Title: Development of agility during on-ice and off-ice trainings for ice hockey players in the youth category. Objectives: This diploma thesis is mainly focusing on verify whether off-ice training or on-ice training is more effective and cause better agility improvement on the ice. Another goal of the thesis is to experimentally verify if there is a motoric transfer to agility on ice due to agility training off the ice. Methods: In this experiment, I had seven participants divided into two separated groups. The task for the groups was to undergo two, one month training programs, on - ice and off - ice. Results were measured by method of quantitative analysis of motoric test results. Results: In both of the monitored groups, the results were improved in two out of six tests. For the research, the participants were divided into two groups. Both groups completed a month long training program on ice and off ice. In the direct 6.1m sprint test, direct 35m sprint and S - Corner, the results did not change. In the slalom-puck test, a difference was found in the Cohen d values between the group which began only on ice and in the group that was beginning office after both periods. The thesis focuses on valuation of professional practices. It is divided into two main parts. The first part presents the theoretical aspects of business valuation with emphasis on the specifics of valuation of professional practices. The valuation of a pediatric practice is carried out in the second part. It is based on an analysis of the business environment, followed by the financial analysis of the practice. The value of the practice is estimated using the selected valuation method. The limitations, recommendations and suggestions related to valuation of medical practices are also presented

Medical spa in the Czech Republic has a long tradition. Spa treatment of children and adolescents has its position in the therapeutic process and shows very good results for the chronically ill children. Several changes of the conditions for thermal treatment of children and adolescents have occurred in the Czech legislation. They might affect its future development. The aim of thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the Czech spa for children and adolescents, analyze its development in recent years, describe its main characteristics and to detect problems in Czech spa for children and adolescents. Spas for children and adolescents have been examined from the perspective of the balneologic institute, health Insurance, association of spas and from the perspective of parents of children. Balneologic institutes for children and adolescents will probably deal with problems in the next years and their further development will not be easy. Uneven capacity utilization, tightening of the rules for complex spa care, reducing length of stay, less repeated stays for some clients and the recent increase in regulatory fees will complicate the future of Czech spas for children and adolescents.

The diploma thesis focuses on the determination of the market value of private medical practice for children and adolescents. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical one is devoted to literature review of business valuation issues and specifics of private medical practice management. A suitable method for its valuation is chosen. In the practical part, according to the proposed methodological procedure, the practice of a general practitioner for children and adolescents for the purpose of its sale and purchase is evaluated. The resulting valuation is carried out using the income and asset-based approach.

Title: Application of new trends beneath the neurophysiological patterns in sports training footballers. Objectives: The main objective of this work is the application of intervention programs based on the neurophysiological patterns of motion and determine their effectiveness. Methods: It is a methodical work, respecting the individual needs of soccer players in sports training. Players club FK Dukla Praha U16 were chosen on the basis of orthopedic disorders followed by a recommendation intervention programs into the training process. Results: We found that soccer players selected after the application of intervention programs in the training process achieved a significant improvement, especially on the muscles, on which the program was targeted . We have verified that the intervention programs in football practice could be applied. This diploma thesis deals with the “Comprehensive Identification of Risks in the Performance of a Paediatrician’s Work“. Performance practice paediatrician is a risky profession in which the doctor and his staff run the risk of endangering his own health. Investigated practitioner for children and adolescents is located in South Moravia, in Židlochovice. The main goal of this work is to identify risks to create groups of risks and assess risks. The most significant risks to propose measures in order to achieve improvement of the care provided. The solution is also to determine the priorities of addressing the risks. The secondary goal is to create a system essential variable forming an entity practitioner for children and adolescents and suitable risk register. Methodically work was solved to brainstorm. The risk register was defined seven categories of risk. On the basis of the risk R were evaluated three risk categories SOR. In SOR 3 (the most serious) is 24 risks, SOR 2 (the risk of not constituting a critical threat) 62 risks and SOR 1 contains (negligible risk) 44 risks. For SOR 2, SOR 3, together risks with s R suggested adjustment to reduce the risk.

Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players. The purpose of this thesis is to cover the topic of the Czech catholic children's magazines within the period of 1945 - 1948. Firstly the thesis contextualizes the historical background in the terms of looking back to the period of the occupation and then turns to the consequences that the occupation brought to the catholic population. Further the thesis offers an insight to the situation after 1945 mainly from the catholic point of view and focuses on the catholic press within the given period. In the next section the thesis characterizes the trends of the children's and juvenile literature in the period of 1945 - 48 through literary pieces, which form an integral part of the analyzed magazines. This part also deals with the general overview of the Czech children's and juvenile periodicals output within the given period. The main part of the thesis then characterizes and analyzes two chosen periodicals: Anděl strážný (The Guardian Angel) a magazine for catholic children and Dorost (The Juvenils) a magazine for catholic juvenils. This part of the thesis analyses the contents, structures and partly also the visual appearances of the chosen periodicals and tracks any changes of these aspects in single volumes. Studies and Correspondence of the priests-to-be of the Bohemian Brethren in 1610-1618 Markéta Růčková Two wooden boxes were found during the reconstruction of the former Minorite monastery Na Karmeli at Mladá Boleslav in 2006. The boxes concealed the so-called Archives of Matouš Konečný. The Archives contained documents that originated in the office of, or were addressed to, one of the four bishops of the Bohemian Brethren, Matouš Konečný (1569-1622), whose seat was at Mladá Boleslav. A significant part of the discovery consists of correspondence addressed to Bishop Konečný. A substantial part of the correspondence are documents related to the dispatch of young aspiring Brethren priests for study at educational institutions abroad. Along with letters of the students themselves, sent from Bremen and Beuthen an der Oder (Bytom Odrzański in Poland), where the young men attended academic grammar schools (gymnasia illustria), the boxes contain the students' pledges and accounts of their expenditures. The students' reports are supplemented with the correspondence of their teachers. The collection of letters from students and teachers as well as other documents being thus thematically delimited, our principal objective was to perform an analysis of their content and to prepare an edition of the documents....

The first part describes the theoretical and factual basis , which is closely related to the issues . These concepts explained the functioning and development of the health system, providing primary care by practitioners for children and adolescents, impact of transformation of the labor market and human resources in health care and human rights in health care. To analyze the empirical part of the thesis i used the method of historical institutional analysis. I explained formal and informal relationships in time cohorts between major actors and their influence in shaping the institutional framework of specialized education of physicians over time, especially in the legislative documents.
