Diplomová práca popisuje a zprehľadňuje proexportnou politikou Francúzska. Popisuje koncepciu, nástroje a inštitúcie slúžiace k exportnej podpore. Hlavnú časť tvorí porovnanie francúzskej úverovej poisťovne COFACE s českou poisťovňou EGAP v oblasti poskytovaných produktov so štátnou podporou. Porovnanie sa zameriava aj na iné aspekty týchto spoločností.

Práce se věnuje deskripci vývoje proexportní politiky České republiky od poloviny devadesátých let. Cílem je přiblížit jednotlivé etapy vývoje, cíle, projekty a nástroje v nich používané. Zároveň práce seznamuje s činností a vývojem institucí činných v proexportu a přináší milníky z jejich historie definované zástupci Czechtrade, EGAP a Ministerstva zahraničí.

Práce se zabývá podobou a fungováním úvěrového pojištění se státní podporou v České republice. Podává přehled o situaci na trhu a využívání tohoto produktu českými vývozci. Dále se zabývá výkladem mezinárodních pravidel regulujících tuto oblast státní podpory a zkoumání dopadů těchto pravidel na praxi státních exportních pojišťoven. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována Konsenzu OECD a legislativě EU pro tuto oblast.

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi exportního financování poskytovanými komerčními bankami - od dodavatelského úvěru po projektové financování. Dále je zde zachycena státní podpora exportu s důrazem na instituce na podporu exportu v České republice - EGAP a ČEB. Část práce je zaměřena na Konsensus OECD, mezinárodní finanční instituce a jejich role při financování vývozu investičních celků. Závěrem je popsán proces získání pojištění u EGAP, které vyžadují komerční banky při financování vývozu do rizikových teritorií.

My diploma thesis offers a complex summary of export promotion in the Czech Republic. The main focus is on the Czech proexport policy, the products and services of Czech Export Agencies and it also describes the most important institutions. At the end current problems which need to be dealt are pointed out.

This diploma thesis in the first part discusses the importance of export, and especially its support from the goverment. There is characterized credit risk and the possibility of insurance. The theoretical part introduce an international agreement concluded OECD Consensus, which sets the rules for export credit insurance with the support. The practical part is devoted to an analysis of the insurance company EGAP in the years 2007 - 2009. Insurance contracts are analyzed according to the insurance product and territories. In conclusion there is a recommended procedure for the exporter in arranging insurance.

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám podporou exportu v České republice. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři, jak funguje proexportní politika, jaký je její význam a účel. Zde se blíže věnuji i podpoře exportu malých a středních podniků, které v současnosti tvoří významný segment české ekonomiky. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na hlavní instituce zabývající se podporou exportu v České republice. Jedná se o Českou exportní banku, Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost a agenturu Czechtrade. U každé z těchto institucí jsem popsal jejich význam, historii, zaměření a služby, které nabízejí českým exportérům, aby měli možnost se prosadit na zahraničních trzích.

This diploma thesis describes the support of exports in the Czech Republic and the current state of the export policy. First section of the thesis includes a literature review that outlines the basic facts concerning the issue of foreign trade, it's statistics, degree of openness of the economy and commodity and territorial structure. In the chapter called 'export policy' it also lists state and private institutions and entities providing export support. The practical section discusses Export Strategy 2012 - 2020, its main objectives and visions and the basic pillars, which outline the individual project cards to the objectives of the strategy. Also detailed is the fulfilment of the Export Strategy for 2015 and the current problems in the Czech export market. Assessment of the problematic is to be found in the conclusion.

Práce se věnuje podpoře exportu v ČR se zaměřením na Exportní strategii ČR pro období let 2006-2010. Práce rozebírá jednotlivé projekty Exportní strategie a zkoumá stav jejich plnění k počátku roku 2008.

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of the world economic crisis on the state export credit support in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the structure of export support in the Czech Republic and in the practical part it describes the impact of the crisis on the activities of EGAP between the years 2007 and 2014. Based on the course of the chosen company indicators, the thesis proves the anti-crisis character of the company.
