Práce popisuje historický vývoj v oblasti správy dokumentů v prostředí podniku. V kontextu tohoto vývoje jsou představeny dnešní komplexní systémy pro elektronickou správu dokumentů a podnikového obsahu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vztahu těchto systémů k legislativě, zaměstnancům a finančně-ekonomickým otázkám spojeným s jejich provozem a pořízením.

The graduation theses "VAT in accousting" deals with a presentation of value added tax in accounting and with a comparing of both of these systems. It includes an analysis of common elements like a subject, object, obligatory filing, accounting and tax documents and a variable of time. Accounting of input and output tax including accounting of final tax liability is described in a practical part. In conclusion I defined a concrete process of accounting of payments on account and credit and debit notes.

This graduation thesis is focused on the foreign tourism in Czechoslovakia in the seventies and the eighties of the twentieth century, it concentrates on traveling abroad of Czechoslovaks. Thesis tries to explain political conditions of foreign tourism development, its organizational structure and its importance for CSSR. This thesis also describes basic analysis of the foreign tourism. It looks for answer why and how the state supported traveling abroad and why on the other hand foreign tourism development was controlled by complicated conditions of leave Czechoslovakia for abroad. These conditions were represented by restrictions of issuance of the travel documents, customs regulations and foreign exchange regulations. The restrictions were very different for traveling to socialist countries and the other countries.

The main goal of my Master's thesis is to complete , update and deepen the knowledge acquired in courses of Logistics and apply them on a specific example with respect to the discipline (trnsport mode). The whole work is focused on the issues associated with the transport solution for company which dealing with foreign goods. It is a topic that conceals a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills focused on issues that are the most important for importer as I think. I devoted primarily transport-legal relations ( transport operators , transport contracts , transportation conditions - INCOTERMS , etc.), transport documents relating to shipping from Canada to the Czech Republic , customs and especially the issue of the maritime transport, when I focused on transport unit pricing , the issue of the bill of lading and in fact the whole process from booking of shipping space to unload . My goal is to prepare such a transport solution that would bring BEL, spol . s r.o. reduce the costs associated with it.

This master’s thesis deals with the production of intradepartmental directions in company JDesign Ltd. It includes a suggestion of every single direction, according to the legal law and company needs.

The aim of this thesis is to enrich existing knowledge concerning to the sun cult in the period of the Egyptian Old Kingdom when the cult of the sun god Ra was strongly connected with the ideology of the kingship of the ancient Egyptian state and also with the belief in eternal afterlife of king. On the basis of chosen writing, epigraphical and archeological documents the thesis will try to describe extent and effect of the sun cult on the ancient Egyptian society.

This Master's Thesis concerns the travel ticket sales at Prague Main Railway Station. Based on a detailed analysis of provided data, its aim is to put forward suggestions on how to optimize travel ticket sales. Through evaluating the volume of travel tickets sold within the given time period and the number of open cash-desks, along with a cost analysis of sales channels, this thesis reaches its final conclusions. Microsoft Excel was the main analysis tool for compiling graphs. A sound knowledge of the current legislation which is stated in the theoretical part is necessary to help draw the right conclusions. This Master's Thesis, then, chiefly proposes informed suggestions on current sale process optimization in the ČD Center of Prague Main Railway Station.

This master's thesis deals with recording VAT in accounting in the Czech Republic in accordance with the tax and accounting acts. The thesis is divided into four parts, in which is proceeded from the general definition of tax and accounting, their development into their current definition of the subject to VAT and accounting, recording VAT in the accounting into the special situation of VAT and their recording in accounting. The thesis is supplemented by graphs, tables and accounting charts for clearer recording VAT in the accounting in the Czech Republic.

The subject of the thesis is the evidence of electronic accounting records and the overall situation in the use of electronic forms of communication in the Czech Republic and worldwide. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of the evidence of accounting records, with a focus on handwritten and electronic signatures. This part is also dedicated to the electronic document and its use with a focus on data boxes and characteristics of accounting records. In the practical part, the emphasis is put on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of electronic and paper records as well as the trends that are currently emerging in the world and in the Czech Republic in the field of electronic communications. At the conclusion, the thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation of use of electronic records in Skanska Property Czech Republic and with the calculation of the theoretical cost savings if switching to electronic records.

This master thesis deals with an implementation of Diffie-Hellman protocol on smart card which is based on MULTOS OS. Defines the smart cards based on MULTOS OS and their usage. Output of this thesis are applications for a smart card and for a client using Diffie-Hellman protocol for establishing of a secret key between two communication sides through unsecured communication channel.
