Optimalizace projekční činnosti v softwaru EPLAN ELECTRIC P8 / Optimization of projection activities in EPLAN ELECTRIC P8 software

Obšil, Martin January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with the optimization of project activities in the software EPLAN Electric P8. First part introduces electrotechnical software EPLAN, the basic functions, and explains the methodology of the work in the program environment. This is followed by an analysis of the state of the electrical documentation of the TAC 75 circular saw manufactured by Exactcut s. r. o., and the method of designing. The thesis is also focused on the individual problems that make barriers between the average and the high quality level of design and the ability to use the available features of the purchased software. Thereafter, individual optimization steps and partial methods of reaching aims are described. Part of the thesis is devoted to finding solutions for interconnection of two engineering branches, which are electric and fluid technologies and in the end are revealed expansion modules of software, which can be used to achieve a higher level of professional planning activity.

Benetka, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with the development of materials for classwork using EPLAN software tools for "XEPL" course. The introductory part describes issues with design in electrical engineering, with an emphasis on the formal aspects of project documentation standards and software tools for design support. Further in the thesis, there is an introduction to the EPLAN software environment. The EPLAN environment modules are presented one by one and the EPLAN Education software is introduced. The next part of this thesis involves a model project in designing electric installation of car washer in the EPLAN Education. The last part of this thesis includes a set of exercises based on this model project, where basic functions of the EPLAN software and their uses are presented.

Datová kontinuita v projektování / Data Continuity in Project Design

Nevřelová, Monika January 2019 (has links)
This work deals with the implementation of data continuity within the project documentation. This data continuity is implemented in order to follow the Industry 4.0 philosophy, already in the early design phase of the project. The project also gives an example of the implementation of the Internet of Things and the possibility of using it in industrial zones.

Modernizace řízení frézky FNG / The modernization of control system of milling machine FNG

Holas, Jiří January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with a proposal modernisation of control and electroinstalation of the milling machine FNG 32. The thesis is divided into several sections: The first section is dedicated to the research of the milling machine and the description of its current condition. The second section deals with possible options of retrofitting and with the components. The third section includes the technical and economical evaluation and the selection of the solution. In the next section, the selected components are described and an electronic documentation of the machine has been created in EPLAN. In the last section, a proposal of control of the milling machine has been created with the help of the TwinCAT development environment provided by Beckhoff company.

Návrh, simulace a realizace funkčních modulů testbedu Průmysl 4.0 / Design and implementation of Industry 4.0 testbed functional modules

Podrabský, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
In this work I deal with the project of an automated robotic bartender, whose task is to show model concepts such as virtual commissioning, digital factory or industry 4.0. The work resolves two parts (cells) for the overall construction. Individual cells are solved from the design and realization of the construction through the virtual verification of operation to the design and realization of the control itself for the given cells. The construction solution was created in SolidEdge ST10. Virtual verification will be solved in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate program and the implementation of PLC and HMI control by Siemens is programmed in the TIA Portal. Wiring diagrams were drawn in the student version of the EPLAN design environment. Other colleagues work on other parts of the barman project.

Působení sekundárních elektrických přístrojů na oteplení skříně rozváděče. / Influece of secondary apparatuses on assembly box heating

Dobiáš, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with the temperature-rise of selected parts of the low-voltage switchgear. The theoretical part describes the physical principles and the basic mechanisms of heat transfer. The next part describes the possible effect of elevated temperature on the device inside the switchgear. The master's thesis is awarded by ABB Ltd., so another part is dedicated to MNS switchgear. The following part describes the permitted limit of temperature-rise of switchgear in accordance with IEC 61439-1. In the practical part is a calculation temperature-rise of selected part of switchgear based on IEC 60890. Model in SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation was created for the same part of the switchgear and thermal analysis was performed. The values of allowable temperature rise of individual parts are compared with the results obtained by calculations and simulations. In the last part is verified the possibility of calculating the temperature-rise in the EPLAN software.

Návrh a zkoušení rozváděčů nn / Designing and testing of low voltage switchgears

Kovář, Zdeněk January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is focused on a temperature-rise of a low-voltage switchgear. The first part of the work deals with a technical standard related to the chosen topic, compares software used for designing switchgear in practice and familiarizes with the working environment of the software selected for this work. The main part of the work is dedicated to a measurement and a simulation of the temperature-rise of the low-voltage switchgear. The measurement involved testing of the switchgear with regard to the individual functional units and to the whole switchgear. Subsequently, the simulation of the temperature-rise of the switchgear followed. Software used in this work is SolidWorks Flow Simulation chosen due to a wide range of functions. According to the findings there were proposed adjustments of the switchgear with respect to the technical parameters and the economic aspect in the last part of the thesis.

Návrh prezentačního rozváděče nn / Design of presentation electric switchboard for LV

Hlaváč, Jan January 2018 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with the design of electric switchgear for low voltage, which will serve for presentation purposes. The switchgear is analogy of the modular system MNS 3.0, which includes the latest equipment of ABB Ltd. that is currently available on the market. Switchgears of this type are widely used in industry primarily for controlling motor units. For this reason, in the switchgear there are located motor starters in various performances, as well as distribution modules. In addition, the switchgear has an automatic transfer switch function in case of failure of one of the power supplies. The complete documentation of the switchgear is processed in the professional software EPLAN Electric P8 with use of the 3D software EPLAN Pro Panel for modelling device compartments. The final part of the thesis is the calculation of the maximum cable lengths that a potential customer can connect to the switchgear. In addition, an analysis of the power and control circuits was carried out for voltage drop calculations, as well as the effect of these voltage drops and capacitance of long control cables on the actuation of contactors.
