The final thesis is focused on construction of the complex Milmar s.r.o. company, specifically, it focuses on the construction technology project of the SO02 Production Hall building. Diploma thesis detail solved through technological regulations prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton construction of the hall and then implement concrete floors with infill. For the construction of the hall, an itemized budget was prepared with a statement of area, time schedule, health and safety plan, design of construction supply and assessment of transport routes, the main construction mechanisms were selected and variants of the main construction mechanisms, control and test plans were assessed. An accompanying and technical report, a construction technology study, and the sustainability certification of the LEED 2009 system were prepared for the entire construction. The text and drawing part was prepared according to the assignment of the diploma thesis.

The aim of the diploma thesis is construction-technological project of the whole construction focusing on the main building object - Apartment building, which is based on large-diameter drilling piles. The basis of the work is the budget of the main building and its timetable. Part of the thesis is a solution of organization of construction and design of building site equipment, technological regulation of selected activities, quality control and solution of transport relations including oversized transport. On the given topic are processed and all necessary supporting documents that enhances the clarity and orientation in matters large building for the preparation of the construction process. Given the scale, complexity and location of the building is structurally location technology project addresses the only earthworks and construction site of the main building object SO-01 only. Furthermore, nine small objects that are closely tied this main object within the premises of a residential building. In the following thesis we studied the development of performance motivation of pupils and its possible mutual connection with external evaluation according to relation norms. In the theoretical part we deal with scientific solutions of terms as performance motivation and relation norm. Mainly we concentrate on the analysis of the so called process model of performance motivation and on the analysis of types of relation norms. We also investigate in detail the issues of genesis of fear and anxiety of individuals during performance activities. We also occupy ourselves with the issues of causal attributions and different perspectives of term range of internal and external motivation. Subsequently, we made causal links between theoretical solutions and school performance. In this part we refer in particular to works of Heckhausen and Rheinberg. In the practical part we present a research, which is focused on the search for links between the use of individual relation norms in pedagogical situations of a teaching lesson and the development of performance motivation of pupils. In the research we took advantage of combination of quantitative and qualitative investigation.
