The project includes a study of the urban redevelopment an urban public space, formerly a laundry service, in the central urban area. Conversion of this complex includes the revitalization and redevelopment of old buildings and surroundings, new buildings, open spaces for relaxing with a wide program of functions and services such as fitness, galleries, restaurants, office space, retail space, housing and loft living. The objects and surfaces are placed or created for an easy living for visitors and movement of pedestrians. An important part of the project is to address and transform the river embankment. The study takes into account all the specificities of contemporary architecture in the historic environment.

Работа посвящена сравнительному анализу речевых стратегий и тактик в продвижении магазинов эко-товаров в социальных сетях Facebook и Instagram. Материал исследования составили 63 текста на русском языке и 63 текста на английском языке, опубликованные на 20 страницах магазинов, предлагающих эко-товары, за 2020 – 2021 гг.. Первая глава исследования посвящена рассмотрению подходов к определению понятий «речевые стратегии» и «речевые тактики», а также классификаций речевых стратегий и тактик, разработанных российскими и зарубежными авторами. В данной главе также рассмотрены особенности продающих и продвигающих текстов. Во второй главе исследования уделяется внимание социальным сетям Facebook и Instagram, рассмотрен их функционал, история развития и особенности продвижения страниц компаний на данных площадках. Также в данной главе дано определение понятия «экологический маркетинг» и приводится обоснование причин спроса на эко-товары в 2021 году. Третья глава посвящена анализу англоязычных и русскоязычных рекламных текстов. Разработана классификация, которая отражает наиболее часто встречающиеся речевые стратегии и тактики, опубликованные на страницах магазинов эко-товаров. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы практикующими копирайтерами, занимающимися текстовым наполнением страниц экологической направленности в социальных сетях, а также блогерами и другими пользователями социальных сетей, публикующих тексты по теме экологии. Разработанная классификация речевых стратегий и тактик может стать основой для дальнейших лингвистических исследований речевых стратегий и тактик различных дискурсов. В приложении приводится корпус проанализированных текстов в формате классификации. / The research is focused on a comparative analysis of speech strategies and tactics in promoting eco-shops in social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. The collected material includes 63 texts in Russian and 63 texts in English, which were published on 20 pages of shops offering eco-products for the period 2020 – 2021. The first chapter of the study is devoted to the consideration of approaches to the definition of the concepts of "speech strategies" and "speech tactics", as well as classifications of speech strategies and tactics developed by Russian and foreign authors. This chapter also examines the features of selling and promoting texts. In the second chapter, the study focuses on social networks Facebook and Instagram, examines their functionality, history of development and features of promoting company pages on these platforms. Also, this chapter provides a definition of the concept of "environmental marketing" and provides an explanation why eco-products are in demand in 2021. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of English-language and Russian-language advertising texts. A classification has been developed that reflects the most common speech strategies and tactics published on the pages of eco-shops. The research results can be used by practicing copywriters who are engaged in text filling of pages with an ecological focus on social networks, as well as by bloggers and other users of social networks who publish texts on the topic of environment. The developed classification of speech strategies and tactics can become the basis for further linguistic research of speech strategies and tactics of various discourses. The appendix contains the corpus of the analyzed texts in the classification format.

Text in German with summaries in German and English / In dieser Forschungsarbeit geht es um die empirisch-theologische Erforschung von Chancen, Grenzen und Perspektiven missionaler Café-Kirchen aus der Sicht von Verantwortlichen entsprechender Projekte. Dabei spielen Fragen nach Theologie, Ekklesiologie und gelebter Spiritualität ebenso eine Rolle wie die konkreten Erfahrungen. Auf Grundlage einer missiologischen Perspektive (missionale Kirche, Fresh Expressions of Church) und einer soziologischen Perspektive (Sinus-Milieustudie, Third Places), die den aktuellen Forschungsstand berücksichtigen, werden durch zwölf qualitative Experteninterviews empirische Daten erhoben, die mit der Grounded Theory nach Strauss & Corbin analysiert werden. Anschließend werden die empirischen Ergebnisse mit den theoretischen Reflexionen in Beziehung gesetzt und missiologisch reflektiert. Durch die Untersuchung konnte gestgestellt werden, dass missionale Café-Kirchen große Chancen beinhalten, das Evangelium in relevanter Weise zu leben und auch theologisch als Kirche im Vollsinn definiert zu werden. Gleichzeitig gibt es jedoch Grenzen und Herausforderungen, die bedacht werden sollten, wenn diese Café-Kirchen auch zukünftig ihre missionale Relevanz behalten wollen. / The subject of this research paper is the empirical-theological exploration of the opportunities, challenges and perspectives of missional café churches from the viewpoint of the leaders of corresponding projects. With that, questions regarding theology, ecclesiology and lived spirituality play just as much of a role as tangible experience. On the basis of a missional perspective (missional church, fresh expressions of church) and a sociological perspective (Sinus-Milieu study, third places), which take the current state of research into account, empirical data will be obtained from twelve qualitative expert interviews; this data will then be analyzed using the Grounded Theory from Strauss & Corbin. Subsequently, the empirical results will be related to the theoretical reflections and deliberated from a missional perspective. The research lead to the conclusion that missional café churches have a great deal of potential to live out the Gospel in a relevant manner and to be defined theologically as a church in its full sense. On the other hand however, there are limits and challenges that ought to be considered, if these café churches are to maintain their missional relevance in the future. / Christian Spirituality, Church History and Missiology / M. The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the mix-used urban housing situated closed to the Brno city centre. The design will allow mixing of greater amount of different functions on a relatively small built-up area, which will reduce the requirements on transport and provide the inhabitant with various forms of housing, services and employment. The mass and spatial solution respects the surrounding city blocks on south and the mass increase to the north industrial zone. The mass defines the area and respect noise protection zone on housing development. The shape of object's ground plan is based on the area, which is divided by four axes of pedestrian paths. The basic matter of object is divided into four blocks linked by common internal square. The mass solution provides private, semi-private and public courtyards.

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the multifunctional building. The multifunctional building is located in the central part of the town Náměšť nad Oslavou. The building has 4 floors. It is partly cellared building with flat roof and walkable terraces. This building is consisted of 2 functional parts, the first part is designed for living and the second one is designed for contact with the customer. There are shops and offices. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and cellars for housing units. In this multifunctional building we can find 13 residential units and five offices. All of the floors are connected with staircase and lift. The Carpark and the private garden with playground are also part of this residential area. This building is based on concrete blocks. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and connecting walls are made of ceramic blocks. A monolitic ceiling construction is the combination of the iron and the concrete. Two types of insulation are used in peripheral walls. The first one is called ETICS, external thermal insulation composite system, made of polystyrene. The second type of insulation is facade cladding system where the main insulation layer is made of mineral wool. The insulation layer is replaced by XPS polystyrene where facade is in contact with the ground. Facade cladding panels are made of cement and wood fibers called Cembrit.

The territory is located in the city of Brno, district Trnitá on the embankment of the river Svitava. The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the design of the urban spatial structure with intensive use of city urban area, designed in pre-diploma project, which preceded diploma thesis. The design will allow mixing of greater amount of different functions on a relatively small built-up area, which will reduce the requirements on transport and provide the inhabitant with various forms of housing, services and employment. The shape of object's ground plan is based on area, which is connected from three sides to access roads. The mass and spatial solution respects the surrounding buildings and uses existing bike trails and sidewalks in the southeastern part of the area. The basic matter of object is divided by three axes passing through the building, into three blocks linked by common internal block. This creates a square with a tree-lined atrium with seating under the trees. The shape of these three blocks is further formed by removing of the mass, which results into forming of atriums, terraces and balconies, which brings natural light into the interior while allowing illumination of the patio and surrounding buildings within the territory. This spatial structure is horizontally divided by functions. Designed here are underground public garages, passages with shops, services, administration / commerce and housing. Despite the diversity of functions, for the facade was chosen a unified character of white horizontal lines contrasting with the dark gray lines of windows and facade cladding.

The aim of the thesis is recently erected administration building situated in Brno, urban area Slatina. he bulidong consits of three storeys and one underground storey. Architectural composition is temperate and rational with regard on functional use of building and considerates demnads of the investor. Building is created mainly for administration purposes.First storey conists form more parts, there is administrative part, space for shops,stores, relax zones,and the part for stores and utility room. Second and third storey is also for administration , relax zones and social background.Undergorund is the space for garage compound, utility rooms, the spare source for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC)and store.Load-bearing structure is system S1.2 - reinforced concret skeleton system. The foundation construction is developed from foundation pad, foundation strips and foundation slab. The single- shell roof of this buildng is proposed as the flat roof above the first and second storey and as the roof with growing layer and mound of river stones above the third storey. Our aim was to propose the commercial space for offices with variation usage and also the space for shops, work out compact bulding with spacy and functional disposition.We worked out design documentation in accordance to valid legislation, laws,and technical norms. Drawings are made in AutCAD and visualisations in SketchUp program.

The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.

The main aim of the thesis is to design a new building of the mixed-use building in Brno. The building consists of two parts. One part consists of shops. The second part consists of offices and conference space. It is a building that has three floors above ground and one underground. In the basement there are a facilities and a garage. Shops are designed on the ground floor. There are offices on the second floor. Conference rooms are on the third floor. The building has a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. In the core of the building, the vertical load bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Columns are used in the building for the possibility of open space. The masonry of the basement consists of white bathtub. The floors are designed as folded from the Spiroll system. Internal non-load-bearing walls are designed from gypsum board with double cladding. The second part of the work deals with forced ventilation, cooling and central heating. In the third part of the project I deal with acoustics. The project was carried out in the Auotocad program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.
