysiological aspects of anorexia nervosa. The results were compared to control group; both groups comprised 18 girls, the average age of observed group being 14,7 ± 0,71 years and average age of control group being 15,3 ±0,71 years. Two-point discrimination was examined in three areas - arm, between shoulder blades and belly - with modified caliper. The Petrie test was used in sensory perception testing, while body self-concept was measured with BAT questionare. The examinations were performed in standardised conditions during similar day times. We found significant difference in two-point discrimination in the area between the shoulder blades with significance level α = 5 % and p-value p = 0,0001. Road safety is a complex problem. It is influenced mainly by the driver, the vehicle and the road surface. This thesis is focused on the road surface properties and especially skid resistance that directly affect the braking distance and keeping the vehicle in the horizontal curves and thus traffic accidents. The thesis deals with the durability of pavement surface skid resistance, the type of pavement layers and aggregate polishing used in wearing course. The aim of this thesis was to develop the methodology for improvement of road surfaces skid resistance durability and implementation of functional test for their assessment.

The doctor thesis deals about the influence of zinc coating morphology on limit conditions formability of a thin sheet metal. In the introduction of the thesis is discusesed about current problems searching the most suitable morphology of the steel sheet metals, a method of appliing to the zinc sheet metal. The hot dip zinc coating is discussed in next chapter, the topical knowledges about the influence of the individual factors have some effect to coat calibre and quality. In literary researchs are discussed the concrete technological tests of zinc coating to harder sheet metal forming, the theory of the bend and the basic theory of pressing sheet metal. In following chapter is devoted interpretation selected technological tests, according to that is described behaviour, characteristics, influence of zinc coating formability of basic material and his morphology.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of Elkonin's method on phonological abilities in preschool age. In the term of content, the thesis is divided into two main parts - teoretical and empirical. The first main part creates a theoretical framework of the selected topic and is further divided into four chapters. First, the basic terminology - speech and language - are defined and the ontogenesis of human speech is conceptualized in more detail. The next chapter describes the phonological skills. There is also a distinction between phonological and phonemic awareness and a possible diagnosis of the field of phonological processing. Above all, the Battery of Tests of Phonological Abilities (by the authors Seidlová Málková and Caravolas) is described, because it was used for the needs of the research. The third chapter characterizes the methodology of D. B. Elkonin. The last chapter approaches school maturity and its diagnosis. The empirical part has a qualitative character and its main purpose of the researche is to analyze the influence of Elkonin's method on the phonological abilities of preschool children. This thesis deals with issues surrounding the management of IS/ICT projects, primarily from the point of view of ČSN ISO/IEC norms. I will list and analyse those norms used to define important indicators and processes, which are subsequently mapped to PMBOK process groups. Every norm is accompanied by a brief evaluation describing its suitability for use in IS/ICT projects, its anticipated benefits and the approach taken in its application. The next part of the thesis consists of an analysis of norms from the point of view of methods of estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects. An analysis is made of the majority of norms that directly or tangentially affect estimation in the planning of IS/ICT projects. The practical section of the thesis contains a metric for the monitoring of projects from the point of view of ISO/IEC norms and the dissemination of the "MMaHPISICTv5.7" model, as created by Ondřej Kmoníček in the thesis "Sledování a vyhodnocování IT projektů - Monitoring and Evaluation of IT Projects" [38]. The model is supplemented by ISO/IEC metrics and also other functionalities, focussing primarily on the depiction of individual metrics over a period of time.

The thesis summarizes the methods used to test and evaluate the characteristics of vertical masonry structures and further shows the evaluation procedure according to ČSN ISO 13 822. In the second part of this work there is a practical example of brick building assess-ment process, including determining the strength of the walls and the conversion of select-ed critical elements of the existing structure – window pier and wooden beamed ceiling.
