This diploma thesis on "The situation of organic agriculture focusing on Žďársko" focuses on the current status of ecological farming in the selected region. The work is generally devoted to the history and development of ecological agriculture, its methods, legislation and regulation, environmental, agro-ecological and economic aspects. In the practical part the natural conditions are evaluated in district Žďár nad Sázavou. The selected organic farms are described further. The organic farms are approached by activities in animal and crop production and their economic situation. Nutrient balance were evaluated according to the data basic from choice organic farm as the indicator basic management agricultural enterprise.

This diploma thesis deals with organic agriculture in Olomouc region, mainly region of Prostějov. It is focused on animal production. It also evaluates the number of organic farms, their size and management. Speaking about animal farms, the thesis concentrates mainly on their structure, production and sale of products. It underlines the differences between conventional and organic agriculture in Olomouc region and Prostějov region. In the end of the thesis there is a survey that mainly deals with organic agriculture and bioproducts. There was found, that most respondents know something about these concepts. Further more the survey deals with the frequency of purchase and prices of bioproducts. The prices do not suit to the respondents that's why they buy bioproducts only occasionally, the smaller amount of them once a month. The survey was focused on the inhabitants of Olomouc region.

Stále sílící diskuze o vlivu lidského jednání na životní prostředí se dotýká všech oborů lidské činnosti, tedy i zemědělství. Jako alternativa k zemědělství konvenčnímu se v posledních desetiletích vyvíjí zemědělství ekologické, kterému se daří docilovat rovnováhy mezi ekonomickými, sociálními a ekologickými aspekty. V České republice je ekologické zemědělství v současné době zavedeným, ale dále se rozvíjejícím zemědělským systémem, o čemž svědčí skutečnost, že je legislativně upraveno, má fungující kontrolní systém a je finančně podporováno státem. Na druhé straně jsou ekozemědělci s konkrétními problémy vznikajícími v praxi. Jako největší problémy ekologického zemědělství se ukazují příliš složité legislativní podmínky, komplikovaný systém státních dotací, chybějící zpracovatelský sektor, komplikovaná distribuce bioproduktů, nízká úroveň organizovanosti trhu s biopotravinami (svazy, družstva) a v neposlední řadě malý trh s biopotravinami. Řešením by bylo umožnit ekologickým zemědělcům podnikat v prostředí jednoduchých, dlouhodobých, stabilních a transparentních podmínek. Odpovědnost za další vývoj ekologického zemědělství by byla svěřena regionům. Ekologické zemědělství by v regionech mohlo být alternativním řešením nezaměstnanosti, vylidňování venkova, dále slouží k údržbě krajiny a je vhodným systémem hospodaření ve velkoplošných a maloplošných zvláště chráněných územích.

This dissertation is focused on analysing the potencial in production and distribution of chosen biocommodity in the less favoured areas of South Bohemian region. As the alternate aim was determined ecological rural tourism and its perspective as one of the possible ways of developing less favoured areas. The work highlights the distinctions of organic agriculture and its principles, shows organic activities as a way of possible developmnet of montane and submontane areas and detects potencial of growth of this branch for the future.

This thesis deals with economic evaluation case study of Ekofarm construction using applications Crystal Ball and Pertmaster Risk Project. The thesis represents the fundamental characteristics of the investment project and methods of its evaluation. There are introduced basic features of both applications on probabilistic risk analysis performed by simulation method Latin Hypercube Sampling. The case study is described in detail including breeding system and method of financing. This is linked to the calculation of economic fundamentals and creation of project cash flow. The result is probabilistic analysis which is output from tested software tools, and its evaluation.
