The aim of this paper is to analyze the state of education in company Hennlich Industrietechnik Ltd. Litomerice. My intention is to analyze the state of training of employees in the company and compare it with other options in the area of education, which are listed in the literature or are offered in employment offices in the European Union funds. Another aim is to focus on reducing the costs of education. The theoretical part will be based on data from technical literature and professional articles related to this issue. The practical part will be based on both theoretical knowledge and the insights, knowledge and facts gathered in the survey of the company. The final form of the assesment will include theoretical and practical data and information analysis and evaluation, suggestions and recommendations.

My thesis discusses how Plastik HT a. s., a plastics manufacturing company in the western part of the Czech Republic, attempts to educate and develop its employees. My thesis is aimed at assessing the education and development system in the company Plastik HT a. s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part reviews theories of education and development methods and forms, new education trends (concretely E-learning), the impact of the recession on human resources and also needs identification of education and employees planning. This first part is also engaged in employee development and situation comparison in Czech employees' education versus other countries. The second part focuses on practical questions and describes the education and development of the company Plastik HT a. s. This part is especially engaged in the system of education and development in the company. We can read about basic company information such as history, products and corporate purpose. We can also read about the strategy in the human resources sphere and the organizational culture. This second part then discribes financial resources that the company invests in their employees and also in the project of getting grants from European funds for employees education. The second part of the thesis contains an analysis of the education and development of Plastik HT a. s. employees. In the conclusion, an evaluation of the situation in the company is presented including suggestions for improving finding weaknesses.

Nowadays education is one of the most important field in every organization and every organization should pay attention it. The goal of the master tehesis is analysis of education needs and charted present situation of aducation system in Employment Office in Jičín. In term of carried out research among employees are suggested solutions of found out problems. It is taken into account ideas of both management of the Employment Office and employees, who are concerned in education courses. The master thesis is devided in three parts. The first part describes theoretical resources relative to education of employees, another part attends to methodology (goals, methods and research sample) and the last part tries to find out concreate solution of discoverd problems.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the system of the employee training and developement, the evaluation of the conducted analysis and to design potential recommendations which causes to improve the whole system of the employee training and developement. The theoretical part defines basic terms in the field of the employee training and developement. It describes the process of the systematic employee training and developement, commonly used training methods, the process of the managers development and it mentions some modern trends of training. The practical part contains the brief description of the company, the analysis of present system of the employee training and developement and the evaluation results of the conducted analysis. The final part contains designs and recommendations to improve the process of the employee training and developement and to contribute to prosperity of the whole company.

Title: Teambuilding programs from the sight of educational companies. Objectives: The thesis aims to design, implement and evaluate teambuilding course, focused on the development of cooperation and communication skills. Following the theme of teambuilding, the thesis analyzes operation of the company organizing training and development courses. Methods: The thesis used methods of observation, structured interview and questionnaire. Observation method was applied to the background of the whole company. Interviews were carried out with the senior executive of team-building company. Questionnaire was attended by 18 people. Results: The thesis gives a comprehensive view on the issue of teambuilding as one of the tools used for employee development. The outputs of the participant's questionnaire used in the proposed program indicate to generally successful course. Keywords: development, education, employee, team, cooperation, teambuilding.

A thesis focuses on an employee education system a the French bakery. The company forbade me to publish it's own name, and thus it's called Mr. Retail a.s. within following text. An introductory section of a thesis describes educational domain and approaches in a theoretical manner and employer's duties following from The Labour Code. Furthermore, phases of systematic education cycle are clarified, based upon a study of an academic texts and education system of a French bakery is analyzed with utilizing acqired expertise. The aim of a thesis is to analyze an educational process in a French bakery concept, to design effective changes and to systematize an education of a concept. An important part of a thesis is a questionnaire inquiry focused at mapping employees' needs and their attitudes related to an educational domain.

This thesis aims to analyze the systems of education of employees in private companies, specifically in a company that is conducting in the insurance busines and their employees have very high expectations. Poorly and unprofessionaly led training programes for new and existing employees, may have improving effect on the development of these employees work as well as personal, and thus have a negative impact on the future of such employee in the company. Such a situation leads to an increase in fluctuation of costs that are associated with the costs of recruitment, training staff, as well as payroll and other expenses.
