Možné dopady terorismu na ekonomiku států

Babouček, Petr January 2008 (has links)

Zavádzanie inteligentných meracích systémov v elektroenergetike na Slovensku / Implementation of the Smart Metering Systems in Energetics in Slovakia

Petreová, Adela January 2016 (has links)
The goal of the Master´s thesis is to map the actual situation of transformation of power energy sector to smart grid, find answers to some of the major questions concerning the implementation of smart metering systems, evaluate societal and economic costs and benefits, evaluate trends in legislation, compare the situation in Slovakia with other peer countries from the European Union, and create a follow-up recommendations for Slovakia based on this assessment. The thesis includes detailed critical analysis of the CBA, originally created for Slovakia, using benchmarking with countries with a different calculation approach. The used methodology in this work is a research of available resources, qualitative research of case studies, break-down of the CBA, and expert research through interviewing. The outcome is evaluation of economic and societal contributions of smart metering systems and mapping the process and state of the implementation.

Síťová odvětví v EU / Public Utilities in the EU: Evaluation of Electricity Industry Regulation in the Czech Republic

Hába, Stanislav January 2009 (has links)
The thesis scrutinizes public utilities (network industries) with focus on electricity market regulation. In the first part, a public utility is defined, including its economic characteristics and need for regulation. Within their regulation various models are introduced - in terms of level, voluntary/mandatory, ex ante/ ex post and branch of government. Further, the basic prerequisites for successful regulation are derived from the theory (independence, information capacity and trustworthiness). The second part is concerned only with electrical power industry with its characteristics, business model and regulation (both in the Czech Republic and in the EU). In the third part, an evaluation scorecard is created, which allows us to examine the quality of electricity regulators. The criteria in the scorecard are based on prerequisites (enforcement power, scale of resources, independence, dispute settlement, appeal procedure, transparency and consistency) and results (competition support, renewable energy resources and consumer protection). The model is applied to Energy Regulatory Office (Energeticky regulacni urad) in the Czech Republic.

Vybrané problémy regulace síťových odvětví / Specific Problems Concerning Regulation of Network Industries

Lebedová, Daniela January 2008 (has links)
The thesis deals with the results of liberalization and deregulation of the electricity sector in the European Union with a special focus on creating the internal electricity market. The first part focuses on EU energy policy. The aim is to present the wide range of policies and measures that influence the development of the internal electricity market. High attention is given to legislative measures and their proper implementation by the Member States. The following section deals with the process of liberalization and deregulation with regard to specific economic structure of the sector. The adopted measures are framed in the context of the specific economic characteristics of the electricity market, which relate to the existence of the so-called natural monopoly. The third part is devoted to regulation, regulators and their responsibilities in the internal electricity market. It focuses on their powers, methodology and cooperation within the EU. In the fourth part the regression model was developed that assesses the impact of specific variables characterizing the changes occurring in this sector on the price of electricity in Germany, the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Poland and Hungary.

Počítačová podpora výpočtů v energetice a nové trendy v simulacích / Computer aided calculations for energetics and new trends in simulations

Horáček, Tomáš January 2008 (has links)
Computer aided calculations are booming nowadays and thanks to more powerfull computers and sofistikated simulators we are able to modelling more and more complex problems in much more engineering domains. Also in power engineering are are simulators used more frequntly. They are used for or checking transmission lines and in testing different kinds of working states including fails.

Model zátěže / Load model

Lašo, Matej January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with power quality and load modeling. The issues of power quality, principles of load model creation and various types of loads and their principles are described and explained in this thesis. Various software and its main adventages in power systems modeling are described and various load models and simulations in PSCAD program are created and described at last.

Ochrana hospodářské soutěže v síťových odvětvích / Competition Protection in Network Industries

Zajíček, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
Title: Competition Protection in Network Industries Abstract: I provide description of relevant markets within electroenergy industry in European countries since after liberalization movements of the last 20 years the development of these markets open new issues in antimonopoly legislation to be passed and in antimonopoly practice to be solved. The key term of any antimonopoly issue is the relevant market. Hence, its definition as provided by case law of European Commission and European Courts is crucial for companies as well as regulators to understand in order to be able to pursue their activities. As I show, after 20 or so years, the countries of the EU at least in electroenergy area are no closer to the Single Market as they were at the beginning of 90s before liberalization of electricity markets began and there is no sign of improvement for year to come. This thesis provides an overview (the tools and analyses) that can be used to explore individual national relevant markets in the area of electroenergy business. For further research it is worth exploring detailed analysis of relationship between price development and degree of competition, phasing of market opening, protection of small consumers and RES support within individual national energy systems. Keywords: competition, competition law and...

Mobilní fotovoltaická elektrárna / Mobile photovoltaic power plant

Klíč, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the issue is dismantled from the current state of electric power, share the production of individual sources, the market for photovoltaic and mobile photovoltaic systems through the description of the theory of solar radiation and all the necessary components to build the isolated photovoltaic power plant. The practical part deals with dimensioning, selection of suitable components and the actual one own design and implementation of a mobile photovoltaic power plant.

Návrh a realizace mobilní fotovoltaické elektrárny / Design and Realization of Mobile Photovoltaic Power Station

Lednický, Ján January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis entitled Design and realization of a mobile photovoltaic power plant is dividet into two parts. In the first, theoretical part one can learn about the state of representation of renewable energy sources in the field of electrical power engineering and about the structure of photovoltaic power station systems. The secont part of this thesis is focused on the own design and realization of the mobile photovoltaic power plant, on the selection of individual suitable components and ther dimensioning. In addition, a model of a mobile power plant has been created, on the basis of which the power plant was constructed. Finally, one can find a source code analysis of a power plant monitoring using a microcontroler
