In the proposal part of the thesis these information are applied on the chosen area in Bratislava. The area is an axis of several streets. In accordance with the analysis of the area, four places were chosen to serve as spaces for temporary objects of landscape architecture. Využití dočasného útočiště pro osoby v nouzi v mezinárodním právu a praxi států / Application of temporary refuge in international law and practice.Ciupková, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
A temporary refuge for persons in need has become, in various forms, a solution to the mass influx of people around the world. Despite extensive practice, the institute remains almost unregulated by international law, and the only hard law remedy for temporary refuge is the EU Council Directive 2001/55/EC on Temporary protection. However, since the adoption of this Directive, the institute has not been used within the EU. This work aims to make a contribution to the discussion on the suitability of temporary refuge as a solution for a migration crisis in Europe and on a need to regulate this institute by universal international law norms. This thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the scope of a temporary refuge, its legal basis and situations which the institute can be applied to. To describe the situations for which the temporary refuge had been used as a solution to mass influx, the work provides an overview of the solution to mass influx in regions of Africa, Asia and Latin America. The second chapter deals with the analysis of three practical forms of the temporary refuge related to the solution of migration crises in Europe. The first case analyzed is the temporary refuge granted to people fleeing the conflict in the countries of the former Yugoslavia. It focuses...

Dočasná ochrana cizinců v mezinárodním a evropském právu / Temporary protection of aliens in international and european lawZaimović, Enes January 2021 (has links)
The aim of the presented diploma thesis called "Temporary protection of aliens in international and european law" is to introduce the concept of temporary refuge and temporary protection and tackle the various legal questions related to these concepts, both on the level and from the perspective of international law and the law of the European union. The first part of the thesis presents some (mainly doctrinal and UNHCR) defintions of temporary protection and temporary refuge as well as the definition of the concept of temporary protection enshrined in the EU's Temporary Protection Directive as the latter one represents the only case of regional and binding harmonisation of the temporary protection. The following part of the thesis deals with the minimum content requirements of temporary protection in international law, i. e. such requirements that should in every case be an inherent part of every legal instrument resembling temporary protection. This part focuses mainly on the issue of personal and temporal scope of temporary protection, the concept of mass influx is analysed in this part of the thesis as well as temporary protection as a legal instrument is usually intended to serve as a response to the situation of mass influx. Agenturní zaměstnávání / Agency employmentTomčíková, Ilona January 2011 (has links)
- Agency Employment For my thesis topic, I have chosen "Agency Employment". It's a relatively young institute, which was incorporated into our legal system only on October 1st, 2004. I believe that Agency Employment topic can be always considered current and positive, because it allows us to flexibly react to the needs of the job market. Since the topic is very broad, the goal of this paper is not a detailed analysis of all aspects of this institute, but only a few of them that I consider to be most important. I shall present and evaluate current law governing the subject and also try to point out its flaws. I have structured the thesis into 4 chapters, further divided into subchapters. The conclusion contains summary and de lege ferenda reflections. At the beginning it is appropriate to introduce the topic, therefore the first chapter is dedicated to the Agency Employment concept and other connected topics. That includes employment mediation, license for employment mediation and dependent work. In the second chapter I examine the progress of Agency Employment law in the Czech Republic. Firstly I present the state, when this institute wasn't included in our legal system, then I put mind to the current law. This chapter includes also a detailed analysis of the International Labour Organisation...

Agenturní zaměstnávání / Agency employmentPáleníková, Markéta January 2012 (has links)
- Agency employment The name of my diploma thesis is the agency employment. Nowadays, the institute of agency employment is a widespread phenomenon on the labour market. It is a very popular institution for employees as well as for employers, which is being changed under the demand of society needs and according to valid legislation. I have chosen this topic due to its timeliness and flexibility with which the agency employment reacts to the growing unemployment rate. Since the capacity of the agency employment is very vast, this diploma thesis aims to approach the fundamental issues and concepts relating to it. The thesis is divided into 6 chapters dealing with different aspects of agency employment. The first chapter provides the basic notions of agency employment, defines key terms associated to it. The second chapter focuses on the historical development of agency employment. It also outlines the view of international adjustment of agency employment, gives a short excursion into European legislation and provides an approach of the valid legislation in the Czech Republic. The main institution that is in charge of agency employment is an agency of labour; therefore the third chapter is dedicated to the institution of agency of labour. This chapter specifies its position with respect to the...

Ceny potravin ve vysoké frekvenci: evidence z České republiky / High-Frequency Food Prices: Evidence from the Czech RepublicPavlovová, Anna January 2021 (has links)
With increasing engagement in on-line shopping accelerated by the events of 2020, what can we learn about prices and their rigidity in the on-line sector? We collect an extensive dataset of scraped daily prices for four on-line grocery retailers from the Czech Republic from January 2020 to April 2021. We find substantial di erences in pricing among the retailers, including the impact of interest rate changes and the introduction of lockdowns on the probability of price change. Price rigidity depends significantly on the retailer and the assumptions imposed on temporary price changes. The mean number of all price changes among retailers ranges between 3.10 and almost 11 per year. Depending on the definition of excluded temporary price changes, retailers change prices permanently on average between 0.68 to 4.04 times per year. We show that a more in-depth analysis of temporary price changes is crucial for a robust assessment of price rigidity. Ponava – potenciál rozvoje území / Ponava – potential of area developmentSrpková, Barbora January 2012 (has links)
This thesis project is dealing with the phenomenon of brownfields, which nowadays are a part of every city. For the site at Brno - Ponava the proposal suggests TEMPORARY USE as one of the possible strategic approaches for handling this issue and introduces a process-oriented urban development strategy. The main theme of the design is called ZERO URBANISM. The goal is that with a minimal investment, short construction time and fulfillment of overall principals of sustainability, it is possible to change the former football stadium into a platform for social life. With cooperation from the public and the city this can become a place with various activities and have the potential for economic growth. The expected effect is that the site becomes a CATALYST and INCUBATOR for future development of the undervalued neighborhood, having a cultural and economic impact on the site as well as within the surrounding city context.
